My pillow
I went to one of the stores in Baton Rouge to buy a new pillow. Im fond of the brand "My Pillow". I was informed that your company that you will no longer carry this product because of its owner Mike Lindell. This man is a Christian and a staunch believer of our country. Who gave you the right to deny me the right to buy the pillow I choose because of politics? Maybe im not WOKE enough for you. Have you made yourself God now to tell others what they can and cannot buy or like or support. I will NEVER step into one of your stores nor order anything associated with bed bath an beyond ever again. Judy mcdaniel
Desired outcome: Mike Lindells pillow
Delivery
On April 16, 2021, I received an e-mail from Bed Bath and Beyond that my order had been shipped and would arrive on April 23, 2021. When I didn't receive it, I tracked the order and found that the carrier had a label for it but that it had not arrived for shipment. Today is April 24, 2021 and the carrier still says the label is made but Bed Bath and Beyond has not handed the package over to the carrier. None of the e-mail addresses for Bed Bath and Beyond are working e-mail addresses and I don't have a phone so I can't call them.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my order Order #: BBB6557032729
I see bankruptcy in your future
To whom this it may concern,
Due to the fact that BED BATH AND BEYOND has decided that their Liberal Politics are more important to them than their customers, I have decided, I'm am totally disgusted with this company and will no longer spend my hard earned money at any of these stores. What you have decided to do to another Company called "MY PILLOW" is going to bite you one way or another. I will make sure Everyone in my family along with my friends will no longer will spend another dime in any of your stores! What, I understand "My pillow"sheets and comforters are a lot nicer and much more comfortable than your inventory and cheaper.
So, with that note...Good bye forever! You shot yourself in the foot by being a total (I'll be nice) jerks and think your attitude toward another company will hurt his company..."my pillow"your so wrong. He will make more money just because we will ONLY buy his products!
Enjoy your LIBERAL politics towards MY PILLOW isn't going to get you anywhere. 70 million of us don't agree with your Philosophy!
Sincerely, Gayle Donato

Collecting Driver's License Information for Returns
Last Saturday, I made a purchase, went to another store and found the items for 50% less (even after the discount). Within 20 minutes, I returned the item. First, because I returned the item on the same day I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to approve the return. Then I was required to provide either my drivers license number or military ID number.
It is unclear to me why your company needs that information and how they protect it once collected. I have NEVER been asked for personal data beyond a telephone number when making a return.
The transaction took place at the BB&B in Columbia, MD
I look forward to your response.
Crystal DeVance-Wilson
[protected]@gmail.com
You're going to have a long wait for a response from BB&B.
When presented with a proper receipt, no drivers license should be required. It's none of their business and an unnecessary invasion of privacy and you have no assurance that information will be protected. The same thing happened to me at Walmart. I made a big stink about it and made the cashier call a manager. I asked the manager why it was required to show my license for a return when I had a valid receipt. She had no other explanation other than it was required. I told the manager she could look at my license but not scan it or enter it into the system. I did not hand it to the manager, I held it in my hand so she could verify that I was who I said I was. I did not let her remove it from my hand. By some miracle, I was able to return the item without her scanning my license. That was the last time I bought anything from Walmart!
I was so annoyed about this I went to the internet searching for an answer. Here's what I found ... the below information is copied from The Privacy Rights Clearing House website.
"The Retail Equation
While some manage return and exchange information in house, other stores use a company called The Retail Equation (TRE). They gather and analyze return information to develop the store's return policies. So when you make a return and the store takes down your driver’s license information, TRE compares your return frequency, dollar amounts and/or time to a set of rules (the store's return policy). If you make repeated returns or exchanges to the same store, it might not let you return/exchange items in the future.
You have the right to order a history of all your returns that TRE has tracked including
the store names
the date and time of the return
whether the item was returned with or without a receipt
the dollar amount
You can do this by emailing TRE (ReturnActivityReport@TheRetailEquation.com) with your name and a phone number where they can reach you."
Now I check the online and in store return policies before I make a retail purchase and do not patronize stores that require a drivers license for returns. As far as I'm concerned they have no right to that information. It's a terrible policy that can easily lead to identity theft. I'll gladly shop elsewhere.
Unprofessional employee
I was a customer at your Myrtle Beach Store on Friday night April 9th, 2021. I witnessed a heavy set cashier woman using profanity and yelling at a gentleman who appeared to be the store manager. If I was that manager I would have fired that employee on the spot for not showing respect for a manager there were other customers around when she was yelling and...

To whom it may concern .
I write to you a week ago and while I'm sure your busy I am too. This company who says the represent you has taken advantage of me and I'm sure many others. First I want to know if they do represent you . As I said in my previous email I had been out of my state working and came home to find these charges on my Credit Card . I called and they pretty much so told me it was my fault and I could not return the unopened product for a refund. I did not give my consent and in fact read the " sales pitch " very carefully . It said many of your stores were going out of Business and to help you out please try a couple products and pay a small fee and shipping and they would NOT send any other products on auto ship but hoped you like the product so much you would contact them for more. That's what I did . Peoria Fresh is the company name on the invoice. Their phone # is [protected]. In my previous email I give you the
The name of the supervisor I was finally allowed to speak to. Of course he blamed me for not knowing that if you don't cancel within 10 days you agree to continue getting the products. Again, he did not honor what was stated in the advertisement of never sending anything else without being contacted. Is this your representative company?
They say they are working for you. Please advise and thanks for your time. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Kelly Cain
Desired outcome: Refund and explanation .
Online order
I ordered a mirror online from BBB and it arrived today, 4/2/21. When I gently laid the box down to open it I could hear broken glass. I called the Dallas store and asked Steve, the manager if I should open it or just send it back. He said open it and if it was broke to call the 1-800 number for returns. The 1-800 # goes straight to Manila. After calling...

I will no longer be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. It is their job to provide quality products. It is NOT their job to shove theirs political views down my throat. They are bigots. According to the Constitution, they are entitled to their opinion. And so am I, even if it differs from theirs. I may only be one person, but I am one of many. I can purchase any product that they sell directly from the manufacturer. I don't need them.
I agree. BBB cheated me out of my order. It never arrived and there is no e-mail address to reach them. I have no phone so I rely on e-mail. They give an e-mail address that is fake.
Policy to exclude "My Pillow"
I recently learned that Bed Bath & Beyond has taken the decision to exclude Mike Lindell's My Pillow products from your offerings. I believe this is in the context of Mike's continued efforts to try and a bring election integrity to our country. I would ask that Bed Bath & Beyond reconsider this policy and remove itself from making political decisions where their product offerings are concerned. I would hope at this point given this trend in our country to cancel people and corporations such as yourself, you would have come to the realisation that the threats that are mounted from various social media platforms are nothing more than a handful of people running bots. This is been proven time and again by other companies who have successfully fended off these attacks because they tend tend to be paper tigers. Please reconsider this decision. Bed Bath & Beyond has always been a favourite company of mine. I enjoy your stores, catalogues and your products.
Best regards,
Robert Palmatier
Desired outcome: My Pillow offerings restored
I completely agree. They are biggots. They cheated me out of my order and there is no e-mail address to contact them. They give an e-mail address that doesn't work. My e-mail to them just bounces right back to me. And i have no phone to contact them via phone, although I heard from several former customers that they don't answer the phone either. They need to be put out of business. It's time for a boycot.
Dropping My Pillow products
I have shopped at your stores for many years but will not be doing so any longer since you dropped My Pillow products. There are a lot of people that feel the same as I do and I hope they boycott your stores also. I think it's crazy for you to do this for political purposes. I hope to see soon that you've changed your mind about selling mike Lindell's products but until then you will not get any of my business.
Management called the police because I wanted a refund
On Friday, March 12, 2021, I stood in the Bed Bath & Beyond #1350, located at 2829 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Clarksville, Tennessee 37040, wearing handcuffs as I watched my terrified twelve-year-old daughter frantically called her father while fighting to hold back her tears. All because Manager Cherie Bonine (may have misspelled the last name) called 911 after...

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond in Solon, Ohio at approx 11:30 am on Saturday 3/13/21. I was approached by two managers who asked me to put a mask on. I showed them my medical exemption card and they said Ok and left me to shop. As I was approaching the check out, a female cashier glared at me and yelled across the store, "YOU NEED A MASK!" I explained to her that I had already been approached by her manager and was cleared to shop. She continued to glare at me and mumble smart remarks at me. She humiliated me and made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. I decided not to make my purchase and as I was walking out of the store, a customer removed her mask, nodded at me and gave me the thumbs up. Another customer also approached me and vented her frustrations at the cashier's rudeness. You can blame it on your rude employee, but at the end of the day, it's a reflection on Bed Bath and Beyond. Needless to say, it will be a long time before I shop at a BB&B.
Thumbs up to you !
Scumbag employees attack innocent woman!
Just seen a video where your scumbag employees attack a customer and slammed her to the floor, then was thrown out for not wearing a mask. Your company deserves to rot in hell! If I was there, I would have knocked that guy's teeth down his throat for allowing his employees to attack that woman then continue to harass and blame her for not wearing a mask
Desired outcome: Hope you go out of business
Availability of My Pillow in stores & online
I am writing to discontinue all connections with Bed, Bath & Beyond. Due to the way that my pillow was discontinued by your stores due to free speech being suppressed of CEO Mike Lindell, I will no longer be doing business with any of your stores or online stores. How dare you try to push your liberal ideas through trying to destroy the My Pillow business! I am ordering My Pillow products directly through their website and will continue to do so. I have no use for the B, B& B stores or any of its products!
Sincerely, Debra Stringer

Desired outcome: Restocking of my pillow products in Bb&B stores
Disappointed you are participating in
I have been a long time customer of Bed Bath and Beyond and love shopping at your store but I will no longer be shopping any more since you have participated in politics and Cancel Culture and have dropped "My Pillow", Mike Lindell. I always carry my Bed Bath and Beyond coupons in my car but I will be throwing them all out and there will be no need to send any more to me.
On-line order
ordered a product on-line back on feb 2, credit card was billed the next day.the order said it was shipped on the 4th, tracking info stopped updating on the 5th, hasn't updated since.e-mailed them, sat for hours waiting for a live person to chat with, can't even get a response from them.i am going to dispute charges on my credit card.worst website i have ever delt with.nearly 4 weeks have gone by and can't even get a live person to talk to
Desired outcome: charges reversed,i don't even want the product now, found it somewhere else

Recurring credit card charge not made by me
Hi,
Since February 5th, I've had a weekly recurring charge from BB&B of $2.35 appear on my Visa card. The charge shows up "pending" every Friday. I was concerned at first because I know that scammers start out charging low amounts on a card they've stolen, then they charge higher amounts once the smaller charge goes through. I'm not as concerned about that now because today is the fourth charge and apparently BB&B isn't backing it up so my cc company doesn't put it through. It's just gotten annoying that it keeps happening and I've spoken with BB&B at least three times. Each time they tell me they will get back in touch after 24-48 hours so they can research it and they never do. I read that this has happened to others perhaps due to using Amazon Marketplace for some reason, which I did use around the time this started. I could obviously cancel my credit card, but I feel I shouldn't have to and I'm very unhappy they have not once gotten back in touch about this issue.
Desired outcome: The charge stops appearing.
My pillow cancellation
I am so disappointed in your company for "targeting" an American Company by canceling the MY PILLOW product line. This is unconscionable to say the least. I will never shop in your store, which honestly have overpriced items.
Until you restore this product to your store, I will "cancel" you as a shopping destination. I am no longer your customer.
Desired outcome: Restore My Pillow products to your store.
Bed Bath & Beyond Losing Customers
My family and I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again! When you canceled Mike Lindell's MyPillow, you lost us as customers. We are canceling Bed Bath and Beyond. Eileen and Mike Banasiak
Their political stand against Mike Lindell
I have been a long term customer of Bed Bath and Beyond, but doing business with them has ceased since they decided to disengage with and attack Mike Lindell for telling the truth about the past election. I will no longer support Bed Bath and Beyond and I will certainly throw away any promotional mail I receive via the snail mail or online.
I also promise this company that I intend to let every person I know about the actions taken by this company.
Desired outcome: Bed Bath and Beyond closes
