Bed Bath & Beyond missing delivery

On Feb 14 2021 I ordered Bona Floor Cleaner online. Order BBB7118928091. BB&B emailed me that it had been damaged in UPS shipping and I would not receive it. A replacement order would be placed.
A week or more later there has been no replacement. My BB&B account shows no Bona order except the one that was damaged.
BB&B has no email customer service. On Feb 20 I called their phone number. After a hold of about 20 minutes, an agent answered. His accent was so strong communication was impossible

Desired outcome: Ship me the missing Bona.

Bed Bath & Beyond My pillow

I enjoyed shopping in your stores even though most of the items were overpriced. Now I see you have dropped my pillow! This is my favorite product. I have searched as to why and am super disappointed. Now half the country will not shop here I am sure. You shouldn't let bots and people that don't shop there bully you. We are the real customers! Unless I see you changed your mind on this I won't come there and I will tell everyone I know what the reason is.

Desired outcome: My pillow needs to be back in the stores!

Bed Bath & Beyond Wamsutta DreamZone Cal King 1000 thread count sheet set I just received.

I was so excited to get my 1000 count sheets . I paid $ 240 dollars for them and when my husband and I went to put them on the bed for the first time, there was about a 2 foot by 2 foot section of the flat sheet that was all discolored and ugly. I cant believe that your company would charge people such phenomenal prices for inferior products. I want this situation made right or I want my money back! Please respond immediately! I am SO disappointed in a company I thought I could count on.

Bed Bath & Beyond Product received damaged

Order- BBB3750258045
I received a new Nespresso machine and coffee. The box of coffee was completely destroyed, and none of the pods were salvageable due to the bar codes being destroyed or the pod actually being broken. This was delivered on 1/16.
1/17- Online chat and sent photos. I was told a replacement was being expedited
2/1- Online chat I was told there was an error with the replacement and it would be expedited
2/4- online chat to verify replacement was on the way because I had not received a refund
2/14- Called customer service-Send photos again- They said it was not properly done and she assured me the replacement was being sent
2/18- Called customer service as I still have not received an email or the product. As of right now they are issuing me a refund. Will I receive it?

Bed Bath & Beyond stop the ban on My Pillow products

You recently banned the "MyPillow" products because of your political beliefs. I have shopped at your store for many, many years. Half of the country voted for the republican candidate. If you think that your insulting ban has gone un-noticed you are very much mistaken. It saddens me that I must now choose between my principals and shopping at Bed bath and Beyond stores.

You have alienated millions of shoppers who have enjoyed the use of your stores. If you reconsider the MyPillow products we will return. Otherwise, we will not return to your stores.

Bed Bath & Beyond Boycott bed bath & beyond

I am so incredibly disappointed with your company for taking a political side by removing Mike Lindell's Mypillow from your stores. By doing so you are attacking our First Amendment right and supporting cancel culture. Mypillow products are made in America. Don't you care about those employees that may lose their job during a pandemic? Are you going to replace it with a product from China? This is not a good look for your company and a very poor decision by your CEO to show your political hand. Bed Bath & Beyond is a store that should have remained neutral and would have continued to have happy customers. Now you have upset 75 million shoppers with your narrow views. I really did like shopping at your stores, but I will never shop there again unless you change your partisan ways.

The same! This is one of the best products I have found! I had to order online because my go to store stopped selling. You don’t stop selling an American made product with such great quality because of some people that hate our country anyway want you to.

I have always enjoyed shopping in your stores, but will do so no longer. You have chosen politics over people. Since you have chosen to no longer carry Mike Lindell's My Pillows, I will no longer support your stores. I know millions of us feel the same way. Hope you lose big time! Cancel culture works both ways. You are hereby cancelled!

I am equally disappointed by this. At a time when America needs to come together, this action by Bed Bath and Beyond is divisive as proven here on this complaint board. By engaging in cancel culture these businesses are dividing us at a time when we need to be working together as Americans. I too will be shopping elsewhere on principle.

Bed Bath & Beyond Missing order Still being charged

I ordered curtains in October and although I had my new address on the website, I didn't realize that my old address was there also.

The order was shipped to my old address.
Fedex Tracking Number [protected].

When I got the email stating it had been delivered, I called my son and asked him to run by and pick it up. The landlord of the rental house, my old address, lives on the property and she accompanied him because the new tenants were out of town, and they looked everywhere but could not find a package.

The street that house is on Gamble Road is rural, and many times while I lived there packages were delivered to the wrong address.

I spoke to a rep at BBB 3 times, first one said that they would put in a ticket with FedEx, that was never done, next one sent me an email and the last one, told me emphatically, that "the package was delivered."

I had my bank reverse the charges, and gave them your emails as verification, now I see the charge back on my account and I'm being charged an Overdraft fee.

I never received this package and I want you to remove the charges.

Bed Bath & Beyond Return and refusal of BB&B to process refund CASE #[protected]

I ordered an adjustable desk online that was to be a Christmas present for my husband on 12/10/20. Order BBB37341955011. Desk total was $379. Paid $300 on personal cc and $22.23 on gift card (included a 20% off coupon).

The item was delivered on 12/16/20 and the glass top on the desk was completely shattered. I contacted BB&B and was provided a return label and made arrangements for a replacement.

On 12/22/20, I received an email notice the replacement was damaged in transit and another replacement order was created.

On 1/9/21, the 3rd replacement desk arrived and again was broken. I contacted BB&B and was offered a 4th replacement desk. At this point, I no longer wanted the desk - Xmas was over and we decided we would look elsewhere to purchase one. BB&B requested a picture of the damaged desk in order to process a refund of the original purchase. I was told the refund would take approx 2 weeks. I provided a picture (attaching the same) and was provided with another return label to return the damaged item. Tracking #[protected]. The Fed Ex website confirms BB&B accepted delivery of this item on 1/18/21.

After waiting 3 weeks for the refund, I contacted BB&B customer service and was told to wait another week. I contacted BB&B again on 2/6 for another status and after explaining the situation again, I was told the refund would be processed right away and a credit would be applied to my credit card within 2-3 days. Attached are copies of that chat history.

On 2/7/21 after being told I would receive a refund, I instead got an email asking for ANOTHER photo of the damaged item!

Today 2/14/2 I called again because I still have yet to receive the credit to my credit card or the refund. I was told it will be ANOTHER week before anyone can check a status on my refund.

This is ridiculous and it has now been over 2 months since the original purchase was made and I don't have the merchandise OR my money.

Desired outcome: An IMMEDIATE refund of the purchase price credited to my credit card by end of day 2/15/21.

I have been a loyal customer about 20 yrs now b/c ur company Bed Bath & Beyond decided to take action against Mike Lindell MyPillow n remove his products from ur shelves n they r made in the USA, I am formally putting u on notice that since ur company took a political stance I will take my stance n power n not shop ur store again.I am enjoying my recent purchase of pillows & two towel sets that i purchase directly from MYPILLOW website! I am boycotting your company after learning that you will no longer be carrying My Pillow products. You've made a huge mistake by becoming political and trying to put Mike Lindell out of business. I think you will quickly realize that you may put yourself out of business instead. I will always support patriotic Americans like Mike Lindell but I will not support traitorous companies like yours.

When did Bed Bath and Beyond become judge and jury? You have discontinued My Pillow because the CEO has a different view from you. You have injured all the My Pillow employees as well, innocent by standers. One day your children will say you had free speech what happened? It is written " What you will reap what you sow." I am deeply sadden by what we are doing to America. A house divided with not stand and you are part of the destruction. I will no longer shop at your stores.

I will never purchase anything from your store again. There are many alternative stores that carry the products you sell.  when companies want to get in the political game they suffer and I think that in your decision to not carry my pillow is a good example. I hope that enough people  choose the same  as the inly way you understand is thru the value of all your customers. I will not return.. Your decision  was defining. Also please take me off any mailing email lists.

I understand that it is your position that you should strive to put MyPillow, a small business, out of business. I understand that you want to leave the hundreds of employees at MyPillow without jobs. How very vile of you. Your cancel culture absolutely outrages me. I find you to be absolutely disgusting. Your CEO should be fired. How can you make such a business decision that alienates millions of people?

I do not have a Bed Bath and Beyond (BBAB)s account; I am too wealthy to bother with that. Nevertheless, on behalf of my wife, I will not be shopping at the BBAB in Braintree, MA, or anywhere else that bears your sign. I will do everything I can do to damage the reputation of your store, as you have attempted to do to others. I can do that for years to come.

Bed Bath & Beyond 14 " basket palm

I ordered 2 of the 14" basket palms for my office credenza. When they arrived, on is substantially bigger and fuller than the other one. For $105.00 I expected my order to be complete to my satisfaction. I want another one sent out to me at no charge ASAP.

Bed Bath & Beyond Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven toa-60

My wife bought two of these on a "special" in July of 2020. Both have now stopped working. No power. The electrical outlet is fine, the ovens won't turn on.

Desired outcome: exchange or money back. 7 months and they both stop, seems like it is not a good product.

Why, oh why, would you jump into the cancel culture infecting our country? I'm so very disappointed in you. Please don't make me quit shopping at your stores. Mike lindell is an honest man. You hopefully will discover than soon - and stop treating him as if he is anything but an admirable citizen of this country. How many products made in china do you sell in your stores? Last time I checked, china is a threat to the usa... Not mike lindell! Yikes, america! Wake up, please!

Complaint bombing is sad. A company can choose what item they want to sell for any reason. It is not cancel culture to make a choice. It is not cancel culture to express your freedom. What should they be forced to sell My Pillow when they don't want to? How is that better? Seems choices are only convenient when you agree with them.

Anyone is allowed to believe what they want and sell what they want. This isn't what cancel culture is. This is what the free market is. You can sell or not sell what you want. Don't turn on it when you don't like the results.

There are good reasons to complain about companies. Them choosing to stop selling an item isn't one.
