Best Buy Samsung washer repair

Reported Dec 30th, Repair scheduled by Best Buy. Date and time confirmed by Best Buy agent. [protected]

Wife took off of work to be available for the 5 hr service window. 3rd party repair group did not show and were unavailable by phone the whole day. 3rd party service called me the next day and stated Best Buy does not schedule their service techs and it was my fault for not contacting them.

Contacted Best Buy agent again to report no show of tech. BB agent could not reach the company by phone or email, so BB agent cancelled appointment, elevated to higher level, I was supposed to receive a contact within 48 hours.

5 days later with no return call I contacted BB agents again. BB Agent scheduled another appointment for repair Saturday 14th 2023. I confirmed with the BB agent, that it WOULD NOT be the same original 3rd party repair service that did not show on the 1st scheduled appointment. BB agent confirmed it would be a Geek Squad Tech and I DID NOT need to perform any additional tasks to schedule the appointment.

I was contacted this morning by the original 3rd party repair service saying they needed information about my washer to schedule the appointment. Information Best Buy has because I purchased from BB.
I contacted BB agents again to find out why the opposite of what I had been told was occurring. 45 minutes on hold and I still have no answer.

Sub Par Performance by Best Buy so far! 3 weeks without a washer.

Desired outcome: Repair scheduled and performed on the date promised. IF 3rd party repair group shows they will most likely will not have the electrical part to replace and it will have to be ordered and rescheduled. Incredible service plan!

Best Buy Delivery of a LG 86 " TV did not happen as schedule

I Schedule a delivery of a LG 86 TV and today when the person that was to bring the TV was getting the TV at the warehouse there was not TV.

He could not delivery as plan.

I fully prepare as requested by best buy and I did not work today waiting to the delivery. I lost money and I lost trust in a company, and I did buy literally thousands of dollars over the years. I really feel this is unfair.

Best Buy Sales did a bait and switch

I purchased an Ausus laptop from BB that their information published on their website. In the information it says it will accept an M.2 they shipped one that does not accept an M2. When I contacted CS they used every process they could to avoid the facts. Sent me through 4-5 CS agents and none would correct it.

Best Buy tech support

they have a glitch in their system they keep trying to fix my pc and can not find the troulb 15 calls trip to the store and i am legally blond and do not drive so i have to pay for lyft paying 200 a year for total tech support for nothing calls should not be sent to forgien countys they can not read and do not understand eng so even after all the calls and the trip to the store they can not or will not fix the probpem so there for i can not use my assount so the stole 200 dollars from me

Depending what state you live in contact your State Attorny General and ask for help with correcting BB scams.

Best Buy Macbook Pro purchased not delivered

We ordered a MacBook Pro on November 26th 2023. UPS did not ship it to the right address. Now Best Buy claims it was delivered and will not refund according to email received from customer care rep Arianne. Even though I spoke to a rep on 20 December 2022 after investigation concluded it wasn't shipped that I would be refunded. I have documents showing inconclusive delivery proof from ups and delivery to wrong address from UPS. Every time I call the 1-888 # a rep says a manager needs to handle the case file and that one will reach me within 24hrs, yet I NEVER receive a call back.

Desired outcome: A refund a discussed on the 20th of December 2022

Best Buy Unable to close my fraudulently opened account

I am told I have an account. I keep getting emails that someone is failing attempts to access my account. I can't close it because it doesn't recognize my social security number and I have no account number. I do not recall ever opening an account. Someone has fraudulently done so. I need this account closed asap. It's unacceptable how your company does not have a live person to talk to. am not responsible for any charges made on this so-called account.

Best Buy Order # BBY01-[protected] placed on11-11-22

I put in an order for a TV on the above date. Something else was included on the order for $214.99, maybe a TV connect and mount. I canceled the whole order on 11-13-22. The money for the TV has been credited, but I'm still being charged the $214.99 for something I cancelled and did not receive.

Please tell American Express that I should not be charged.

Best Buy Canceled orders

Two days ago I placed an online order for a MacBook Pro, the total order of over $1700. The order was canceled by Best Buy. Today I called in and talked to one of your agents who placed the order for me again. An hour ago I received another email that my order was canceled.

I do not know what the problem is. I called Citi/Best Buy credit card and they told me there is no issue at all with my card and asked me to call a Best Buy number to inquire.

I have been bombarded nearly weekly with Best Buy promotions and encouragement to buy something, to use the BB card. Now that I want to place a big purchase I get problems.

I have excellent credit with a FICO score of 820. I am deeply disappointed in Best Buy because of this unexplainable problem. I even offered to pick up the item in person and verify my identity at the Best Buy store and still not enough.

Desired outcome: I want to buy the item as advertised and charge it to my BB credit card, 18 months no interest as advertised.

Best Buy Absolutely inappropriate & annoying product listing

1. An online item has been always sold out but remains showing to us for over six weeks, it even reduced $20 about 3 week ago yet

Never available for order. Highly intimating & inappropriate of best buy. Ca keeps showing a sold out item for near 4 weeks

2. I called best buy customer service at 11:27am on dec 9/22 complaining about this & was put on hold over 20 minutes before I was told a supervisor would call me in "20

Minutes" same day. I requested to speak to a supervisor because it was becoming increasing unpleasant explaining my frustrations to this person named "jeff"

3. Of course no one called back for over an hour & I called best buy. Ca again after failing to find any complaint process info on your website. "raymond" was also becoming unpleasant to hear me out concerning my frustration about

This sold out item for over 3 weeks & he did not act professionally when I requested him to file my complaint over the phone with him. One poor

Customer service one after another. Can best buy canada incapable hiring decent frontline personnel at all? Or this is corporate culture at best buy. Ca to make our experience dealing with their people unpleasant & irritating?

Best Buy Sony 65" smart tv

Purchased TV June 2021. Now,1 year and 6 months later the TV died due to a backlight issue. Best Buy will not replace the TV or give me a credit so that I can buy another brand - they want to repair.

Initial Geek Squad diagnosis on 12/15 and repair scheduled on 12/26 and, this crappy service is with the 5 Year Protection Plan.

Customer Service is non existent - they make you explain the entire situation only to tell you at the end that they are sorry and can't offer any resolution other than proceed with the repair.

Imagine having a $1700, TV less than 2 years old repaired! Never will I ever purchase anything from Best Buy and I do not recommend that you do either.

Best Buy Dryer delivered severely damaged

Horrendous service.

- called and advised the install team the week after (they called the week before) rental property and need dishwasher installed delayed

-delivery company late

-dryer badly damaged on delivery

-no phone to call local store had to drive every time

- chat is no good

- receipt does not have an order number that company asks for

-requested branch manager/area manager still no call back

Best Buy Battery replacement on iPhone 8

My name is Rushton Adamson, and on June 22 your Northcrest Shopping Center branch in Fort Wayne, Indiana charged my credit card $52.43 to replace a battery in my iPhone 8. Much to my surprise, they didn't have a battery available, so I had to wait a few days, for them to get a battery and replace it.

I suspect that the battery that they replaced was either remanufactured or had been in stock for a very long time. In other words, it's a dud, as its battery health is already down to 97% after only six months of normal use. Unfortunately, I no longer have the invoice, but I'm sure that your branch in question has a record of the battery replacement.

For instance, before I bought this iPhone 8 in June 2022, I myself replaced an iPhone 6s battery with a new one from ebay three years ago, and its battery health is still 100%, which illustrates how long a new, fresh battery should last.

Desired outcome: I look to you to rectify this situation or grant me a refund.

I do not want your geek squad care. I have called and emailed about this a number of times in the past (at least two different years) and I just got an email saying you were charging me $417 for the year again! I haven't had the computer involved in years. My customer ID is [protected] and your invoice number is GEEK654321SQUAD the order number is NQWER12345ZXCVB.

It is outrageous that you are still charging for this! Please cancel this. If you do not, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. It has now been years since I've asked you to cancel this! This is a real scam!

Best Buy Sony wh-1000xm4 sony headset

I went online on cyber Monday on bestbuy.com on 11/28/22 at night time. I tried to checkout some items at the sale price. (See attached screenshots of my checkout cart). I was not able to checkout for over an hour due to bestbuy.com website errors. I called 1800 bestbuy.com and no one answered ever. (See screenshot of time on hold with them) for the 1st time, one hour and the 2nd time, 2 hours. Finally I just went to sleep for the night. Due to their error I was unable to order the items I wanted at the cyber Monday price.

Next days, I went into the bestbuy store on west 23rd street in chelsea NY. I spoke to the customer service and mobile manager, Louise. She viewed copies of the checkout screenshot and said yes, I was entiteled to the discount price. But said she would give me only 2 items for the sale price, but could not give me the 3rd item, the sony wh1000 headset because it’s an online sale only. She said go to 1800 bestbuy and they will get it for you. I did that and spend another 2 hours on those lines talking to various people and supervisors, but the calls are all transferred to India and Pakistan and no one there has a clue what to do and can’t complete it.

Best Buy Online service

I ordered two computers the end of November.

Your online service is the worst I have ever experienced with anybody. I was told to hold for 2-3 minutes. I was on hold for over 55 minutes.

There is no excuse for that incompetence no matter what country you're routing your online service with.

Your upper management better get out of their Sears Tower and start paying attention to their Customers.

Best Buy Damaged item from fed ex and best buy giving me false information and no refund

I had ordered an iPad on Dec 4th to be delivered on december 7th. fed ex kept saying delay. Then it was finally out for delivery for two days and then I check info again and it says damaged. no one from there contacted me. I called Best Buy and they reordered another to be in store on dec15. That day comes, not iPad. So i call, i get this woman I can’t hardly understand and she says there’s nothing they can do but refund my money, no availability anywhere. She tells me it will take up to 30 days for me to get my money back. It’s a week before Christmas now. I am a single grandmother trying to provide for my grandchildren. The lady acted like i wasn’t important and could careless about my situation. Best Buy took my money right away and I know it can be put right back on my card immediately. Now I g u ave nothing for my granddaughter for Christmas and Best Buy could care less. I want my money put back on my card immediately. You ruined my kid’s Christmas and dismissed me like I wasn’t human. I will not ever purchase anything again from best buy believe that.

Best Buy Computers and Services

We recently bought an allegedly new “open box” gaming computer from Best Buy and it doesn’t play games, came with preinstalled malware and operates like it’s seven years old. Called for Geek Squad to come look at it and they want $200. They also want me to purchase their “Total Tech” protection package before they do anything for me. Asked me to set aside a five hour block of my day to await their expert.

Their expert called at the last second to cancel his visit due to some “emergency” and put me back in the “rotation”.

I’m still on hold for forty minutes while writing this complaint. This company is the most miserable bunch of thieves I’ve ever encountered.

Best Buy My scheduled appointment for an install of a complete computer setup and other purchases was dropped.

On 11/07/2022 I purchased a new computer system along with several other things. I was asked if I was a Total Tech Member and I am. After my purchase was completed, the sales rep transferred me to the scheduling department. They scheduled me for 11/21/2022, from 7am to 1pm. They did not show up. I called and was told I was not scheduled. For three hours I was transferred, dropped and transferred again to 11 reps. no one could give me an answer or find out why I was dropped, all they could say is that they would have to reschedule my appointment and that it would be a month or so out, as they were behind. I ask why I was being rescheduled when it wasn't me that made the error, all they could say is that they were sorry it happened. So, I let them reschedule me and I tried to contact customer services to file this complaint and again was transferred several times and then dropped. I called back and canceled my complete order with Best Buy and I am considering dropping my Total Tech Membership.

Desired outcome: I would like this to be investigated, explaining why i was penalized for their error. I want compensated. 60 to 70 percent off of my original purchase is a start and the appointment scheduled on the same week.
