I visited a Burger King location today via the drive thru. I was asked to pull up while I waited. A total of 10 minutes went by before I was brought my food. Ten minutes doesn't seem to long unless you know the value of time and that it only takes 6 minutes to cook my order which I confirmed with the manager. The manager could not explain why it took another 4 minutes. I was given a refund and the incorrect store location to voice my complaint. Furthermore, they didn't know the corporate number and asked me to call them back in 30 minutes...great service. Did I mention, counting myself there was a total of 4 customers in the restaurant and only 1 waiting for their order to be taken so why should I callback in 30 minutes.

I went through the drive through on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg PA and received the wrong food when I got home. I put in an order for Chicken Fries but was charged and received a burger with fries. It is a little upsetting to get the entire way back to my office and see that I have the wrong food. I also do not have time to run back out.

Manager is bully, and puts her hands on employee. My daughter works at burger king in Evansville, Indiana .She is three months pregnant and was pushed and hit by manager on duty 8/15/2018.She is always bullied by the manager Paula ever shift she works with her. The manager yesterday was mad at my daughter and pushed her and hit her. Paula the manager let's employees of different race go in parking lot and sit in her car when on clock. Seen that myself .Also certain ones come to work out of uniform and work .She also has known to be doing drugs in parking lot on clock. A police report was made .My daughter was told she couldn't work her next shift because Paula was working .And possilble my daughter would have to transfer stores .That might be alright if she were in the wrong but she was not the person was in the wrong. So we can call this situation bullying or racism .Plus my daughter has talked to general manager of store about this manager and nothing has been done .I think the local news would like to hear about this situation.
poor work ethic and incorrect order
I ordered a #3 with extra bacon and cheese with a Sprite. When I got home I had a doubdle cheese burger with just ketchup and a pink lemonade that tasted like it was half water. I then called the store too let them know that our order was not correct. The lady at the window is the same lady that served us and she was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful when I called back. I stated I didn't receive a receipt but my boyfriend had misplaced it and then found it so that was my mistake but the lady said she was going through the orders and no one had even came through and ordered anything I said I ordered and I hadn't even been home ten minutes. I am looking at the reciept and the food so I know I was there! She continued too please her case and then hung up on me. I called the store back and she answered and hung up immediately! I do not appreciate the way I was treated and I SPENT MY MONEY AT YOUR LOCATION! I WORK in customer service myself and the way she treated me is very unprofessional and I WILL NOT be returning too your store nor will I ever have anything else too say.. I will be back too speak with a manager because the fact that you all are employing ignorant idividuals is crazy! Whom ever runs this store should care more about their job because the people they hire are HORIIBLE AND THEIR WORK ETHIC IS TRASH!
burger king egift cards are useless yet sold at bk.com and amazon
Burger King continues to sell their eGift cards (email delivery gift cards) at their website BK.com and on Amazon.com even though they are useless. Burger King's Point of Sale system (POS) no longer allows the employee to input a card number. It has to be swiped. So if you purchase an eGift card you will be out of luck. Even if you call customer service they offer to replace it with a real gift card but can not give you a time when it will arrive. If you read the Amazon.com reviews nobody has ever gotten a card mailed to them as of yet. And despite the complaints which you can read on Amazon, Burger King continues to sell this fraudulent item.

questionable customer service/complaints
On 1/6/18 I had a terrible experience at a BK location, a uniformed manager on duty verbally berated me while placing my order and escalated the situation through her terrible attitude and handling of the situation. Immediately called to leave in a complaint. Couple of months pass and now the problem is that there is no record of me calling in to complain (which I did twice) plus no record online of the complaint I left online through their customer service website. This is extremely frustrating given that I cannot even get a hold of a6nyone from BK regarding the matter or proof of the incident/complaints made on that day.
Currently in addition to the original complains I made, I am now checking every week or two just to make sure that my info/complaint report has not vanished and that proper action is taken. It is extremely disappointing that even the very tools this company provides for customers to give feedback is; for lack of a better word - an utter and complete sham.

I have a very close friend who is employed by the Rexburg Idaho Burger King. This employee was hired a few months ago and has worked hard the whole time while there. This employee has been promoted to work as a manager at this location. For the past month or so this employee has been working as a manager with management duties such as opening the store and managing other employees. No pay raise has been issued to this employee. While a raise is in the works this employee has to take a test before the raise is approved. I am very bothered by this as it looks as if the management is using this employee as cheap labor. The test is something that has to be scheduled by management so the pay raise has been put off until the test date. I believe this is negligent as this employee is being cheated of money they deserve by the duties they preform. Please help this problem be compensated. Thank you.

I purchased a sour dough double bacon egg and cheese sandwich, hash browns and an orange juice for breakfast this morning, Aug 15, 2018, and it was horrible. The sandwich had no taste and there was no bacon in it. They substituted two slices of tasteless cheap ham product. The sour dough bread had no taste nor did the American cheese and egg. I'm guessing that they used a "cheese product" rather than real cheese. AND the guy that waited on me had the personality of a dead dog. It was like I was bothering him. No wonder at 9:am the locale was totally empty. Horrible experience and horrible food. Want my money back.

On august 15th (today) 2018, I came thru the drive thru at the sonoma blvd location approximately between the hour of 8:00am - 8:30 am and ordered breakfast for myself and 3 other people. Upon placing order, a young man stated my total was approximately $39- $40. I handed him a debit/ credit card and he processed payment, handed back my card and handed me a receipt and asked that I pull to the front and park, (because of it being a large order) so that he may handle other customers. I pulled to the front and waited for my order approximately 3 minutes it was brought to me. My passenger needed to use the restroom and she entered the establishment while I waited for her. While waiting, a islander woman came out to the vehicle and stated she was the manager and that the young man who took my order didnt charge me for the order. I didnt understand how it could not have been paid for and she asked if she could see the receipt, I handed her the receipt and she she said wait one second then the young man came out and said I didnt pay for it and that he didnt swipe my card, when in all reality that was a lie, how else could I have been given a receipt? I explained to her that the person with the card was in the restroom and that I would give it to her when they came out, at this point, the manager was very hostile and argumentive and started being loud and verbally abusive towards me and after my passenger came out and got in the car she stated that she had my picture and my two passengers pictures as well... And that if I started to get loud she was going to get loud too... I was simply trying to explain why I didnt understand and then she stated "I am not talking to you and shut the [censored] up my [censored]" and this point I was really fed up with the situation and as I started to pull away from parking spot she verbally and loudly assaulted me in front of other people and then physically hit me with her fist as if she were swinging at my face and struck me in the front part of my shoulder and clavicle area... If the manager has video pictures of us as she stated, then she will have the entire situation/incident on video too. As far as a resolution to this incident, I would request that the manager be discharged from the company and I am seeking to file a legal complaint againt the burger king corporation for physical assault and battery, loss of wages and time and against the manager as well for felony assault and battery...
Called the corporate ofc. in Miami Florida and spoke with "Yubelca" gave my complaint verbatim as stated above and now waiting for a return call from one of their people. Yubelca was a very nice and understanding person, awesome customer service and very professional.
unclean facilities
The store is located at 4883 Port Royal Rd, Spring Hill, TN 37174. It is a relatively new one.
My wife and I ate there on August 1, 2018. The conditions inside were very dirty. None of the counters or cabinets had been wiped down. The kitchen was really unclean.
The employees' clothes were dirty. Even the entry sidewalk was dirty outside the door (see photo)
We determined we would not return to that store.

While eating my 10 piece nugget meal, I bit down on something hard. After removing the nugget from my mouth, I found that there was a significant chunk of a bone! Not only was this entirely unappetizing and disgusting, it was incredibly unsafe and could have caused a younger child to choke or dental damage. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is both dangerous and unacceptable. I would like to be contacted to see what Burger King is going to do about this incident. I feel as if I should be compensated for this issue.

I bring my son chair there's Burger King five days a week Monday through Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon faithfully and I get him a four piece chicken nugget kids meal. Amy's kids meals are supposed to either come with a toy or a snack in which case today did not. I have a artistic four-year-old little boy in which I had to park my vehicle I'm strapped my child and bring him into the store to ask her why he did not get either item in his bag. My first complaint is that I had to wait in line for five minutes n 2nd complaint was just for a gentleman behind the counter to look at me like I was crazy for even asking the question.
My third complaint is that this gentleman did not even answer me, he just shook his head back-and-forth from one shoulder to the next as to mean no !
My 4th complaint is by the time we got to eat our food was cold !
I felt tears now my son and I were a hindrance to that gentleman's day I felt as though my son and I wear a hindrance to that gentleman's day and that we did not belong there and I felt as if we were a bother to him and that we did not belong there ! do you not know that I will return there, As I spent at least $40 a week there

Their clock in machine was down so I worked 11 hours but never got payed for them. Also would get payed late my pay card was never activated by them. Ultimately quit but lost 100 bucks that would have been helpful. Manager Lewis was not helpful and kept putting it off. Several weeks I asked about it and he said he would contact someone about it. Several weeks nothing happened with that and now I can't talk to him cause I work a different job and he only works Wednesday's at the time I work a different job.

This Burger King location is by far the worst one I have ever visited. The staff is horrendously rude every time I have ever decided to dine there. The employees have additides and make us customers feel as if we are a bother to them. Not to mention the way they roll their eyes and make stank faces When you order something that they do not want to make. This location is always an awful experience, not to mention how often they turn customers away claiming that their system is down. I'm sorry but this location needs some direction and discipline from the management.. and the employees need to practice their customer service. This place needs to be whipped into shape before they lose all of their customers. Because no matter how tasty a whopper can be, it can easily be ruined by the experience and environment provided by the staff.
my daughter was fired because she couldn't work sundays due to religious reasons.
My daughter told them upon being hired that she couldn't work on Sunday for religious reasons. A new manager came in and she explained to him the same thing and he told her either her religion or her job. I called and tried to talk to him and he told me the same thing and was very rude and hung up on me. In the end she chose her religion and was fired. My local store. On numerous occasions on drive thru I have received incorrect orders. Always seems to be a lesser order, example I order/pay for bacon king but received whopper jr. Happened again tonight just really tired of not receiving what I'm paying for. I'm surely not the only one. Not looking for freebies just would like you to fix the problem. Hate to think it's employee theft from customers. Just sad you can't trust anyone these days. I guess I'll just open and unwrap every item before I pull away.

I was at burger king located on golden rod and curry ford. I was at this location around 6:15 pm on mon aug 13th. I was at your drive thru trying to tell the cashier to give me a min she try to charge me for a number 13 first and i once again ask to give me a min and she then try to charge me for a number 7..then she told me to drive up to the window, i went inside instead and the young lady could not speak English well as i try to order a number one it took me more than once to explain what i would like and then i order 2 whopper junior without onions. When i got home one of them had no lettuce or tomatoe.

I visited the cited store today, 08/13/18, at about 4:15 P.M., and used a coupon to order a double Whopper Meal. I asked the man who took the order, Jeremy, the Manager (not further identified), if there was also a Senior Discount. He said there was, but I could not use if and also use a coupon. I asked for his business card, but he said he had none. He also gave me a hard time about obtaining a cup for ketchup (we use a lot). The cup is not, however, my main concern.
What is the point of having a Senior Discount if it does not apply to any order, and to orders across the board, regardless of the application of a coupon. Seems [censored]rdly, and a petty device for BK to avoid the Senior Discount. So if a young person uses a coupon, they pay the same price as I do, despite my seniority? That defeats the Senior Discount.
Is it true that BK will not honor the Senior Discount in conjunction with a pre-printed coupon? If true, should not BK re-examine that policy. Do your managers not have business cards?
You can't double-dip with coupons and discounts! As a senior, you should have that figured out by now! And, the whole point of a senior discount is NOT to ensure that you pay less than someone younger than you. That doesn't even make sense and sounds vindictive. Senior discounts are leftover from an era where seniors weren't as well off as younger people. That is not even the case anymore. Senior discounts is an outdated thing. BE GRATEFUL you are offered anything!

I drove up to the Burger King drive through at 418 East 79th St Chicago on Monday, Aug 13, 2018 about 6:25a; order #302. The voice thru the intercom request our order. We did Not respond right away. I thought my daughter would began her order first; while she thought I would began ordering. Once again the voice request our order. My daughter begins ordering; and I finalize the order by saying "That is all. Thank you."
There was No Response. So, after about 3- minutes of waiting I spoke into the intercom system, "Hello..." We waited some more... and spoke into the intercom system again. Still No response. It's been five minutes, so I decided to drive up to the window. There was a car in front of me. When that vehicle began driving away, the female Burger King representative held her head and arm/hand out the window instructing me to stop; do Not pull up to the window. I followed her instructions. My daughter and I waited, waited, and waited so more... Then about 2-3 minutes another vehicle drove up behind us. We are still waiting a car length away from the drive up window. Another 2 minutes pass when I decide to slowly drive up to the window. No sign of the employee or our food. Another minute or so, she finally walks up. She comes to the window playing around on the cash register.
I speak loud and clear, "Good Morning." She does Not respond.
She starts acting like she is talking to someone on the phone. Again I said, "Good Morning!" She finally responds; but with No greeting or eye contact "What is your order?" My daughter repeats her order; while I began looking for my phone. When the employee comes back, I began asking her questions with my phone in my hand."We've been waiting 10 minutes and you haven't even heard or taken our order? What is the problem?"
The employee responds, "I kept saying over and over again, How may I help you?
There was No answer. So, the intercom shuts off and I NOT able to hear you." Really? I know that is Not true. So, I ask her, "Then why did you have us stop way back there when the previous vehicle pulled off? The employee responds, " The register shut down and I didn't want you just sitting up here at the window." Now, I'm asking her name. She responds, "My name is Karen." I told Karen that she must be playing games with us this early in the morning. She said, "No. I'm the manager. I don't play games." Karen just made it worst! "So, instead of allowing us access to the window to take and prepare our order; you thought it better to have us wait way back there for 5 minutes longer with No communication? You know we're there, but you have No order. Then when you come to the window, you are talking on the phone to someone else. No greeting; No sincerity; Not offering Any Apology or Explanation for the long wait? And you are the Manager?"
Ms Karen's attitude, performance and customer service skills are unprofessional, unwarranted and cold. There was plenty of time wasted, retaliation, excuses, and Never an apology. Can't we do better?

Around 10 am i was waiting in the drive for about 15 mins and the car in front of me wasnt moving. So i blew my horn after waiting for a decent while too see whats going on. Seconds after the car finally pulled off and i got too the drive thru window. Matt open the drive window and said what the [censored] is your problem [censored], dont you see how [censored]ing busy i am. I responded with are you serious is this how you greet a paying customer and let me speak too the manager. He responded that i am the [censored]ing manager and my name is Matt and he yelled and spelled each letter of his first name and told me this was his burger and to get out his line. I left feeling disrespected and belittled. This was not right. I went too another burger king store number 323 and spoke too Tara Hellriegel. She was GREAT. Very professional and respectful.
