crispy chicken sandwich
Burger King has a mix and match 2for 6 sandwiches which has the Whopper, Crispy Chicken or spicey
chicken. It's suppose to have Crispy crust and white breast filet. I ordered 3 special whoppers and 1 Crispy Chicken add onions. When I opened the bag and looked in the chicken wrapper, there was a fried semi Crispy patty but the chick was not white and moist. The chick was grayish and tough! The whoppers were OK but minus xtra onions that I requested.
removal of menu item
My recent trip to the local burger king was very devastating and heartbreaking to find out that the beloved, delicious #5 Rodeo King burger meal was removed from the menu! This is very DISSATISFYING! and I will not be doing business as a customer anymore. Sourdough replacement is not the answer or a solution to this matter, the Rodeo King is the King of all the burgers available on the menu and the most value to us loyal customers that frequent burger king! Thank you for your time.

I went to Burger King 1294 Canton Road Akron Ohio 44312 in order to combo regular cheeseburgers one which is cheese one with everything on it without cheese when I got home I called the manager at that location and told her that they had put everything on both sandwiches she told me she was going to write me down on a manager's book when I went back two and a half weeks later the manager had not wrote me down on the manager's book and I had thrown the receipt away because I'm thinking I don't need the receipt no more because she's going to put me in a manager's book so when I went there to try to get my food replaced the GM was very rude to me and told me my name was not wrote in the manager's book I don't even think she really looked because she was supposed to be going out the door so when I called up there today the other manager said that he was there when the incident happened and there's nothing he can do and he can't tell me no none of the managers names because I'm trying to find out the manager's name that was there when I filed a complaint about my food I would like my food replaced or my money back
groupon gift card
Went to Burger King at 910 Cypress Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34759. They said that they could not process my Burger King Gift Card #[protected]. They told me that the only way they could process the gift card is if it were in plastic form. The iGift was a printout from Groupon. The instructions showed that the vendor would need to key in the card number. The manager at the Burger King location said that their system does not allow for numbers to be keyed in, that it had to be in plastic form so they could swipe it.

cold food every time
I move to this area about 6 months ago and I've been to this Burger King three times now and everytime that I get a burger it's ice cold and so are the fries. I've spoken to the manager about the cold food every time that I've gone and I can tell but nothing is being done about it. Last time I told him that my burger was cold he just went over and put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then I watched as he put his finger inside my burger without a glove on. Testing to see if it was warm I guess? So he stuck his finger in my burger without even washing his hands because I gave him the burger at the counter and I watched him walk around the counter and didn't wash his hands. And he had just been cleaning the front so I know his hands were dirty. Needless to say I just walked out and didn't eat my burger. Unless something is done I'm not going to go back again nor will I take any of my family there. I always wondered why right down the road the other burger places were packed and Burger King only had a few vehicles parked there. Now I know why!

Today I went to burger king and was talked to in a rude manner the manger nancy at the location 100 W 98th St, Bloomington, MN 55420 was rolling her eyes and talking to me very slow acting like I had a hearing problem I asked for a plain chicken and when I got home to check she gave me a regular one and im allergic to mayo and I told her yet she still gave me it and I didn't notice until I got home i drove there once again and she still had an attitude and I also tired to order another one and I had enough so I asked her why she's has attitude with me when she messed up and she refused me service and threw me my messed up order...
employee lack of desire to do good work!
I ordered 2 Egg and Sausage Biscuits without cheese, to go this morning. I drove away and then opened the first sandwich. The biscuit on both sides was so wet they would not hold their shape and fell apart as I tried to pick it the sandwich up, the sausage and egg were just fine but placed outside the biscuit. It had obviously been thrown together without any desire to do a good job. The second sandwich was just fine, the biscuit held together, eggs and sausage patty properly placed.
If I had eaten in the store I would definitely have returned the first sandwich but seeing that I was already on the road I did not. The though occurred to me that the ingredients of both sandwiches were exactly the same and that it was the employees lack pride in his work and lack of interest in producing work to a reasonable standard that created this situation. The best ingredients in the world will suffer due to poor presentation. Even in a simple sandwich.
I guess this event finally tipped the scale for me because it is not just your store but most others also, where I have been upset by poor workmanship and lack of caring. I am retired and I still take pride in what I do and try to do my best every time, is it to much to ask that others do the same when I am purchasing products from them. I used to value my customers and try to give them my best, that no longer seems to be the case.

Yesterday i went thru the drive thru to order breakfast from a newly opened burger king here in Peoria, IL. I order a #7 meal w/orange juice and two sausage egg cheese croissant .
The croissants looked like they had been picked up from the parking lot. there was a small scrap of bacon on one of them, no meat on the other. the Bisquit from the #7 meal had been microwaved for at least 15 minutes. It was hot for sure, but harder than a major league baseball.
I contacted the store manager today and she asked if i had the food, no I have thrown out. I was hoping she would offer a refund, but no, only wants to replace the food.
I hope this is just a startup issue with this store, I have eaten the croissants for many years.

I posted a complaint before leaving my house. Im here now at 4235 and again the manager Jessica is very disrespectful toward customer and employees right now she reading off texts she sent another employee to the rest of the restaurant. She also saying that the employee stank and so on. I am not going to eat here I'm thinking of starting a YouTube channel for this particular restaurant. I think I will have to go a lil further and find a better restaurant to enjoy my mornings at. Over twenty years of being faithful customer I'm calling it a Quits! Bugerking flame broiler was down on Sunday and they was serving bake burgers with telling customer I seen where it was coming from sad! I couldn't even enjoy my food.
Jessica Johnson is the General Manager for Burger King near my home I been going here since the 90s however these last few months BK has went down to the fact I get my food and go and only eat there for the convenience rather then enjoyment. She has homeless ppl cleaning while you are trying to enjoy your meal. She has insulted me once also called another customer a ghetto [censor] the other day. She is very disrespectful so is her assistant manager telling people [censor] get out my line I watch her work employee's without slip resistant shoes also the roof is leaking when it rains and she doesn't bother to place cone these people can slip and fall. I asked her to get water up she said let it stay there the owner ain't trying to put money in it so y should she care it's been that way since the Hurricane Irma. She also let's her employees fight and laughing when they arguing she starts alot of arguments with the customer as well as the her employees.

I bought a coupon book from a local fundraiser from a school. The coupon states free whopper w/ purchase of any whopper combo meal and I ordered a whopper jr combo meal and told them I had the coupon at the drive through. When I pulled up to the window they ask for the coupon and then told me the amount for my food and I said why is it so much they then said well you wanted the free whopper so we added a whopper combo meal. I told them the coupon said free w any whopper combo meal and they it means a big whopper so after several minutes I just paid for a extra meal to get the whopper when I shouldn't have had to.

I have reported this "two" times before leaving all my contact information and I requested that burger king contact me; did not happen! Your employee pulled her car horizontal behind vertically parked cars then left her car and went inside bk and I had a very difficult time backing my car up; she came running out of bk screaming move your car; pointing and making gestures at me; she came to my car several times and I told her to get away my car; she refused to move her car; I got out my car to go inside bk to report her; then she sped away; she was a black lady; maybe between thirty to forty years old driving a fairly new white suv; I am seventy six years old and do not deserve treatment like this from any employee of any business and burger king should make this right; after all it was your employee that "illegally" parked in your own parking lot!

I went into the Burger King at 5524 E Grant Rd in Tucson Az 85712 today Saturday 4-14-18 at about 2:20pm. I ordered a Caramel Frappe and a Whopper Jr with cheese, no onion, & no bun. The cashier handed me my Frappe with no whipped cream. I asked where the whipped cream was and with her back turned to me she said, "it doesn't come with whipped cream". I stood their puzzled for a few seconds. Because before I started my diet a month and a half ago I was eating at Burger King at least twice a week. I work behind the plaza the Burger King is in. Then I began to go to a table and sit down but I stopped and went back to the counter. I wanted whipped cream on my frappe, as always. The manager (a black man) walked up from the drive thru window area and I sat the frappe down on the counter and as he walked by I said, "can I have whipped cream on this please". The manager repeated my question, "can you have whipped cream on this"? As if I was asking something absurd. He had a look on his face like he was annoyed. I then replied, "yes, I order a frappe at least twice a week and it always has whipped cream on it. That girl just told me it doesn't come with whipped cream. But even the picture on the menu has whipped cream". The manger then rolled his eyes, as if I was asking too much, and asked the cashier to put whipped cream on my frappe. Now I was offended. I didn't need the attitude. So I asked, is whipped cream extra now"? The manager then turned to me and said, "the cashier is new and she didn't know". I didn't reply. He told me again that she was new and she didn't know. I then relied, "then help her". The manager then said to me, "you need to stop attacking her. I can't keep new employees because you people keep running them off". Now I was pissed off! I wasn't attacking her! I wasn't even speaking to her. I was speaking to him.
And I was the one feeling attacked! And it's not my fault that they can't keep new employees. He needs to look at himself. I replied, "train her right". He then walked back to the drive thru window area. The cashier handed me my frappe, with whipped cream on it and apologized to me and told me that no one told her that the frappes come with whipped cream. I thanked her and told her there was no need to apologize. I told her it wasn't her fault she wasn't trained right. Then I get my food. Again I ordered a Whopper Jr with chese, no onion, & no bun. The burger had no tomatoes or anything else that usually comes on a Whopper Jr. I just asked for no onion. Then the extra lettuce I asked for was all brown. It was disgusting. I went back up to the counter and put the burger on the counter & said, "the lettuce is brown. I want my money back". I was done with them at that point. The cashier calls the mean manager up and tells him I want my money back because the lettuce is brown. The manager then asked, "and what's the reason for a refund"? I was about to start cussing him out at this point. I repeated what the cashier had just told him, "the lettuce is brown". He gave the go ahead, with a mean nasty look on his face, to give me a refund. I took my refund, told my family that I was there with goodbye and I left and walked to work. I skipped eating with my family and I gave up a ride to work because I was just so upset by that manager. Something needs to be done about that man. That was NOT manager material. But just to note that manager is any other time one of the sweetest, kindest man. Bad mood or not, his attitude was disgusting. I now have NO respect for him. I do not plan on stepping foot in that Burger King any time soon.

very rude manager
We went thru the drive thru in Dickson, Tn on 4/4/2018 I placed the order and everything was correct on the screen. When I got to the window the lady at the window didn't give us everything, I told her she left out a drink and then I noticed she didn't give me the fries. I told her she left out my fries, she was very nice about it ! When she told the manager he was rude to her which embarrassed her then he made a rude comment to me. He said give her the dang fries, I don't have time to argue with her! Very disappointed with the customer service!

Tonight April 14 2018 I went through the drive through in artesia nm. When I got to the window to pay I realized they took my order wrong which I was ok with and corrected the mistake before paying when the person I was paying Lewis turned to the manager to let her know she immediately yelled at him and said it was my fault and she took the order right. While I waited she yelled at nearly every employee working and very loudly showed how she felt things needed to be. My five year old even said "mom that lady is mean, why is she being mean to her friends at work" Lewis was visibly shaken by his manager and everyone else tried their best to stay out of her way. I did not get the managers name working said shift, but she was a middle aged woman with shoulder length hair. I've worked for retail and restraints and frequent fast food places and have never seen a manager treat their employees in such a way. Very lacking in respect. I feel someone in a leadership position as I am also in should put out what they would like their employees to put out. This manager is lacking
extremely slow service
I don't understand why the Burger King on Peters Creek Parkway in Winston Salem, NC is beyond extremely slow.
I went by there on Tuesday 4-10-18 and there was one car in front of me in the drive thru, 2 cars in the parking lot and it took almost 20 minutes to get 2 Whoppers. I was going to stop on my way to work this morning for a biscut, there was one car at the window, one car at the drive thru menu board and I was stiting behind that car, for like 5 minutes, there was 1 car in the parking lot. I pulled off as I could not be late for work, and when I looked back the car at the menu board was still sitting there as I drove down the street.
Burger King has good food, however the service at this store leaves a lot to be desired.
soft drink price
on April 12, 2018 at 1336 went thru drive thru for a medium soft drink and was charged $2.79 +$0.24 tax. I feel this is too high price for a soda which is more than one of your sandwiches and almost 3 times higher than one of your competitors. You can, (and I should have) bought a 12 pack of 12 oz. cans for $3.99
I think you need to review the pricing strategy.
Don't buy drinks at Burger King any more. Problem solved.

When I went to the Burgerking in South San Francisco, CA, It was about 7:03am just 1 customer eating. I made an order of 10 bicuits and sausage and a coupon meal. The spanish manager told me, you have to wait 17 minutes. So she gave me the coffee and I said, I can get the coupon meal and wait. so I wait 10 min and ask her about the the crossiants and she gets rude and say, I just asked you if you want coffee first. I said I can get the coupon meal and wait. She starts talking about I said coffee first. I didn't want to say anything back fear of spitting in my food. As I wait 1 guy comes in made an order left for 2 min came back she gave him some biscuits then another guy comes in 5 min after him with his own coffee cup and gives him 2 biscuits sitting on the tray. So you mean to tell me while people come in and order the biscuits and because my order is big she can give away my biscuits and I have to wait longer. Mind you there is no one coming in and going through the drive thru other then the 2 guys. So I go up to the counter and wait I see her warming up some biscuits and it don't take long and she tells me wait 3 more minutes and I see about 5 biscuit sitting in front of the counter. I watch her then she says something to the other spanish girl next to her and the other girl starts looking back at me like they mad I'm waiting at the counter. Plus the manager is fixing my bisciuts with No Gloves On. So then she puts 10 biscuits in the bag and there is already about 5 biscuits on the counter just sitting there. All that waiting took almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous, I shouldn't of have to wait so long while the manager is giving away my order and I have to wait. She didn't have gloves on and she had a bad attitide. I meant what was the cook cooking in the kitchen all that time they where moving and stuff are they cooking food for them or some others. I'm not sure. But really upset.

Customer service at store #5961 is really bad. I will never eat there again. It took 30 minutes to make 2 meals that were not that difficult, one was no onion and the other meal was everything on it... It was the new sour dough sandwich that is being advertised now.. By the time we got our meals the bread was soggy and just awful to eat.. Fries were cold. The manager shoved the tray at us.. Just a horrible experience. Then when I asked for a manager number the "manager" in duty gave me a fake number.. Never again
