Burger King not recognizing the senior citizen discount

I went to a Burger King Harrison avenue in Cary, North Carolina on 10/25/2017 around 9pm and was planning on getting dinner for my wife and myself. I was in the drive thru line so I gave the person my order and let them know I was a senior citizen and would like to get that discount. That person didn't say anything so I proceeded to pay for our meals. The person gave me the total and I asked does that included the senior discount. She paused and then said we don't give discounts to seniors. I've read were you do give discounts. I would've like to seen that she would've checked with her manager. But she didn't so I decided to forget about getting the food and I drove off. I just recently became a senior so I would like to be recognized and given the discount. She wasn't very friendly so that doesn't sit well with me either. You tell me why I should want to go back to Burger King. I hope to hear from you.

Burger King customer service

I pulled up to the drive-thru window to place an order and this lady who took my order felt annoyed, and was completely rude in acknowledging my order. Now I come to this Burger King most commonly, and almost all the time I'm greeted nicely and everyone seemed friendly. But this time I felt completely disrespected as a valued customer. I politely stated how I felt about my service and Maricela knew what she did and still acknowledgment of sympathy or regret. I asked politely for her name and she stated she couldn't give that information which I knew that was a compelety lie because than why wear a name tag? So I was able to read the name tag and get a jist of it. I don't appreciate how the situation was handled on this employees part, also claiming she was the manager. Well very very very poor on the managers part to handle this situation too. I was left disrespected and no sympathetic compensation.

Burger King cleanliness

This is the 2nd complaint I have had with this place in the past 4 months . The floors are disgusting. Sticky and just unclean. Which in turn causes flies and bugs. Not what I wanna see when I'm trying to eat . Last time it was the same thing with the cleanliness with extreme wait time. There just wasn't enough staff. The staff that was there was working their игее off, they need more people.

Burger King cleanliness

We recently went to Burger King in Sandpoint, ID., Thursday, Oct. 29, 2017. The front counter was very dirty, dirty finger prints, litter, tape had been removed and the dirty residue was on the counter. The floor in the kitchen area was littered with food and debris. I told the girl at the cash register the counter should be cleaned. When we left I saw it was wiped but the black tape residue was still there along with litter. Not very inviting.

Burger King store managers performance

To whom it may concern
My name is Albertene Ausmer. I recently visited your Burger King branch in Diamondhead Mississippi. I had a doctor's appointment in Diamondhead so I'll stop figured I stop and get some breakfast my daughter works there she's front cashier she took my order fix my order and I took my tray and I sat down at the front table closer to the front counter. Not long after that there's a lady walked up and made an order my daughter took the order I think she ordered a small cup of coffee and she served her. So the lady walked to the booth and sat down my daughter picked up a black I don't know if it was a tray or something she said something spilled in it like coffee so she had just walked away from the counter and went and rinsed it out and she was walking back when the lady went back to the front counter and the store manager was standing there so she walked towards the drive-thru window and yelled at my daughter said Antoinette you have customers up there and when she yelled I look because it shocked me, so at that time my daughter was walking back towards the front counter and she said oh I didn't know I just walked from up there and when my daughter said that the manager said I ain't arguing with you you can go home and my daughter just looked at her because she didn't argue and didn't say nothing. So my daughter walk to the front counter she looked at me and I looked at her and I just shook my head no. My daughter immediately got upset and she started crying and she told me that she was going home with me so the manager I guess it was a manager pulled her drawer had her count it and my daughter came home with me. My daughter cried all the way home because she was upset because she did nothing wrong she didn't argue with her and I was sitting there she was embarrassed because her mom was sitting and she heard everything. I am 74 years old I work at Walmart Im retired and I still work and that was very uncalled for. I feel something seriously need to be done because she told me that that particular manager yells at everybody in the store and nobody does anything about it. I didn't raise my daughter to disrespect nobody or talk back to nobody and she's a very hard worker and I don't think she deserve that. Diamondhead, Mississippi.

Burger King wrong order

I ordered 2 croissan'wichs with ham, cheese & egg, when I got home my sandwiches did not have any egg on them! Store on 8131 pat booker rd.in live oak, texas 78233. They forgot to put egg on my sandwiches. I don't live next door to the store so I didn't return the items to the store to correct the order. What can you do to correct this situation?

Burger King rodeo burger

To whom it may concern,

I find myself writing to you because of the recent visit I just had at my local Burger King store #16406 located on 7100 Coastal Palms Blvd, Panama City Beach, Florida 32408.

My husband made a trip to this Burger King to get himself 2 Whoppers a large fry and for me your Rodeo Burger. When he returned he was pulling the food out of the bag and asked me if this was the correct Burger. Upon seeing it I told him no this is not a Rodeo Burger, I proceeded to pull the picture up to show him what the burger look like. Checking the receipt he saw that he was charged a dollar for this little baby Burger.

I have attached two pictures, one picture showing the burger that I'm holding that is supposedly your Rodeo Burger, and the other picture is the supposed Rodeo Burger sitting next to your Double Whopper. The only thing on it is a tiny patty, pieces of onion rings and a dab of sauce.

This is the second time we have had an issue with this location within a couple weeks time, the last time my husband ordered a Whopper, it didn't have lettuce tomato or onion on it. We were upset to say the least but let it go, however, this time we are just plain mad! You can see what we got for the Rodeo Burger, this is total disappointment for us to say the least! Apparently your employees don't know what or let alone how to make your food properly!

This will be the last time I ever give you my business let alone any positive feedback!

Burger King drive thru order

I asked for a 2 Taco pack, a $5 whopper meal, a 2 bacon cheeseburger meal with heavy onion add mayo & no pickles & I went inside to get an extra order of chicken nuggets & large fries we ate in the car & were in a hurry but we immediately noticed that I got my whopper with no pickles heavy onion and my 2 bacon cheeseburgers with extra onion mayo & pickles all my burgers were wrong the fries were cold & the tacos were nasty tasted old weren't fresh at all.

Burger King wrong items given/no receipt with purchase

My husband bought lunch from your location today, 10/25/17 on 1727 E Platte Ave Colorado Springs
He had ordered two small fries, a buffalo chicken sandwich and two ten piece SPICY chicken nuggets.
This location is about 30 minutes from our home ad he picked up lunch after an appointment in the area. Upon arriving home I noticed we were given regular chicken nuggets. This was my lunch. The only reason I wanted Burger King was for the spicy chicken nuggets, I'm 24 weeks pregnant so what seems like a minor issue actually ruined my lunch. Attached you see a picture showing regular chicken nuggets as opposedto spicy. He was also not given a receipt for this transaction.

Burger King jr whopper

I ordered copper Jr with heavy pickle received one slice of pickle and the sandwich was so small, smaller than I remember. I been eating at Burger King for decades I am 53 and today not satisfied. I was customer care number 41 while at the doctor's appointment in . OK t is important that you review the product for 2 most people would go to Wendy's their dollar menu offers more and better portion. I really enjoy the Whopper but now know that the Whopper Jr is not for me. Still hungry.

Burger King honoring survey rules

On Oct. 5, 2017 I dined in with my family of six. After receiving my receipt I was told I could take a survey to receive a free sandwhich . After we got our meals I decided to do the survey( which I never do ) because the manager that took our order was not very friendly and messed the order up by rushing my grandson into ordering something he did not really want. She also made us and charged us for items we did not ask for. I told her when we got our order that we had not asked for all the sandwiches she had had made for us and she told me that I should speak up because no one could understand me by not talking loudly. In that I feel she was very rude. After I got home I took the survey and was given a validation code to come back with and the receipt from that day.After I did I was told I had to buy fries and a drink to get the free sandwich. That was not told to me so I did not receive a free sandwich.

Burger King service was very poor

I went to the drive thru at approximately 7:28 P.M. 10/24/17. I noticed my food was extremely old and cold. I pulled around and walked in to get fresh food. It was no one to assist me but I heard them loudly in the back playing. I noticed all the food looked old and I wasn't getting any fresh food unless the cook it and I have to wait. I stood there and wasn't being assisted so I walked out to the car and grabbed my phone. I walked back in and took a picture to show the establishment. I was very disappointed.

Burger King entire franchise - 937 dixwell ave, hamden, ct 06514

I want to take a moment to congratulate bk, or at least the franchise located at 937 dixwell ave, hamden, ct 06514. To blantanly show complete disregard and infuriate customers trying to give you money, and be able to do whatever you want, make terrible food, close whenever you feel like it, have 6+ employees watch curtomers stroll by while you give them directions to mcdonald's, etc must mean you're doing very well and don't need customers. I guess you should be proud, although even if I didn't need the money I would still be embarrassed beyond belief to treat anyone this way, let alone customers.

In the past month alone i've tried going there only to find out 3x they closed before 10:00 pm when online it says they're open til midnight, have been told they have no burgers (So the "burger king" doesn't have burgers), 2x couldn't get crispy chicken, and most recently again this evening, walked 1.5 miles in torrential rain and wind (Go ahead check the weather in ct) to arrive at 10:25 and see 6+ people sitting around with all the lights on and be told they're closed. Why do you need 6+ people to watch the lights stay on and refuse money? Why doesn't your website say that bk offers whatever food they have leftover for you and closes whenever they want? I would've liked to join the employees smoking weed, but couldn't because would've been too hungry and couldn't get food. I literally had bk employees there suggest I go to mcdonald's bc they are open the hours they say they are.

God bless that bk that they make enough money to piss away customers. I can truly say I will never visit a bk store again ever. I'll starve to death before I give a single penny to a restaurant that literally laughs at their customers for trying to give them money and are that lazy. I understand if it's slow and you want to close at 11:45 instead of midnight, but to close before 10 yet advertise midnight! Such a joke and the fact that corporate allows it says all I need to know. I only wish there was a way to get all the money back i've wasted there. Being on a budget, i've been forced to eat bk at least 7-10x a week for the last few months, and will never go again. So congrats on your success and being able to piss in your customers face for trying to give you money

I don't understand this burger king on 937 dixwell ave the manager name shakita don't need to be a mjr cause she never wanna hire people. 1 of the employees that work there said that they need help they move slow as hell in front the mjrs don't help the employees at all when they get really busy. Whoever is the owner of this burger king needs to do a whole makeover with the mjrs and some of the employees! People need jobs people don't have time for the run around. BURGER KING NEEDS TO DO A BIG JOB FAIR AND ONLY THE OWNER NEEDS TO DO THE INTERVIEWS NO MJRS CAUSE THEY DON'T WANNA HIRE ANYBODY!

The girls in there on 10-22-2017 their customer service is horrible they represent the owner I feel real sorry for him they are going to run his customer to the gas station no greating no thank you acted like we were inconveniencing them the absolute worst cs I've ever in countered the food was stale the drive thru lady was loud obnoxious and not friendly the front counter lady should just quit period..I feel sorry for your establishment real sorry I will never go back there ever

Burger King food handling

Burger king in Rush City, Minnesota. They were making my food without gloves on. When i said something about it. The lady told the guy to wash his hands and put gloves on which he did but then continued to make my food with the same things he was handling without glove such as my burger bun and my chicken tenders. Thats terribly unsanitary. I am serve safe certified and I know that is a health issue. Something needs to be done about this. I walked out of that store with contaminated food.

Burger King drive thru

On 10/23/2017 I went through the drive-thru of store # 14398 in monticello at 5:48 pm. I ordered a crispy club salad, onion ring and a large diet raspberry coke, with a senior discount. I noticed that the screen said diet coke (This happens frequently). When I paid I was handed the soda and asked if it was diet and was told "yes". When I finally got home and went to drink it, I realized it was not diet. I wouldn't normally complain through this venue, but it happens too many times at the drive thru. If I wanted to eat inside I could get my own soda, but going through the drive thru allows me to get the food and drink to eat at home. I shouldn't have to taste and sip my food and drink to make sure it is correct. And, when I ask if the drink is diet, and the answer is yes, it should be diet coke. Normally I would take a sip, but this particular day I was bringing my cat home after surgery and didn't have time to do this. It is really hard to understand why the people working there cannot provide a service without having to be given the wrong product.

Burger King presentation

I only go to this Burger King Because it's on my way there's only two in my town one on North side and one on south side. This stores number is 1728 Abilene Texas. On North 1st. They store is so unfriendly they all seem to have a chip on their shoulders and you can tell that they hate their job. The food taste ok but it's always sloppy when ever I do happen to go there to eat. I think Burger King has the BEST hash browns and the BEST French fries. So good I keep going back for u satisfied customer service and sloppy presentation. I would like to go there and the person taking my order says I how are you welcome to Burger King and smile at me, instead of a sad lame and dry welcome to Burger King what can I get you. Thank you for your time maybe next time I will have a better experience. I have a video of me opening it but it won't let me up load, sorry.

Burger King breakfast items/service

I arrived at BK at 7:25 this morning and ordered 2 sets of the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. I pulled up to the second window, as instructed, and was greeted nicely by a young lady. However she advised that I would need to wait for coffee as she was making a fresh pot just for me. I waited for 20 minutes, watching other cars come and go through the drive through. How is coffee not ready in a fast food chain restaurant like BK at 7:25 in the morning? Then I notice that 2 of the 4 sandwiches don't have any egg. Very much ticked off at this location. Poor service and quality. Perhaps if people would plan ahead and care just a little this wouldnt happen.

Burger King manager/crew

On October 23, 2017 Monday night at 11:45 me and my wife went to the burger king the crew person in the drive thru window name was Kaieesha Taylor she was very rude and unprofessional she didn't speak or knowledge us she just told us the total and had a attitude with it (we ordered $1.49 Nuggets) when we got the food it was old as hell and when we went the manager act like she didn't care.

Burger King attitude

Yalls workers need a better attitude, and need to not be rude to customers or other co-workers, and they need to straighten their attitudes up, and they need to stop being racist towards any race.Like do I want to go to Burger King again, hell no now y'all have some very freaking rude [censor] people who need to get their [censor] fired. Y'all really need to do something, because if I worked there I would quit because I wouldn't want to be treated like [censor] from my co-workers.
