Burger King Food and can't fill out mybkexperience cause it just stops. Tried twice.

08 08 22, 0905 hrs. I stopped at BK #565 in Toledo, Ohio. Ordered a Jr. Burrito as I do several times a month at this store and have never had a problem. I drove home 4 miles and opened the bag to find a severely over cooked Jr. Burrito that the wrapper was stuck to. I removed the wrapper and let the remains sit for 5 minutes to cool. Most of the burrito was stuck to the wrapper and when I looked at the filling-meat, potato, I see no cheese. I think the Jr. Burrito is the best of all the fast food burritos. It is a good food value and the price is right.

I tried to fill out the questionnaire on the back of my receipt twice. At the end of the questions the website gets stuck and won't go on after I state my experience. I am not a complainer and if I could unwrap the burrito without destroying it I would overlook it being overcooked and no cheese inside.

Desired outcome: Ticket for a Jr Burrito or a refund.

Burger King express service sucks.

Can order what I want. No help. On route Port Hope and Woodstock NO LONGER SERVICE CUSTOMERS and service/ sell want,we the way they want it. I'm a truck driver and don't have the piss around screen trying to place an order for something I can't get. I'm human, not a machine and expect talk to a human give me what I want.

You have lost my business due to lack of service and respect. You need me,I don't need you...

I would to hear but I you lowly me a was customer.

Burger King On line order at BK west st Annapolis MD

Order was not filled at Burger King in Annapolis Maryland on West st.

Used the app and paid for the meal and when we arrived to pickup there was a sign stating that they closed early at 4:30pm. When my husband went back the next day. The manager didn't know anything.

Order #38 was not filled on

Burger King Debit card not returned

On August 7, 2022, at approximately 4pm MST, I purchased food at the Burger King 12473 in Columbia Falls MT, the female employee at the drive up window did not return my card or provide me with a receipt, there was no receipt in the bag or attached to the bag, immediately after handing the employee my card, they said, "they are getting rid of your sandwich", I was distracted by this and didn't understand why I was being told this, then they went on to highlight how moist the sandwich was, that I needed to keep buying them, then another male employee walked up behind her and said the same thing about the sandwich, when I remove my card from my wallet, I place my wallet on the seat next to me and immediately after having my card returned I place it back in my wallet , I"ve done this for years to make sure it's not lost or misplaced, this morning when I went to purchase groceries, my card was missing, I immediately blocked the card and no am facing a serious inconvenience, I now have to go online and change all of my automatic debit accounts because this card is no longer valid, I think I'm sure your employees are trained to return a customers card along with the receipt immediately upon completing the transaction, this didn't happen, the employee went into some sales pitch but did not return my card, in reflection, this seem odd and possibly an intentional act of distracting a customer in order to retain their card some some criminal purpose, I had to leave a message at the Burger King because no one answered the phone, I feel this was not a mistake, I'm asking for an investigation into this place to see if additional complaints have been filed and if there is some criminal activity occurring where debit and credit cards are not being returned, you can reply to this email at [protected]@yahoo.com or contact me at [protected], the inconvenience of having to change all my accounts now is costly, I run a small business and don't have time to waste updating all my business accounts because of what has happened, Thank you for your assistance, Michael Bennett PO Box 611, Choteau MT, 59422

Burger King Tea

I order my food at burger King 8/7/2022

And a large cup of tea at the window

In Mullins sc.

As I drove away I started sipping my tea on the road until suddenly something came through the straw hard and went in my mouth and then I spit it out and it was a dead fly in my tea.

I felt very bad and I want to file a complaint.

I threw up and this happen and I'm very very upset

Burger King Service and didn’t get what I ordered

My wife stopped at your store on gateway in Springfeld Oregon when she placed her order asked the worker if she could get her burger on lettuce wrap because she as a gluten allergy she worker said yes but acted like it was bothering her to do it the when my wife got home to eat it 15 miles away she found out it was on a bun so she looked for receipt but she didn’t get one this is wrong she spent good money just to toss it away I understand that they may be under staffed but this Is not how you treat your costumers

Burger King Service

I went to burger King in rivonia center, where there is kfc pizza hut and tiger wheel. To my entrance the shop was dirty, when I got to the tills I stood there and no one attended to me no one seemed to care I was there until I left, they didn't even bother when I left. I don't know if they short staffed or what as hungry as I was. The experience was terrible, I'm a Mcdonald fan but someone told me to try burger King it's nice. As for the experience I think I will stick to mcd

Burger King Chicken sandwich

I went to Burger King #7558, I order a #9 crispy chicken sandwich minus lettuce, what I got was a regular chicken sandwich with a little bit of mayo on it, no tomato like it states it is supposed to have, but needless to say it wasn’t even what I ordered and I wasn’t told that it was replaced for whatever reason. I will NEVER eat at Burger King again!

Burger King Coupon redemption

I had this experience Monday, July 25, at about 7:10 p.m. at the 1707 East Valley Pkwy Burger King, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered three small Whopper combinations in the drive-thru without saying I had a coupon, which it turns out is a stated must in the coupon's tiny print. (I need a glasses to read fine print.) Let it be clear, nowhere on the drive-thru menu are there instructions for coupon use.

I tooled up to the drive-thru window, where I presented a two-for-one direct-mail Whopper combo coupon and my debit card to the cashier. The cashier took the coupon, put it through the slit in the cash drawer and charged full price, $31, to my card.

Bemused, I asked why the cashier hadn't applied the coupon to the total. The cashier said that because I had failed to follow the instructions in the fine print, I would be required to pay full price. Since the cashier had taken the coupon and put it in the closed register through a slot, there was no way for me to confirm what was said.

Two questions came immediately to mind: (1) Why did the cashier accept the coupon, look at it, and put it in the drawer without letting on that the $10 discount would not be applied? (2) Is it possible for a Burger King employee to collect a coupon, refuse to honor it, charge full price, but then re-ring the transaction later and pocket the $10 difference.

Anyway, I asked if I could please speak to the manager. I listening dubiously to the same lecture about failing to follow the instructions in the fine print and therefore having to pay full price. After some discussion, I persuaded the manager to keep the combos and refund the $31 to my debit card. I drove straightaway to a different Burger King location to place the same order, but this time successfully with the coupon's 2-for-1 discount applied for a $10 savings.

Desired outcome: The two employees I talked to seemed determined to charge full price but keep the coupon. I think it would be a good idea to look into the way coupons are redeemed at that location.

Burger King Sandwiches

Jesus Christ I got a whopper and a chicken sandwich and both had one piece of lettuce. Do you think you could spare the time to cut more if ya ain't got none. Cause if I would got this inside someone woulda got fired! It cost me $14 for these two sandwiches and no one gives two [censored]s to make it edible. I mean I know it ain't the best job but guess what they get paid more than pushing and broom and cleaning toilets. There wasn't a lot of people either. I'm sick of LAZY [censored] employees!

Burger King Customer service

Every time I pay at the drive through I am asked to pull up and wait for my order. EVERY time. Doesn't matter if I'm the only customer or the place is full, they want me to pull up so they get a higher ranking. Rather than hurrying to put my small order together - today it was milk with a ham, egg and cheese croissant - they ask me to pull up. And when I refused, another employee came to the window to say that she was the one making the food and I needed to comply because this is her job. In the time we spent discussing it, she could have easily prepared my order and sent me happily on my way

Desired outcome: Better service. Only ask people to pull up and wait if you have a good reason to do so.

He is smoking weed and popping pills and is around the food my kids consume and is also known for selling drugs out of the workplace! Do something about it before some unidentified substance gets in someones food or some food isn't prepared right because he has no place in that industry getting high! He doesn't have any manners or respect and is not a responsible adult! He is a drug dealer and has no place in your restaurant!

Burger King Cold tasteless food

July 18 at 1:45 I ordered a whopper junior and fries at the Charlotte NC Airport.

I had to wait 10 minutes even though there was a very small amount of customers. I received a cold, tasteless burger. I ended up throwing it away.

I ate the semi-warm fries because it was the only food I had had since a yogurt for breakfast and I had to catch my next flight. I wouldn't be home until 6 pm

I won't be returning to Burger King again.

We went to the Burger King restaurant in Irvine California because of their ad we saw on the TV about a $5 meal deal. When I ordered two of them, we were told they were $6 each and the TV ad was incorrect. We placed our order and while the food was very good, we will never go back due to false advertising. Burger King Argentinian angus meal

I ordered a Argentinian Angus meal via Uber eats on July 19 18:31, the food delivered at 19:05 and I ate the burger and fries with spicy mayo alone at home. This was the only meal or food I had in the evening. At 11:00pm till 4am, I puked at least 8 times. For two times was the food, then followed by vomiting yellow bile water and even white foam! I called 111 for medical advice and the GP came over my home for medication as I was alone and no one could help me to collect the medicine. I was still very unwell.

Desired outcome: Refund from Uber eats done. I would need an explanation, apology and monetary compensation to my condition as I was not able to go to work.

Burger King Nuggets and unsweetened tea

wow I'm a 64 female --- I used the drive thru today at store #5547. 2199 Whiteford Rd York PA transaction [protected] 021757. I was hungry and ordered 8 nuggets and a large unsweetened tea. my lunch was horrible - i ate it because i didn't want the hassle of going back to the window. tea was strong and bitter (also she failed to put ice = its 90 degrees outside !) and nuggets cold and tasteless. for $4.96 i am not happy thanks for listening
