This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

I have a lot to say about this store. First No one ever washes there hands unless they know someone is watching. They never throw away expired food unless they know someone higher up is coming in. They change dates on all there food to make it seem good. They drop food on the floor and still use it. They never clean the place, again unless someone is there.

I would really recommend no one eating there. This place is so disgusting, the workers are nasty. A bunch of young kids running the place. If you go there at night you will probably find the workers all outside smoking, then of course when they go into make your food No hands get washed. They are rude to the customers, they will make fun of customers while you are standing right there. They have no respect for anyone. This place should be shut down. The only reason they pass their inspections is because they always come suring the day and the managers usually knows when they are coming. All I can say is if you don't want to get sick eat some place else.

I only go to get the BK Veggie Burger and sometimes onion rings. It doesn't matter which Burger King I go to in Los Angeles they cannot seem to get it right. If I ask for mustard, ketsup, onions and pickles with no lettuce, I will get extra lettuce, mayonaise which I loathe and no Ketsup for one example. I could give many examples but you get the idea. Sometimes their screwups are epic like when I received a Chicken sandwich with so much ketsup and mustard it was gushing out both sides. I am a vegetarian and don't eat chicken. I suppose I should have been happy that the condiments were half right? It's seriously ridiculous and comical at this point.

This is Every Time I decide to go and be disappointed AGAIN! Their motto is "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" A JOKE!

I visited Burger King on 12/30/08 at 3:18pm while waiting on my vehicle to be repaired across the street. The dining area was filty; sticky floor by the drink machine, tables not cleaned, floor not mopped. Two staff persons sitting in the lobby talking. When I placed my order the cashier cam from behind the counter to get the other employess to prepare my food. The french fries tasted like apples. The whopper had too much ketchup and mayo. It was the worest experience ever. Burger King #01257.

Dear americans at Burger King,

In case you have not noticed yet, Romania is a country in Europe and also a member of the European Union. On what statements are you denigrating a whole nation because you took some old people from the country to do your ### Whopper Virgins campaign? Your think your peasants know how to eat a hamburger? Think again. Maybe you should search youtube for a video called A WORLD WITHOUT ROMANIA, before trying to impress anyone with your campaign. Also you should document yourselves first before criticizing. You know, we, in Romania, have electricity and internet, and we do look like humans. Glad you decided to open Burger King restaurants in a country where people DO NOT know how to eat a hamburger, as you state. See if you can build a new hamburger for us, one that we know how to eat.

I have yet again run into a STOOPID policy, this time at Burger King, where they say no more than one order per car.

I racked my brain to try and think of a logical reason for this, like maybe holding up the line when there are 7 or more cars in line, but this morning at Burger King (3520 Town Center Drive, Littleton, CO 80129, Phone [protected]. Store Number 12903). However, we were the ONLY car in sight this morning 9:21 am when this snot-### came on the speaker and was sure to tell us before even taking our order we would NOT be allowed to have more than one order. When asking him why, both at the speaker and later at the window, he said 'Because, I'm the store manager, and that's all you need to know.'

In my opinion, a REAL store manager would be able to justify the policy, quote it or show it in writing and explain WHY it is a policy, instead of just discouraging future business from hungry customers.

In addition, to further punish us for daring to ask if this was possible, he then said when we gave him the credit card that it didn't look valid and demanded to see my driver's license. Incensed I handed it over and then asked why he needed to run my criminal record check just to approve a burger meal. He then voided out the transaction and started yelling at us to get out of his drive through.

How refreshing that a MANAGER screams at, insults, and threatens potential customers and discourages business.

I just wanted to check in with your audience and see what they feel about this policy, which in my opinion shouldn't be enforced unless they really are in a busy high-traffic period, but even then, should be able to be justified and explained by a MANAGER, especially since we have been to many other Burger Kings that DON'T have this 'Policy'.

I have went to the local Burger King in Shawano, WI for quite some time never had complaints before until this last month I have been there atleast 4 times and during 2 times my orders came back wrong! I ordered once 2 whoppers for my husband from drive-thru when I got home and gave him his whoppers he came to me complaining that there was no mayonaisse on either of them, keep in mind i was the only car there at drive thru! Last mistake happens last nite went to drive thru again because my husband and I really really wanted the Angry Whopper again, unfortunately when I got home i found the order wasnt right I had asked for an Angry Whopper meal w/ no jalepenos and just the Angry Whopper sandwich with extra jalepenos! Suffice it to say there was jalepenos on both of the sandwichs and there was no angry sauce on either of them which took away from the sandwich! I live at least 10 minutes away and it was cold outside so there was no way I was gonna run all the way back to return it! I don't know what is going on with this Burger King but it is unbelievable that now things never seem the same as they did a few months ago when my orders were not wrong I hope something is done about this!

This has got to be the worst burger king in the country. The employees act like they hate that you even came there. Then they take forever getting you your food then its cold. The fries are like they redunked them into the grease to warm them up. And if you complain you get no apoligy whatsoever, only more disrespect like its your fault the food is cold and horrible. I give this birger king chance after chance because its only a half mile from my houser, but it is absolutly ridiculous and I am done with them. I searched the internet hoping to find someone to complain to. Apparently they dont even care enough to receive complaints. So I will drive 5 miles to mcdonalds from now on.

my partner and i took our seven month old son out for a stroll around town on sunday, being a sunday shops shut early, so there wasnt many places open we could go to to warm the babys bottle and food.burger king in queens street was open so both my partner and i went inside and placed our order, in the middle of eating our food i had asked my partner to go to the counter and ask for some hot water to warm the babys food, h returned with nothing, saying that they are not allowed to hand out hot water for safety reasons, this i understood so i didnt think too much of it, anyway the baby still needed to be fed so i then took his bottle up to the counter to ask if they could warm it for me rather than them have to hand me the water, one girl went to do this for me when another member of staff told her ''come here, and pointed to a sign above there counter (wich i couldnt see)and then she came back to me handed me the bottle back as she said ''sorry its againts our policy'' we cant warm the babys food...i was not happy at my son was crying through hunger all i had to give my son COLD food...what happend to there logo on there shops ''HAVE IT YOUR WAY?'' they done nothing to help and all i wanted was a bottle warmed, you would think i was asking for the world...they took our money for food ok though didnt they...to add insult to injury then i took my son upstairs to change his nappy, the baby unit there was impossible it was put into a corner where the toilet cubical was it was the type where you had to pull it down before you could lay the baby onto it, but there was a wall one side of it and a toilet the other so there was very little space there to be able to change the baby there...i could not wait to leave the shop, i was so annoyed and dissapointed at there attitude..yet when i have been to other burger king's the staff there has warmed a bottle for me with no fuss but the one in queen street in cardiff however it was like asking to get blood out of a stone...needless to say i will not be buying from them again and neither will my partner so they have lost yet more customers with there stupid ruels and bad manners!

I was coming home from work today and thought id stop by burgerking with my fiance since I was starving and I got off to make sure their lobby was open well when I opened the door I asked "the manager" yanixania what time they closed she turned around while she was sweeping and said what! I asked again and she said 10! Like it bugged her so I thought ok whatever ill get drive thru take it home but when I get home I open up my whopper and it was the worst whopper ive ever had cold and it looked like it was sitting there for awhile she totally forgot my fries and 4 piece nuggets so the only thing that I was able to eat was the tacos I called to complain and she said apparently she didnt have a name said she was the manager and then kept rambling on about me never going there to place an order and kept telling me I could go in the morning she didnt even make sense worse experience I had! Oh and one of the tacos had a pickles in I foget not mine my fiance's I didnt know burgerking put pickles in the tacos hmmmm

What is wrong with people? In the newest Burger King commercial it has a young man with 2 tiny burgers in his hand, then some silly young girls approach him saying they want to "squeeze" his 2 tiny burgers. This is a discusting way to do advertizing. Why would ANYONE run up to someone of the opposite sex and say in a rediculously whining way that they wanted to squeeze his 2 burgers. BK should feel stupid and messed in the head to air a commercial completely making girls look SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO stupid.i am enraged by this form of advertizing...I want to squeeze your burgers...ya...GET A LIFE BK

Don't be surprised if one of those Burger King employees that represent their employer spits (or worse) in your food. After all, that would fall within the same level of humor displayed in their trashy commercials.

Wow! Crossing a KIDS cartoon with a sexually explicit (or should I say OBVIOUS) music video is absolutely brilliant. Are you guys kidding me? Our kids have no chance thanks to marketing companies like the one you hired to do this commercial. Is your company policy to pay for whatever the marketing company submits? Also< do you really think this is going to sell more burgers? Burger King used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I will never eat there again.

I also believe the Burgger Kiing Commercial "Big Butts" is sexually explicit, because the so called"Burger King" touches the rear end book under the rear, and also the song itself. If we spanked our children for misbehaving, we can go to jail, yet the USA lets things like this go on, that says a lot. It Should be BANNED!.

Burger Kings job is to Sell food, not raise kids. If you feel the commercial is not safe for kids, then monitor what they watch, but do know that they have heard worse in church.

I forgot... And went to burger king this morning. Then I remembered that my burger king is trying to save money by using the fryer grease too long. For the second time, I was suckered into buying a meal with those little half-tat'r tots that tasted nasty. So I go to the corporate web site, no complaint form, no e-mail address. They don't care too much what franchisees are doing with their product. I'm supposed to phone or snail mail corporate, or contact my local store... Like they don't know their food tastes nasty? Ok so i'm phoning corporate. And trying to remember not to eat there — after a few months you can forget!

I agree with the complaint. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I thought "this must be a gag". When I seen it for a second time I realized it was an actual commercial. I can see the point of the previous posters realist and yoyo ma, I do censor my childrens TV watching, but come on is this ad necessary to promote kids meals?

Sure they have-sarc . What church? And no parents cannot watch their kids 24 7. They sure can say no to Burger King.

This national ad for a kid's meal is packed with insinuations of sexual demeanor and is an embarrassment to commercialism. Having a mascot, the "burger king" who is obviously aimed at children, measuring the square-ness of a woman's rear is absolutely rediculous and not only sexist but inappropriate for children in general. These children's meals are supposedly for children who are under the age of puberty. Why are they trying to sell kiddy food with models dancing in tight dresses, being measured by "the king", and with boxes on their rears? These recent ads remind me more of "the man show" (With professional wrestlers, bikini clad bouncers, and sexualizing square "booty") than commercials for a family food establishment.

I will not buy from them due to this (Among others) questionable advertisement. What has gotten into their advertising department lately?

The new commercial for the Burger King kid meal featuring Spongebob Squarepants is absolutely the worst commercial I have ever seen for a kids meal! The idea that BK would ever allow and approve this type of advertising for kids meals and their restaurants is degrading, very sexual, and something that kids do not need to see and BK should not be advertising to their young viewers. Showing women shaking their butts around in short shorts with the "king" sitting there stating "now that's a butt" with these women around him while he's pointing, what is that teaching our young kids today? In a time when we need to be teaching our young people about abstinence and respect for women, then BK shows all of this skin and sexual dancing. How are we, as parents, supposed to explain this behaviour to our kids? BK never has good commercials. I remember the commercial where the kid kicked the "king" for having apple fries. That totally showed a lack of respect for parenthood. Maybe BK should fire their advertising team and find a team of parents who have respect and are aware of the stories surrounding today's issues and know what a good commercial should contain. Grow up BK, you don't have to sell sex and disrespect to sell your food!

Oh yes,

I want my kids to see some ugly mascot measuring a female's but...

That is disgusting... my 5 year old does not need to see that crap... and if that makes us "pre-historic" then so be it...

Now, why don't you go watch your kiddie porn and leave the insults alone...

Get over what? What is moral about that commercial... "booty is booty" that what the dude says in the commercial.. that does that have to do with a KIDS MEAL?

Key word KIDS...

Well YO YO MA...my three year old is not on the internet yet so I guess im lucky there. Do you not get my complaint that burger king is cross marketing a sexual explicit song with a KIDS MEAL? Well, based on your post I would advise you to just go ahead and spring for the clear heels and invest in a stripper pole. Im sure if you have a daughter that would be a wise investment. Ill be sure to tip her really well (I do visit strip clubs...I AM NO PRUDE AT ALL)...My point is that THIS IS MARKETED TOWARD CHILDREN you ###. Its one thing if kids run across inapropriate things that were not meant for them...THIS WAS TARGETED TOWARD THEM!...

This commercial airs at all times of day. While I appreciate spoof and parody, I think it would be more appropriate for children if the dancers looked more like Burger King workers, i.e., long pants and both men and women. When the original song aired I remember learning the words and sneaking peaks at the video at my friends house. I'm not sure how BK thought that this was in great taste but edgy can work. The short-shorts just don't work for me on something that is obviously directed to a young audience. The sexual overtones in our culture are heavy enough without them being in a commercial for BK and Spongebob.

I was taken aback by the the remix of Sir Mix A Lot's song I Like Big Butts. I enjoy the original song but am sickened by the use of jiggling butts (even square ones) in an advertisement aimed at children. What were you thinking? It is disgusting. I will not be bringing my children to Burger King anymore. My family is also boycotting Burger King. We have many choices in the fast food industry to partake of one that fails to consider how an ad will affect our children.

The shaking of square butts on the front of my tv screne, as my children watch
Tv-later for my children - while I watch tv. Young girls shaking their butts with the burger king king holding a measuring tape measuring one of the girls square butts and smiling. What kind of message is that sending? Trust me it has nothing to do with food!Dancing to such lyrics as... "i like square butts and I cannot lie".
