Picture pillow
I ordered a pillow with one of my pictures printed on the cover. I received a regular small pillow with a zippered pillow case with my picture on it. The zipper will not unzip to put the pillow inside. It is not worth the $25.80 which I paid for the product. I have ordered picture pillows in the past which were beautiful. The quality is terrible from this company! I am so disappointed.

I have at least 2 dozen emails to and from customer service demanding a refund for masks that were 1) shoddily made ( they look like a 3-year old made the cuts and when they are put on they look like clown faces) and 2) several weeks late. Every time I contact them they say I will get a refund once I send pix of the defective masks and pix showing that I have made a cut in them to render them unusable. I have complied over a dozen times and each time their response is that they received an empty email and to do it again.
I have never dealt with a less responsive company.
Horrible product
When I received my customized mask, the elasticity broke off! The material was harder than a piece of paper! I asked to return and exchange but never received a new one. Never again. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded me asap.
Not What We Ordered
We sent in two jpg's of two very old photos of very good friends as a wedding gift. Print sizes were 16 x 20. We clearly spelled out that we wanted borderless prints and clearly spelled out that we wanted a decorative border on one of the pictures eliminated. What we got back was two prints with pictures approx. 7.5" by 9" and they even were not centered!
Now to make matters worse, this delay in getting these redone has cost us time in getting their wedding presents to them. This has been a total waste of time and money!
They did respond to our first complaint with essentially "gobblegook" about how it was our fault. BS!
11 prints ordered and not received
I would leave 0 stars but I not think it is possible. I placed an order of 11 prints with them. Approximately 3 weeks later I received their box. Which contained someone else's pictures and no packaging slip. After calling for half a day since the on line agent was unavailable I finally reached a very short rep in the phone which could care less I had someone else's photos. I was told to go ahead and throw out the other person's pictures and that I needed to go and reorder everything from my original order that they would just replace the other persons order. it did not make sense to me that I had to redo my order but they were just going to refill the other person's order, but I did it anyway I emailed them as they requested once I have replaced my order they notified me that they would pull it start reprocessing it. I then had to call back when they had not pulled it and placed my order the 2nd time. It has now been seven days since that and my order has now gone from in production, to order receive I called for about an hour... got a rep on the phone and told her I needed help with an issue in an order that I had placed and I was promptly hung up on I have now been calling again for a little over an hour with no answer. my suggestion to you is do not place an order with them go somewhere else save yourself the headache

I finally got my six pitures today, they were awful. No wrap around on any of them and they were off center. they were set in the middle of the canvan, all off center. It was a mess. My grandfather was so unhappy and sad. I want new prints made at no cost to me. send me a email, I have orded from this company before and they were beautiful, what happened this thim.
Print tiles order
If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently placed an order, I was told it would take 4-6 business days for delivery. It has been three weeks and still nothing. I have dealt with customer service. They responded with an excuse that they had a PO address listed and the shipment was sent back to them because they can't deliver to a PO. There has never been a PO, my confirmation clearly shows my shipping and billing address as a residence and the same. I have pointed this out to them, No word back, no apologies, no taking responsibility.
I would never deal with them again. Why would anyone deal with a company that would straight up lie and make excuses for their failure. There are too many other companies with the same type of products to ever waste time with one that is dishonest.
Never received 2 of the 4 canvases I ordered...
I ordered and paid for 4 canvases a month ago and have only received 2 of the canvases. Impossible to get in touch with. The telephone goes straight to a recording for 11 minutes of music and then says to try again later. I have tried 5 times now with no answer... Emails go unanswered...

“blanket”
I finally got the product in the mail, over 8 weeks after ordering. It is the wrong size, is cut crooked and has the edge stitching already loose and literally dissolving. What is supposed to be a comfortable fleece is actually a hard, stiff felt. The picture isn't bad but obviously distorted. Calls and emails to the company have gone unanswered. Disgusted with this product - VERY different than what is promised on their website.
Many reviews here say they are resolved. If you read that, the "resolution" states the company couldn't get hold of the customer and that the review should be annulled. Good way to try to keep ratings high.
It's a scam. Buyer beware!
Wall photos
On Dec. 14, 2019 I ordered a set of 6 wall photos which were to be delivered before Christmas. The amount of $39.90 was charged to my paypal account. The order # is USA99901385192. I received an email saying "the order is ready to be shipped", and then another email saying there was a production delay and to please be patient. I have heard nothing else regarding the matter. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company by phone (where I got only offers for "free" products) and email.

Canvas late xmas delivery
Company promised delivery by xmas, tracking says January 2nd! Ruined christmas with fake website, customer service won't reply to email or answer the phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID. dishonest scam! EPIC FAIL! Misrepresented the delivery time for christmas and we didn't know until it was too late. This company should not be selling products to people. They can't even hire enough staff to answer calls.

After careful consideration of your complaint by our graphics department and consultation with the production manager, we have concluded that the item you received corresponds to the data you uploaded to our website.
Quality: Our system will automatically show you all possible print formats relevant to your uploaded image data (according to pixels, but not the quality). We print the products with the resolution of 72-300dpi. In order to ensure the satisfying quality, we suggest uploading a picture with 75-150dpi and in order to ensure the highest quality possible, we suggest uploading a picture with 150-300dpi.
Sharpness: Please note that the application of paint on the canvas for prints on glossy photo paper is higher. This means that due to the structure of the canvas more colour has to be applied to guarantee reasonable ink coverage. Inevitably some details, especially in dark areas, will be lost. Also the application of paint is additionally higher to ensure a much better brilliance of colours.
Please note that the system can not recognize blurred image data and heavy pixel resolution due to artificially high resolution and this can result in poor print quality (no reason for complaint in such cases).
Due to the automated production process, we can not check your print data beforehand, since it is being automatically transferred during the order process to our server and launched into production. Your item will be produced exactly the same way you uploaded it to our website.
Therefore, there is no ground for complaint. We thank you for your understanding in this particular case.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you an alternative solution: either a new print (free of charge, for example, with the different border effect or different image) or a 75% voucher* for your future purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to process the reprint for a different item and size. We can process a refund for you and you can place a new order.
There is no need to send the package back to us.
Instead, we kindly ask you to take a sharp object and to make a cut through the canvas, blanket or other photo gift product. If you cannot make a cut through your item (such as with a mug, acrylic, metal prints or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratch the surface with a sharp object.
So that we can validate the refund, please take a picture of the destroyed canvas and send it to us, as an email attachment.

If the product you sent to me were "usable" I would have never asked for my money back, or a replacement. This is not what i do for a living/ I have good job. I have enough money to pay 47 dollars for a print of a picture that holds meaning for me. I am not trying to cheat you. Quite the reverse i think. Attached is a photo, on your left you will see a photo from a "professional " company, that they claim is "fine" for 47 dollars. on your right you will see a picture same size not changed in any way from the original printed through my 30$ printer for 47 cents. Return My money, and I "may"not call the BBB and post this all over pinterst, facebook, and twitter. You have had two opportunities to do the right thing. You will not get a third. Good Day.
As a post script. I read many BBB complaints that stated that, after their picture /canvas /acrylic was destroyed, and there was no response from your company. I have a BBB complaint pending. I see you are at almost 100 this year. You may want to adopt a new customer service policy, and refine how you do quality checks. Perhaps let your customer know if the print will not work on a certain format, and allow them to choose another format before printing, BBB F ratins can not be good for business.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago! I have NOT RECEIVED IT and have NO news from this "company". Is it a scam? Fraud? Or what is it?
I have tried calling but there's only a voice system saying "we're too busy to take your call, please wait or email" for 10 minutes and then hangs up; the INFO and COMPLAINTS emails are not responded. But they're not busy to email me with spam advertising everyday.
So now, I am recurring to these reviews.
Here's the story:
- The website advertised it would ship in less than 24 hours and it took 3 days (as per an email notification)
- the website advertised shipping in 2-6 business days and it has not arrived in 12 days
- the website has a shipment tracking area but my order "has no tracking info" with the provider (as I now see happens with all customers)
I have called several times during their SHORT phone times per day and all I get is a recording saying "you're too busy to answer my call". But you're not busy to send me email advertisements/spam everyday?
So now, this is a present that is 2 weeks late, a payment that I made and have received nothing in exchange, and my photos are "I don't know where" and that's also a privacy issue.

It's not what I ordered; it’s a whole different canvas
I bought a 16x20 and I wanted a certain picture on it and got a whole different picture and size. I even ordered early enough so it would arrive for my moms birthday which is tomorrow and I got a whole different thing. I am so mad this isn't what I asked for. My order USA99901165933. I just want the right one. I ordered it May 14th and it barely arrived on May 21st. When it's not even the right canvas I ordered.
Terrible blanket! Terrible customer service! Awful company! Do not use!
I have purchased many blankets from these people. They always seem to do something wrong. I'm a pretty easy-going person, so if it was halfway decent I accept it. This last time though, it was for my mother in laws 80th birthday and she can't see very well. They made her blanket very very light in color. It was muted. Very hard to see. I told them that I needed a new one right away because her birthday was just a week away. They said I had to cut the one I had all up to get a new one. I told them I wanted to new one ASAP and I would not cut the old one up. I would give it to the poor. Also, they had a policy if it wasn't done right, I could return it. It was their mistake and I had 30 days to return and since it was their fault, they should give me a label to return it. They said no, that the only option was to rip it all up. I said that was ridiculous. They would rather rip it up than give it to the poor. At this very time, I had recently ordered 4 more blankets for $165 and told them to cancel that order since they could not help me with this order. They said they were the grievance department and could not cancel an order already processed. They said I could give it to the poor but would only make me a new one once I gave it to the poor and they got a recipe. REDICUOLOUS! I had to give my mother in law this very dull blanket of all her grandchildren. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPAY! MEAN AND SHISTERS!

I received a DARK picture of my late Father. I have emailed them over and over again asking for a replacement. The size I ordered was never listed again when they asked me to pick the same size for the replacement. I even picked a smaller replacement picture for them to process and instead of doing it, they said you picked the WRONG SIZE knowing the RIGHT SIZE wasn't listed on the website! I have ordered several canvas pictures here. To cut up the DARK picture for a refund and send a picture...after 30 emails back a day forth, they never wanted to help in the first place. And try to call the customer service number, a JOKE! Can't even get through. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SUPPORT. ONE WITH INTEGRITY AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER YOU CAN ACTUALLY CALL. I KNOW FOR SURE A NARCISSISTIC PERSON RUNS THIS BUSINESS.
