Canvas wraps come back too bright.
I received my order#US2A60000065116 from you yesterday. They are one 24x30in and a 20x30in canvas wrap prints. They were too bright. At least one stop brighter than it should look. I called the customer service number, it keeps on ringing forever and no one answer the call. I want to have both remake. I want to continue do business with you as long as I have my prints corrected. What should be my next step?

Canvas blanket I ordered on december 13, 2018
I ordered a canvas blanket on december 13, 2018 for my husband for christmas an still have not received it. I paid $38.90 for it. Order number USA99901038406 is what was sent to me when i processed my order. I would like my order ASAP. I have been waiting an waiting an still never showed up yet. I tried calling the number and they never answered it just rang an then hangs up on me. I tried to email an got no response.
Terrible customer service
I placed an online order 10 days prior to christmas. The website stated guaranteed delivery by christmas. I received an email the next day stating the order had been shipped. However, the tracking information showed 12/26 delivery. I emailed the company regarding this. After 4 days without a response, I called their customer service. After waiting on hold 10 min, a representative came on the line and informed me i'd have to contact ups and there was nothing she could do. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She actually argued with me about the date my order was placed because she said her system showed a different date. I told her my confirmation email, from them, said otherwise. She then hung up on me. I will never buy from this company again.

Just to get info for the return process was a hassle enough. Waiting a week after each email query I sent. Now I've done everything they asked and still no refund. CALLING them is a joke, stay on hold to get hung up on. Calling again and again and again until I get somewhere with someone. I'm not letting $80 just go into the thin air. Resolve this now!

I placed an order on Nov 2/18. According to their website all orders will be processed and ready to ship within 24-48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks and I have received nothing. When you call them they immediately put you on hold with some crappy music playing and after 10 minutes disconnect the call. I have written them numerous emails and facebook messages and no one replies. Terrible customer service and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them.

Ordered two photo blankets for my Granddaughter's Christmas. Received an email that order was ready to ship on November 30th. It is now December 26th and still no blankets.

My complaint has to do with the CanvasDiscount company and their terrible customer service that made me want to stop dealing with them.
I ordered several items as Christmas presents for my sister who's an artist.
Instead of shipping them on time they put them on back order for an indefinite period (as they said). I thought that I didn't need it and asked to cancel my order. They refused and didn't validate this decision.
Is it legal? Do they have any right to say NO to me if I changed my mind due to obvious reason? Or they did it because of the money?
I just ordered from them and immediately sent an email to cancel - i used the wrong image . They stated on their site it could take days for them to process my request In the meantime a few hours later i received an email saying my order was headed to production, I responded i had can celled the order - their response was too bad, it is already to be shipped They were able to respond to my second " cancel my order" email but said it would take days to process my first request . Then immediately I get an email with a tracking number but hasnt been scanned by Fed Ex ,. I do believe it is illegal to not allow customers to cancel orders in a certain time frame If that is their policy it should be stated no cancellations no refunds I wont be buying from them again - totally unacceptable business practices

They were wrong treating me this way. It's absolutely unacceptable.
I received a wrong item. Everybody would say that it wasn't my fault and would be right, but these people refused to accept it and said they will provide no exchange and no replacement. To my question "why? what's the reason?" they hung up on me. That's all. Since then they have never picked up the phone.
What was it and how come they think they can afford it?
I will not leave it at that!
bad customer service
I'm complaining about this horrible company. They confirmed my order and set the date that was inconvenient to me. But my order wasn't shipped yet, so I thought that there's a chance to reschedule the delivery. called them and asked them to do it, they said that it was too late, that they have already sent my order. Even though its status on the website said the different thing - it wasn't shipped. They put me in an awkward situation and didn't offer anything for me to make me feel comfortable about the delivery, so I had to look for people who had time for taking the order.
incorrect printing format of canvas and poor customer service
I purchased two different transfers from digital scan to canvas from this company. They will not/cannot correctly print a 60" digital scan to canvas without cutting off the bottom of the image. I also paid for a hanger kit and didn't receive it. Their website does not correctly show the registration or aspect ratio, and they discount customer service. They just decide to place a customers photo in their 'box' and in my case they cut off the bottom of the photo. My photos are normally 1.5 to 1 ratio which should fit into a 60" x 30" transfer...Which I paid for... Also their messaging says they are supposedly open between [protected] local time, but that is not true. Also a caller will be frequently cut off if on hold..I was even cutoff when eventually transfered to a life person after several days of call attempts... My advise to all potential customers of the Miami based company..Buyer Beware!..

very dark print
I bought a canvas print from www.bestcanvas.com and it was a present for my grandparents for their wedding anniversary. I paid over $200 for canvas + shipping and when I received my order I was very disappointed.
Print was very dark and did not look good so I contacted Bestcanvas support service and asked for a refund. They claimed that they don't do refunds and offered a replacement, but I had no time for that. In the end they left me no other choice and I had to agree for a replacement but it never arrived.
I had a very bad experience and I have all the rights to warn others! Please, don't use this service, they are unprofessional and unreliable!

very poor quality printing
I used CanvasDiscount for the first time and ordered a canvas print. They did their job very quickly and my order arrived on time. It was very important for me to get it on time because it was a gift.
Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund, because I was not satisfied with the quality. Their service is not bad, they are customer friendly and easy to talk. But that does not change the fact that quality of their prints is really bad and not worth the money. Do not wasted your time here and find another place to order.

Ordered canvas which was on sale and they charged me the full price. When I contacted CanvasDiscount customer service they really did not care and said that there was nothing they could because my order was already pending and it was too late for any changes! What a joke!
I tried to cancel my order but they simply did not let me do that! These people are the worst ever, very unprofessional and customer unfriendly! I will not buy anything from these cheaters ever again!

I have a very expensive camera and all of my photos are high quality.
I've ordered a canvas print from BestCanvas photo service website and when I received the canvas I was shocked, because quality was very poor and picture was blurry! I contacted them right away and asked what was going on, and they tried to assure my that quality of my original photo was very low. These people are liars! I know what quality my picture was!
They refused to refund me. Will never use BestCanvas again!

terrible quality
I have ordered a canvas print from www.bestcanvas.com and my canvas arrived completely damaged! I contacted customer service they same day and they said that it was probably damaged during the shipment. They promised to make a new one. About a week later they said that my new canvas was ready. I was so excited and happy that these guys actually kept their promise, but then they suddenly said that I have to pay for it! I refused and demanded my money back. They said they were not able to do that because they did make my canvas and I received what I paid for. Terrible company nay to deal with!

I have ordered my canvas from www.canvasdiscount.com and needed it quick. It was a birthday present. They promised I'll get my order in 24 hours and it seemed like a great deal.
I waited patiently but nothing arrived so I contacted them to see what was going on and they said that they were not able too deliver on time due to some circumstances. Never actually explained the reason.
My canvas finally arrived 8 days later! I tried to get a refund but they refused. Terrible service and super slow delivery, will never use them again!

bad communication, bad policies
I was delighted to find a canvas printer that offered such quick service because I needed the canvas quick. They did not ship in 24 hours. They shipped after 5 business days. Contacting them to cancel the order and get a refund was aggravating and pointless. They can't cancel the order once they receive your payment.. The worst thing is that to get a refund, you have to destroy the canvas you ordered. You cannot return it. Total intimidation. I will not do business with this company again. There's plenty more I could say, but I'm so disgusted that more words are not likely to help.
Besides, I have to go rest up. It MAY come tomorrow--12 days after I ordered it-- and I need to have enough energy to shred the canvas print of my daughter so I can get my money back. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Terrible experience.

poor quality printing
Recently received my prints from CanvasDiscount and was very disappointed with the quality. Printing was terrible and hardly visible. When I just found CanvasDiscount I really liked the examples on their website. It was actually strange that their work looked so professional and high quality and prices were so low. But I decided to give it a try and made my order.
Well now I know that it's not worth the money. I do not recommend CanvasDiscount.
