On 3-3-17 at approximately 1:15 pm my employee went to Captain D's on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville Florida. One order was given with two dinners and one drink. The order was #119. One side was incorrect on each order and the unsweet large tea was sweet. This in unacceptable service. This means that of 7 choices to be made (entrée + 2 sides X 2 and one drink), 3 were wrong. That is a 43 percent error rate. I think you will agree that in any business that is an unacceptable mis-fill rate. I wish I could scan and send you the receipt but the ink is so light it in virtually unreadable.
As I also own a business, albeit a small one, I want to know when my employees are not doing an acceptable, let alone a good job.

I am writing to complain about the service I received at the captain d's in Perry Ga. I went in at 6:55p to redeem an order that was previously wrong, I waited over an hour and I had to go up to the counter to see when I was going to get my food after seeing others who came in after me received their food. My order Wasn't even put until I complained about seeing others getting their food. I was an hour and fifteen minutes by the time I walked out of that restaurant...that is totally unacceptable.

I am complaining about service I received Feb.26th at 7:00 pm from 3715 nolensville rd. Nashville Tn 37211. the young lady that took our order was very rude and when ordering she never asked anything else And we didn't receive a total. she seemed to have a attitude and did not want to be at work. When we got to the window she seem to be upset talking to another young lady. She walked away from the window and never returned we sat in the drive thru for 4 minutes then we just pulled off. Me and my husband & family come to this captain d's all the time and this is the worst service we ever received and we didn't even recieve food. The young lady never gave her name she was african American.and no receipt bc no food. We are so dissappointed but we hope this issue is resolved.

My family and I visit the Captain D's on Sycamore View in Memphis Tennessee state 20:40. Store number 354865. This is the second time I have been told that I am unable to use two different gift cards at one time and only at this location. Each time the cashier is Amiya and she is receiving directives from her manager whose name is unknown. Everyone knows that this is my favorite restaurant so I receive a lot of gift cards; but it saddened me to know that I am unable to use the gift card when I desire, instead I have to spend my own money. This does not demonstrate good customer service at all, especially when the customer have to drive to another location and order to use more than gift card in the same transaction. I am requesting that this location is made of aware that more than one gift card can be used in the same transaction on All Shifts.

My name is April Moore I came to North Port, Al store on Febuary 22 nd to purchase a 10 piece family meal with fries and slaw the front counter employees where awesome but for the cooks it took them forever to send out food I came on the inside thinking it will be faster because the the drive thru was extremely long . I always come here but lately it seems like the store has been struggling and I am very disappointed in the service lately
crab cake sandwich flounder sandwich on fresh vegetables
Good evening on the night of February the 10th around 8:30 I purchased two sandwiches from your Captain D's in Virginia Beach Virginia Newtown Road, they were not up to Captain D's standard. I ordered the crab cake sandwich which is brown they gave me a really small burnt Patty two small pieces of wilted lettuce on a long one so most of my sandwich was bread. I also purchase the flounder sandwich which was really flat and torn pieces of flounder the bun was ripped with wilter lettuce. I was very dissatisfied I love your crab cakes and your flounder we always get these items and I couldn't understand why they didn't honor how Captain D's presents this food to its customers I would really appreciate it if your employees be retrained on how you all represent your sandwiches and your food thank you so much I'll be waiting for a response
poor customer experience
I had a horrible experience with your restaurant 350501 in Rosenberg, Tx...
1st: after getting home & discovering I received two incorrect orders, I called the # on my receipt...
2nd: no one ever answered, called several times no one answered
3rd: after arriving back to resturant, 2 cooks in the window, short older hispanic cooks says, "what did we get wrong this time"... after informing of errors I called # again & no ring heard...
5th: a lady I'm assuming employee is off duty employee is behind the counter with her 2 very small children #not a good sign
4th: waited a ridiculous amount of time to have order remade & only offered a free drink
5th: get back home & long strands of hair in both plates of food... as if intentionally placed in there...
I have small children, it's 8pm, & they are hungry... so i trash the food & make PB&J... I would like to hear back from corporate, My family & I were Wednesday night All You Can eat regulars... was preparing to leave a complaint in Google reviews & noticed complaints of incorrect orders & unanswered phone calls wasn't an isolated incident... Very poor experience & would like to inform proper management, not in-store bcuz it'd be ashame to not inform the higher ups so this can be addressed & corrected... two (3) piece classic fish dinners
I Bought several meals tonight, however the two fish dinners we got were awful! The fish was very under cooked and I am pretty sure it wasn't the classic fillets we normally get as there were no crunchy pieces of the batter on or under fish as it usually is! We eat here often and this is the first time the fish has been this bad! I spend a good amount of dollars each time I visit Captain Ds and would like good food in return! Normally all is okay but not so much tonight!

Today on lunch I placed a order for a 4peice meal with and when I made it back to work, Then realized once i left I only had a 2peice with 1side.The meal itself comes with a side of slaw and fries and 2 hushpuppies.It should have been 4 peices of fish, 2sides whitch was slaw and fries.I then called, and the lady over the phone had a serious attitude but then aplogizd and agreed to replace the order .I took the food backto them the same way they gave it to me, the manager there in duty came to front, I explained I just left and had just called she then jerk the order out of my hand quickly as I'm Explaining it all to her face to face.She yelled and nearly accused me of possibly lying about the whole order, She then had the young lady cooking the orders to fix it.I'm extremely upset and a bit disgruntled about the whole ordeal.I placed 3 separate orders and this was the only one thatwas wrong, so my thing was why would I go out of my way toconfuse or lie about missing food from one idea after spendingso much already with your store.Her attitude was beyond unacceptable and was very unprofessional..Didn't even offer a complimentary cookie or drink or anything just a bunch of smart mouth and attitude, yet she's a manager...(Captain D's on Sycamore View)

i walk into captain d's located at 2633 Lebanon road 37214 at approximately 805 pm cst. A sweet girl who looked african american or hispanic with curly hair and glasses attempted to take my order. There was a front end supervisor standing behind her with a light blue button up captain d's shirt on and a drive through head set. she was a female white. I tell the girl taking my order that it would be to go and that i wanted the seafood feast. at this point the female white in the light blue shirt became visibly upset. She walked towards the kitchen and slammed the door to the kitchen against the wall as she loudly gasped for air and told the cooks loudly that we got another seafood feast. I knew she was upset and I told the girl never mind and she apologized and i walked out ofbthe establishment. i did not want to spend my money when i knew she didnt want to service me based on what i ordered. Totally unacceptable!

We visited the restaurant in Covington GA on hwy 278, there were no hair nets worn by anyone and the drive Thu female was slinging her long hair all around. No gloves worn, and half eaten trays laying behind the counter. All this observed just from the drive thru window. The counter was so full of boxes and trays and looked to be unsanitary. The drive thru lady was very sarcastic and short. Very unprofessional. We asked for condiments which we did not receive and had to pull over and go in to get. The menu in the drive thru was not lit up and hard to read. We asked for large drinks and was told they didn't have any large cups. We will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
rice for the grilled meals
I eat healthy so I get the grilled meal. The lady informed they were out of rice. I asked could she add another side in its place. She said no. Mind you, the food is already $8. I'm not getting the full amount of the food. So why can they not substitute something else in the place of the rice? I come here at least twice a week when I work late to avoid cooking. I spend at least $16 dollars for two meals.

I ordered the 2pc fish and 6 of shrimp, my green beans were to salty, the hush puppies and shrimp were soggy and omg my fish was gross. It was thin and didn't look nothing like Captain D's fish. Every time I go to that location I have a bad experience. I won't be going back. The wait time was long and I feel like the food was to nasty for that price I paid. I am very disappointed as Captain D's use to be one of my favorite restaurants.
I am complaining about employees and the customer service
On January 25, 2017, I ordered a large order through the drive thru. When I drove to the window to pay for my order I was told to pull up and wait. I waited over 15 minutes and still have not received my order. The employee "Samuel: Guest #045" came out giving another customer their order, but they were 5 cars behind me waiting for their order. Once the employee started walking towards the restaurant heading inside I asked "Samuel" "how much longer will it be till I receive my order"? The employee then turned around and said "Um, I'm not sure (with an attitude)". I had a witness in the vehicle who can back this up. I waited five more minutes still sitting in the same spot. Then I decided to park my vehicle to move out of the way of other customers trying to leave the drive thru. I walked in and I stood at the counter waiting for the second employee to pack my food. While waiting for my order the cook asked me "was there a problem" I stated "No sir, I am just waiting for my order". The second employee was a young girl with red hair and asked the previous employee "Samuel" who took the order "is this all of her order?" Samuel said "yup" and walked off. The second employee finished packing my food and asked me "if I needed any help taking the food outside" I stated " No, thank you". Once the young girl comes towards the counter she threw my order on the counter and the tartar sauce fell on the floor and the box of "crunchy style fish" almost fell on the floor but I caught the food and she walked off. I did state "that was not good customer service". I would like to file a complaint through Headquarters and through the Head Director Harold Bailey at the location Captain D's 3750 in Clinton, MS
lack of management skills
I Melanie Shelton has worked with captain D's for 10 months I never been late, work doubles, stay late and etc. I quit yesterday because my manager did somthing that was wrong. He bring in one of his friends and made her a manager over me thats not right all. He acts as if he did nothing wrong. Now all of the other managers are mad. I was good help to the company and a good worker. His name is Shaun McCuthchen.

There pieces of fish were dried out didn't really have any meat in them and there was broken pieces of hush puppies scattered around the plate the fries were hard the employee were agresiv and rude.the tea even tasted bad I had to drive my car in traffic waste my gas and i ended up throwing it away and went to red lobster in witch I want afford I just hope this can be resolved some way thank you.
very slow service
I was there for an hour and a half waiting to get food and I was one of the first to order out of a big group to order. They were calling out orders that were big meals and in the higher number than my ticket number. And they won't give me my money back when I asked because they had just gave me my food but the food was nearly cold. There were many others having to wait over an hour for food. I love Captain D's but that was ridiculous that we had to wait a hour or more for food and it be cold.
cold fish, waited 10 minutes behind a car to get special order
New Surfside Bach, SC store> I waited 10 minutes behind a car at the drive thru that was waiting for a special order.
When I got to window, I asked what took so long and she said it was a special order.
My fish was cold, and it was half the size of the last fish I bought in the Myrtle Beach store. I thought they actually cut it down the middle!

On 12/26/16 my wife and myself went to the new restaurant that opened in McMinnville Tn. After a 25 min. wait an older lady brought our food. We ordered French dressing with our salad she brought ranch. I informed her of it and she replied with a loud and arrogant voice she didn't have French even though it was printed on the receipt I showed her and she just blamed the cashier and more less walked on. She was very unprofessional and we won't be back anytime soon.
