Hi, I purchased a $50 gift card for my parents for Christmas 2023. They tried to use it for the first time and were told it has a zero balance. I went to www.storecard.com which is on the back of the card and entered the card information. It shows zero balance and I can view the transactions. I cannot find a way to contact them so I am contacting you. I purchased the card on 12/11/23 and it shipped to my parents on 12/13/23. According to the transaction list it was first used on 12/8/23. A date prior to me ordering the card! At times, transactions occurred several times in a week. My parents are 87 & 88 years old and go to Findlay one day a week and they do not eat at Captain Ds every time they go.

Anyway I think during the processing someone got the number and used the card. I would appreciate you replacing the gift card for $50 to my parents.
