I want my money for the gift card!!!
43 ave and camelback will not accept my gift card , cost me no dinner last night and wasted gas. They will not answer thier phone and of couse your complaint line wont allow you to talk to anyone and they are not prompt to call back I want the cash from the card, I do not care to go to that store which i have used for 15 years. I am done,
Desired outcome: refund my gift card with cash so i can take it somewhere and spend it
Do not buy gift cards! I was not alowed to use mine and they didnt even try it
Wait time to get my food
I was at your store #1100178 in Rocklin. I ordered some food for four people and was in drive through for 21 minutes to get my food. I could not find anyone to talk to as no one was around after i paid for my food. When I got my food I asked why it took so long the employee just said "sorry about the wait" and after my food was handed to me closed the window and left.
I was very disappointed on the service I received.
Carl's Junior in Santa Monica refuse to lower music volume. Too loud inside
I've been a patron of the Carl's Junior in SM for a long time. Its
located on 2727 Santa Monica Blvd. They refuse to lower
the music volume down. And am sure they do this to keep certain
patrons away from the dining area. But all I want is peace and quiet with my meal. This has been an ongoing issue since the dining area was opened up

I went to the Carls Jr on Platt Ave and my family and me all ate here. We all got sick later that evening and it was the only we ha eaten for the lat 4 hours. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said she would forward my information and she never did! I called back again weeks later and no one answered! However I am a pregnant woman seven months walked into your store with the attempt to make a purchase. Previous to making my purchase I had to use the restroom as an emergency so I then ask the Employee Destiny L if she can please open the restroom so I can use it she then responded that I have to make a purchase but was extremely rude about it and rolling her eyes. I said yes I am but first I have to use the restroom extremely bad I definitely am going to make a purchase. She says no you have to purchase something first! Mind you I am almost urinating in my pants again I am seven months pregnant. I then ran out to the car screaming for my husband so he can come in and make a purchase but at that point I’m so upset and humiliated due to the fact that there was several of customers and employees hearing and watching this whole thing I was craving combo #2 I no longer want to eat but yes indeed I had to still use the restroom which left me no choice I just had my husband purchase a simple cookie at that point. Cashier gives me the code to enter the restroom which did not work simply because she gave me the wrong code purposely so I’m still standing at the door pretty much begging her for the proper code while all the employees in the back or laughing at me and talking saying rude stuff. I urinate a little bit in my pants which was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. Destiny finally decides to come while purposely taking her sweet time
5-6min and when she does she enters the code by covering the whole door with her entire body. Which made no sense I am not even from around this area I don’t understand why she would be so rude give me the wrong code knowing I’m pregnant knowing I’m begging to use the restroom and still My husband made a purchase as required. I am humiliated, upset, angry, crying hysterically, my pants are full of urine I am so uncomfortable and don’t believe I have ever been mistreated in this form in my life. They gave me an extremely hard time for no reason at all. They were so mean I felt bullied I don’t even know if I’d ever be able to visit another Carl’s Jr. after this incident. in today’s society bullying is taken very seriously and it's unacceptable. Something needs to be addressed with the store and the employees I am also going to report this to BBB this is unacceptable. I have even mentioned to the young lady what if I was homeless and I had no money and had to use the restroom she respond oh well not our problem there’s nothing we can do about that you have to purchase something. I’d like a response in this manner of how you guys are going to handle this entire situation.

Super star
Stopped into your Watsonville Ca. Restaurant and ordered a Super Star. Got my food a came home. That had to be one of THE worst hamburgers I have ever eaten. No flavor and had the texture of cardboard. At least the fries and zucchini were decent. How anyone can be expected to eat there again is beyond me. It was a good place to eat before. Not sure what happened but adios CJ’s.

Incorrect coupon order price
On 1/28/2022, at 6:39:08, I went to Carl's Jr restaurant #1100259 to purchase a 2 for $7 original charbroiled thickburger. Order 378084. ticket #0, and order #384. When the cashier, Robin S., gave me the receipt I noticed that it didn't reflect a 2 for $7 purchase anywhere, the amounts did not match the coupon. She stated that those are very expensive burgers and that was the price. I chose not to argue with her and to address the situation in this manner. On 1/1/2022 I purchased a coffee and 3 piece chicken tender. When arrived to pay at the window only my coffee was given. I was asked to wait in the parking area for my order. Time I did not have due to being on duty. I strongly believe its unsat. That traffic is pushed along without a complete order. I had to leave drive thru paying $5.29 for an item I did not receive.

Today I visited the very first time on this location of Carl's Jr and the business manager named "Sylvia Chavez" was ruthlessly rude when I asked for the restroom code. She asked me to buy first then she could give me the code. I told her that I am in hurry for the nature call (i.e, pee) but she persistently showed her rude attitude and tone. Nevertheless, I purchase small fries first and was able to get the code of the restroom.
Very very unprofessional business manager... I think such managers should never be given a chance to speak to the customers... I would never ever come back to this location of Carl's Jr...!

The Employees seem to be put out taking your order and just in general. Second they are rude. The prices have almost doubled. What cost me normally around $25 tonight was $41. Then the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting awhile. The hand breaded chicken some of the pieces I got was the size of a nugget. If you call them no one answers.
