Carrefour cashier behavior

I have just now shopped from your Aueuil branch. I have presented a card which does not require a pin. After payment was approved, the cashier asked for my passport for identification. I did not have it with me as it was in the hotel.
I showed her the email confirmation which was received by me at that moment. But she was hesitant. Some other employees intervened and she later conceded.

I understand that Carrefour has every right to check identities where warranted. But I have a complaint about the attitude.

After everything, she joked in my presence about me having bought an adult item. This is very bad behavior and embarrassing to the customer.
This is not what I expect from Carrefour and that too in France! May be you need to train your staff to behave discreetly.

I hope you will doo the needful. I attach my receipt.

Carrefour daewoo washing machine (under warranty)

We have given my washing machine for repair (under warranty) called to carrefour (May 5), picked up after all the trouble of follow up (May 9), till May 15 we dont have update both from Carrefour and the service center, till this date May 27, 2018 - only they say they are waiting for parts - which is only a bearing, a bearing- we dont have in UAE. First what kind of service you are providing to your client, 2nd why you are having an after sales service center that suck, 3rd I am a paying customer expecting that when I purchased an item it will be good and tested, and a warranty should be a peace of mind.

I need my washing machine back today or I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Rights in Dubai UAE and all your social media accounts.

Carrefour club card

Hi yesterday my husband and I visited carrefour in san javier, murcia, spain and bought my weeks food shop and forgot to give the cashier my club card. After I paid I realised my mistake and asked her to add my card. She said it wasn't possible, I have to give my card before I pay. So I went to customer services to ask them to add my shopping amount to my card and she refused and said she couldn't do it now it was too late? In all the years of supermarket shopping, never have I been refused adding the points to my card in any other place.
Is this the standard for all the carrefour supermarkets?

Carrefour unethical behavior/careless staff

I am writing this message with extreme disappointment. I am a daily customer of Carrefour (Al Ain Mall Branch). I purchase Whiskas pet food (perfectly fish with shrimp) a box of 12 packets in it and Nascafe Latte( 240 ml ) everyday single day. The items I mentioned is unavailable since last 10 days. I had been asking the store supervisor and section in-charge to get it available but I assume its falling on deaf ears. In fact, they have an audacity to ask me to come to supermarket between 10 am - 12 pm and place an order to the salesman. Its not my job to place an order. I am a customer. It is your staff duty for which they are getting paid. If they unaware about there job profile, Kindly send them back for training. If they are not interested in working, hire a staff who understand customers needs and live up to Carrefour values. I hope, someone from Carrefour will address this and in future products are available for customers in the supermarkets.

Carrefour carrefour delivery center bahrain

I have purchased a freezer on 14th May 2018 and sales person who informed me that the delivery date will be within 2 days ie. 16th May. Therefore, I ensured that I am at home waiting for the delivery team. however, I was surprised to receive a call from the team informing me that the delivery will be delay till Saturday 20th May due to system issue. I do not understand what type of system issue will impact the delivery of my freezer. needless to say that it is a Ramdan time at this part of the world and I needed the freezer for such purpose.

I am really disappointed with the service, though I have told them that I will raise a complaint yet no importance have been given to my issue.

though I do know that there is less point re my complaint, but yet I wanted to escalate the issue to the management as this is not a type of service that Carrefour would like their customers to have as an image.

Carrefour refund

I live in Abu Dhabi, using Carrefour on line, last purchase from April 28 (Grocery with amount around 3300 DH), like every month some items not delivered (around 20 items), usually 3 to 4 days the money refund will be debit on my credit card, up to now and after a six calls of follow up, the employees has one answer : Sorry Sir, we will update you ... and obviously nobody call back and no refund ... and it looks like I am dealing with ghosts... I am a regular customer of Carrefour since 20 years.
There is no trust anymore in such department!

Carrefour safety / problem with trolleys and travelator

I would like to share an experience with you that happened in Carrefour Dandy mall in 6th of October city, Egypt last tuesday 1st of May. After finishing shopping with my elderly mother in the supermarket we took the travelator to the car park. The problem is that neither of our trolleys had a grip or engaged to the grids on the travelator. My mother found it impossible to keep holding on to her trolley as it slid and she was going to fall. I asked her to let go of her trolly and I tried holding it with my own trolly to stop them sliding downwards and they were too heavy and had to let go. Both trolleys came down at a very high speed with no grip whatsoever to the travelator. Had it not been for a passing by worker both trolleys would have smashed into the glass doors. I reported the incident to the mall's security and they told me that this was due to faulty trolleys. I complained to Carrefour customer service and they said that it is due to faulty travelator! It is the responsibility of Carrefour to ensure the safety of their customers. It was certainly a horrible experience and someone could have gotten badly injured had they been hit by those flying trolleys. After years of being a loyal customer I refuse to return there. I am concerned about other people's safety and I hope this matter is looked into and resolved soon otherwise I will have to share my experience on social media to stop a disaster from taking place

Carrefour pizza mix staff behavior (pr code #[protected])

Good evening,
Today I ordered 2 pizza at pizza counter in carrefour at Avenues Kuwait. The behavior of pizza maker was very bad, All the Arabic and egyiption people he is asking about adding ingredients, but for my pizza he just added some vegetables and cheese and put in the oven, when I ask him while filling my second pizza just to add some mashrooms etc. he insulted me ( i was with my family and kids) infront of other customers saying that only paying .600 fils for pizza and asking to put more. I really feel bad infront of people so I ask him to stop talking and close the chapter.

Actually I not asked him to fill more, while i was waiting i saw the method of making pizza by asking customers about ingredients. But only for me he is saying about the price and goods value. Actually i was disappointed when he said that word.

He was not wearing hand gloves, when one of Arabic customers came he weared the gloves.

Hope you will take necessary action.

Carrefour service

I'm very disappointed from the attitude and service in carrefour El shourok . Egypt
I faced 2 cases in 2 weeks ..
The 1st one dupplicated item in the invoice by casher mistakly and when I returned back to the customer service he till me that he checked the camera sestym he told me that the invoice is correct and after negotiatation he apologize and told me the he got wrong info from the camera system...
2nd case ..
When I bought a pass and this was promotion .. the supervisor after casher stopped me and told me that it was mistake that the pass not the promoted one and again he apologized after opening the bags ...

Carrefour please train your people!!!

Today I went to carrefour in Shunyi District, Beijing. I tried to find some stationary, but I failed. There was an employee passing by and I said hello to her. She was a lady with yellow hair and blue sweater. She heard me and looked at me. No reaction. Then she continued walking, leaving me without even a greeting. What's interesting, I met her again at Customer Service Desk. I said why you didn't stop and offer help. She said she didn't belong to that department. I said you didn't need to belong to that department, but you could help to find people belong to the department. She said they were all off work. I said you could at least said hello to your customer. She said she was busy with customers' complaints. So my complaint was not important at all? Are you kidding me? Now I know why you are busy with complaints. You have this kind of staff! I was also working in supermarket. This attitude is never acceptable!

Please train your people before they start work! They are killing your customers! No carrefour any more!

Carrefour staff...

This incident happen in deira city center on 20th april 2018 at 13.00pm i was shopping around i reached to Washing powder section where the brand promoter was selling OMO detergent ...she told me about the offer and I told her I buyed omo recently for a lesser price is this different.
she was so rude... told me to go and buy from there...as a consumer i have a right to ask ...i told her u cant tell me where to buy from ...the argument continued...
Really had a bad start for the day...

Carrefour renumax

I bought this product from your Oiusterham superstore after watching a video that was playing in the store. Having now attempted to use it even on minor scratches it simply does not work even a little bit. It is totally misrepresented in the demo video. I am a Carrefour brand ambassador and love the stoes so I am shocked you would stock such a useless product that clearly is not in line with your brand values.

Carrefour customer service staff

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Please be informed that I'm disappointed about my experience with Carrefour call center in UAE. First of all, there is no reply to my messages in the social media since three days. Secondly, Mr. Ahmad Kamal abused me and hangout the call several times without any reason, I tried to contact them from different number but the matter still remain the same. Thirdly, I've been informed by the store manager and her staff to order 18 pices for a particular item in order to have it in the promotion offer, when I refused a staff from Shahama branch in Abu Dhabi contacted me saying that you can collect the item. I'm staying in Dubai why do I need to go to Abu Dhabi to buy it?

Last but not least, the gentleman who was dealing with me said unprofessional words and shouted to me without considering human rights.

Please investigate the matter and give me my rights back.

Carrefour complaint

I was at carrefour sharjah city center and was served by rogen mattew who was extremely inefficient and lazy staff and not only that but personality of a freud. I gave him my card n it declined, i offered him that i would give cash instead because my 5 year old wanted to go washroom immediately.

He was the worst employ i have come across. I gave him 500 and he returned to me 100+50+3.5 dhs, in few seconds i came back n told him "your maths was wrong" to which he tells me i don't have change. Oh my god! what an answer. Finally he gives me another 100. No apology nothing instead remaining 5 dhs balance he kept saying i don't have change. My son had to rush to washroom or else i would have called police.

I still have the bill and seriously this guy is a black mark on your store. He looks and is a freud. The law here is very strict with this kind of people. Very disappointed with big chain like carrefour. Please investigate.

Carrefour faulty tv

pedido [protected] tv 11 months old and faulty. returned to store malaga--said needed to be sent to madrid for repair and would take 30 days. I live in England and wont be back until september - i was tod i would be charrged 1 euro per dday storage until september. I asked for refund. no. i asked for replacement. no.
You have a legal responsibility to repair in a reasonable time not to cause customer inconvenience. You are breakig the law.

Carrefour customer service

I m visiting delma mall every week but every time i feel disappointment during shopping like not available staff in selling area especially in groceries not at all staff available and every time prices problems there is mention somethings and in checkout is different how many times i face this issues i think this complaint goes to director about this issues not even only me this facing many of other customers and i saw one lady customer is shouting at checkout for the same problem prince different and not body is availble in selling area after checkouts most of the checkouts closed or not working everytime i saw the peolpes fixing the checkouts but still not yet fix then printer not clear for counters no helpers its like very difficult to come and shop to the store its like we have to spend 5 to 6 hours for the shopping because of those problems and no managers are avilable if there is managers but they keep chatting each other or rounding to body is responsible there to take care the customers its very dissappointing...
dont try to call me just fix the problems first i hope this info goes to majid al futtaim i dont have time to write this all but i fedup all the time from selling area to checkout all...

Carrefour customer service

I am furious to report the disgusting behaviour of 4 of your staff members.

Immediately after Maghrib Prayer time as you can imagine the queue is long, customers are annoyed, and in this time full staff support is needed.

The cashier at the counter I was waiting at had an issue and was desperately trying to get the attention of her supervisor. I think the name she was shouting was Maram, or Maria. I looked in the direction she was waving and screaming toward and noticed there were 4 staff members (1 male and 3 females) standing talking oblivious to any customer or their team to which their main job is to support.

After around 2minutes of seeing the cashier being in distress, I went up to the 4 staff members who she was trying to get assistance from and said "excuse me, do you work here, the cashier needs your assistance". I repeated this 4 times to which they continued their discussion in Arabic laughing at me and completely ignoring me. They all made sure to make eye contact with me, turn their back and joke and laugh me instead of assisting me or their distressed colleague. This was humiliating in front of other customers as these 4 staff members laughed about it.

Eventually one of the ladies went came with me to the cashier and when I said "thank you, at least you have some respect for your job unlike how rude your other colleagues are" she just smirked at me without an apology or remorse for her behaviour or her colleagues.

This unprofessional and condescending behaviour is an embarrassment to all Carrefour and should not go overlooked as I have seen it numerous times. I'm sure you can understand my frustration and I trust you will take action toward these staff members and prevent future occurrences.

I can provide a photo of my tillslip (I am unsure if the cashier name is on this as it is mostly in Arabic) and a photo of an employee ID which I took a photo of (haya abdullah saad who is one of the women involved)and the male involved name which was provided by Haya is Abdul Malek.

I am writing this to complain about a mobile phone that I have purchased from your store Moto g5.
I'm a regular customer of your store.
On 1-10-2017, I bought a brand new moto g5 mobile.However upon one week of using it annoyable overheating issues started to appear, mobile gets overheated while charging, and this continues for the last 6months.Unfortunately last week mobile burst out into pieces due to over heating.

I bought this product for gifting purpose.And this incident made me so panic.This can even became more challenge to the life of the user, like the user might get burned when battery overheated, while the phone was stored in the pocket or might burn his ear, while he is on phone. I don't want to continue this risk.

I have bought many items from your store, and have always been pleased in the past.However with this item I'm disappointed and would require you to replace this with different model.

I have already returned the mobile phone in your store to be replaced with other model.I'm ready to take any other model rather than moto. If the amount is greater than the current purchase amount the excess amount i am ready to pay And if you are not ready for this replacement, I insist on getting a refund of my full payment.

Please find attached the pictures of the burst mobile for your reference and understand the seriousness of this issue.

Carrefour hard complain about voucher carrefour

Hari ini saya niat belanja di carrefour lebak bulus pakai voucher yang saya beli.. Ketika transaksi kasir bilang voucher isinya 0 ga diinput. Wtf itu salah siapa? Kalian carrefour bukan saya. Kalian yang jual produk saya beli saya mau pakai tapi malah ga ada solusi dan nunggu konfirmasi ho. Pelayanan buruk! Saya harus nunggu sedangkan saya harus bayar! Kalau kalian jual barang harus siap dipakai bukan malah seperti ini! Buang2 waktu! Kasir yg ngaku2nya spv juga ga bisa kasih solusi!

Carrefour pricing at carrefour.; fruits.

I bought a box of grapes (made in india) on tuesday from carrefour (near armada) jlt, on the shelf it was only 3.95 dirhams, when I was at the cashiers it was showing 16.75 in think, I checked the bill to see why my total exceeded 60dirhams then I see that I have charged more, then a security guy comes with a refund slip and returns the money then I punch in to buy it again and the price is 5.25 dh. I hope all the customers check their bills otherwise they would be loosing money blindly. This is not the first time in carrefour, this happened in discovery gardens as well when buying whitakers chocolates it was mentioned 14.75 or 14.80 and I ended up paying 17.80.
