I have selected to sell my TV a brand. New hisense smart TV model number is 32A4K 32 inch. And I did my homework before selecting the store and I checked brand new price for the TV and I further went on and checked cash crusaders selling prices as well I discovered my TV brand new is selling for R3299. 90 and second hand value is R2300. 00 and R2500. 00 on some stores I worked with those amounts and discovered atleast I can get R1600 to R1800 the most.

I then went on selected the store of my choice which is blue downs cash crusaders and the agent with my assumptions they did not care as I had provided them with an order number on WhatsApp she or He then offered me 600 to 720 the most I debated this and they came back and informed that they have looked at the wrong model how convenient had I agreed they would have ripped me off buying less and selling for more. I am. Not happy with this and how many customers are being ripped off because they maybe desperate and sell their belongings for so. Little the name of the agent I will.
