So we went to cash crusaders pawn shop and we wanted to sell a laptop in very good condition it practically brand new it was 1/10 chain machine so this lady with her gold teeth that works at the cell shop it's not the first time that the second time not the third time that we came there that she has a problem with taking our things so now I found in and the supervisor of the shop actually told me that she was working protocol so now how the day before that we went to buy a phone from cash crusaders the same people and they didn't test the phones like phone and see if the speakers are working only put it on charge for a couple of minutes then didn't sign the slip then as we were waiting for this people to test the phone and and so there was a guy a lady that bought a blender this blender didn't work so this guy was standing there that the staff are I tried my best so okay by all means the machine didn't work he put it back on the on the shelf maybe next time he told that customer so two of our machines that same lady with her gold teeth blood in blood out the charges in out in out and that machines worked when we left home but when we brought them home from cash crusaders it didn't work the charger port is broken but we had no proof that it was then that broke its up fine we left it but now she flips this machine over today and the first thing she looks at if the screws were in there and then she says but the seal was broken he didn't test that machine she didn't look at that machine she didn't even go through the machine to see if that machine was everything was working the first thing she looked at with the back of that machine to see if the screws were in there but they can take a blender that's not working they didn't test the phone when we bought it but they work only strict protocol so I'm very upset with this and I'm not leaving it because this people as the customer service they don't care how they treat their customers or speak to them and this is unacceptable

Desired outcome: I phoned the shop after we came home and that supervisor of hers recommends me that she will phone me back well I'm been waiting over an hour and she still didn't phone me back and I don't think she's planning into phoning me back
