Good day. On Saturday I bought a skateboard at the kabega park branch. My daughter used it for 5 minutes and the wheel part broke. On Monday I returned to the store and was told sorry no guarantee on this item. It was brand new ? I felt it was very unfair so the manager said he will ask the supplier and deposit my refund the next day. No one called yet. So I guess they will brush this under the carpet. I would like my refund please. The lady Channel also wasted my time. She promised to keep a TV aside for me. When I got to the store she said sorry the special was over... but when I spoke to her on the phone she said she has it all ready and the paperwork was done.
