I have tried countless times to get cell c to stop billing me for Getmore and all I get from your consultants is that I must sort it out with Getmore although Cell C is the one that I have a contract with and Cell C is the company that debits my account every month. I have been in contact with Getmore regarding this and since June this year I have been told that its done and will reflect on the next invoice but next month the getmore billing is still there. The Getmore subscription in question was cancelled in April.
This is really frustrating as Cell C agents tell me that they cant sort it out and Getmore agents tell me that Cell C should process a refund and stop the subscription. If I do not get a confirmation email that this is sorted out then I will be left with no choice but to stop all Cell C debit orders and payments until they sort this out. Its been 6 months now that I have been billed for a service I'm not using and Cell C doesn't want to take responsibility for their billings.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I cancel my contract 3 months ago and they still deducted money from my account. I phone in and they tell me that the canceling department is off. I want it sorted out and my money back in my account. The last 3 months all the consultants told me it's cancel but it's not. Unprofessional money scam. I advise people not to trust getmore.
I have a problem with cell c get more the consultant called me pretending to just be checking if am happy with my phone next thing am being billed for this get more , I called cell c cellc said I should call get more straight I did that an consultant confirmed this subscription will be cancelled but am still being billed honestly cell c has terrible service I regret taking a contract with them as they do not sort their issues instead they keep adding to the problem
I'm seriously disgusted by the cell c I'm not sure what kind of sick joke are they playing at I have been billed for Get more unknowingly the agent called an told me they are calling me from cell c to offer me services that are included within the plan they won't be charging me anything extra I said OK bcz I thought they were just letting me know about the extra service that comes with the contract next thing I know I'm charged for it I would like my money back and for them to cancel this thing off my bill I don't want any charges applied next month I I will cancel the entire debit order
I am exactly in the same situation and after 2 case number with cell C and numerous tries with getmore, I am still debited for the Getmore fees.
I requested the cancelation in January 2022.
When I phone getmore and give explanation, they put me on hold forever and told me that someone is going to contact me.
I did reach my patience limit. I would like it to be sorted out and get my money back since February 2022.
It is unacceptable 😤

I had the getmore subscription in 2018. I have cancelled the subscription around end 2019 beginning 2020 as it did not benefit me. Not sure of the exact date. I have upgraded my Cellc contact in 2020 and did not notice that getmore was still being deducted. Again upgraded 2022 and after a couple of months, I noticed the amount cell c is debiting is more than what was communicated to me.
I enquired and was told that getmore is also being debited. I have since been trying to get this cancelled for the second time as we realised that is was never cancelled the first time and according to getmore I only requested the cancellation in December 2022.
Between CellC and getmore, they should have the recordings.
I want my refund, I am fed up of calling back to request feedback. We are in May and Getmore is still debiting my account.
Please advise how I can get this resolved!

I am very disappointed with the way you operate. I took a new contract R342 in April 2023 with no other product But to my surprise my, in July 2023 I am charged R180 for Getmore without my consent or even signing for the product. Getmore is telling me to wait for their investigation process which was never followed when billing me for something I never requested. Cell C please stop this Getmore product , it is scuming poor people and in the end it is going affect your products dadly. @ Getmore ., please note that I have never signed with you and please refund my MONEY!
