Phone contract
I am Azwinndini Maligana I have complained with cell c I apply contract phone last year December 2nd but I didn't receive any cellphone from cell c but cell c say I owe them. Am surprised because I didn't receive anything from cell c. So I called them wanting to fix this problem and they said I must send my ID and affidavit I did so but still cell c send me at credit bureau. So I would really appreciate your help because I can't pay for something I never received

Recharging data
I have bought Flexi data for R199 usin Cell C app, cell C deducted R199 from my Bank Account but did not credit my Sim Card Number [protected] with 100GB Flexi data as promised .
I called the customer care number 084135 and response was I must give their back office 24hrs to resolve the matter. I called again after 24 hrs and I was intimidated and told it is not CellC' s problem but my Bank's and yet my Bank honoured their debit request with the payment. Was my monthly business of buying R389 data for the past 5 months not enough for cell c to defraud me like this.
All I am asking for is to credit me with the data I bought or give me my money back please

Payment not allocated
Good day, i have made an payment of R6528.00 on the 1 October 2021.
My line has been suspended twice during the past 5 days. I sent my proof of payment and tickets were logged to allocate. When i called them at 14h00 today it was still not located. I am fed up with cellc, seems if they do not know what the contractors are doing there. Please solve this problem. I am going to cancel my 3 contracts with cell c.

CellC Billing Problems
I have been a loyal customer for many years, but have recently cancelled and terminated my contract because of the terrible service received in the last 10months.
CellC debited me an outrageous amount twice - the 1st one was reasonable as I had fallen behind on payments, but still deducted without my consent.
The second amount of R2700 was deducted when it should have been R700.
Now it has been more than a month and a half, and still have not received my money back! This is theft - as of today 13 Oct 2021 I no longer have a contract and am prepaid but you still owe me money!
What if that was all the money I had?
This is an issue that must IMMEDIATELY be resolved, and I am tired of phoning and being told "we have escalated your query" when clearly it seems you do not plan on paying my money back.
You lost a customer due to terrible service and lack of communication.
I want my refund.

My Contract Account with Cell C
My account has fallen behind with cell c which i find very strange s my account is on a debit and cell debits my account every month and receives there money.
For some reason 2 months have been debited incorrectly, I called cell c to advise them of this every time I called the contact Centre they advised that my account was in order and had not problems.
A month later I received a sms to say that my account has been handed over.
Which was surprising to me as Cell C contact Centre advised that my account was fine and had no outstanding amounts.
I am disgusted by the entire situation as this is not my problem but a cell c problem, my account is on a debit order and cell debited incorrectly.
Now it easy for them to hand me over but not check the account to see why the account is owing.
what is also my concern now is that my name will be tarnished at the credit bureau and will cell ensure that this does not happen.
I want cell c to make sure that my name is not tarnished at the credit bureau and I would like proof of this.
I also want proof that my account with Cell C is cleared.
I have been a client of Cell's for over 10 years and this situation is unacceptable.
Cell will ensure that all is sorted accordingly.
Desired outcome: Cell C to clear my name ,send an apology and send me proof that this is done.
Customer service - contract cancellation
I Cancelled my contract in August, call center agent told me last debit order will be end of aUGUST.
Debt collectors phoned me I own cell c R200.
I have in the meantime changed banks but as my contract was cancelled I was not worried about changing my info with cell c
I have now been trying to get a letter of cancellation without success
Get cut off, put through from one department to the next
MATAYO promised the letter still nothing.
I need a letter confirming that my contract is cancelled and details to settle whatever is owing.

I canceled my contract with Cell C on the 25 March 2021 via email and was given a case number. Months later I was still being billed for the contract and eventually canceled the debit order from my bank. Now they are telling me they can't cancel a contract that is in arrears and they accumulating my debt.
I have spoken to customer service / collections and they've said they will escalate the matter to their manager and nothing has happened. They still have not canceled the contract.
Attached is the case number email and follow up email to collections which were never answered.
Desired outcome: Cancel the contract and clear arrears and update and adverse information on my credit record

I upgraded my 2 cell phone contracts february by Cell-C cradlestone mall which is now close, the two new packages where R349 each I signed got devises happy. One or two months later I lost my job had to freeze my bank account and called Cell-C and asked to stop my debt order and I would pay via EFT. This was not done, in September they contact me and told me I am in arrears of R880 each because they did not stop the debit order and know each contact is suddenly R400. This is not what I agreed on in the store. The special said a Samsung A31 and a Samsung tab for R349. Please help
Trying 5 months to turn of my contract
Cell c has increased their price with a 1/3 from 699 per month to 949 per month when I got the letter from them I phoned the helpline to let them know
To stop my contract and that i'm going away for work so I not using the internet for a few months at home the lady sed she will make a note on my account then they will stop the account
3 months later they sent me a bill for r5124 so I contacted them again and then told me that I have to send them an email to cancel the contract then I send them the mail and they send me a mail-back that I have to pay them first before they will close the account then I phoned the helpline to try to get the head office no it seems that there is no head office cause no one could give me any number and the account is still racking up if someone from the head office can contact me regarding these it will help

We are a business and have a contract with cell c with 2 lines. In the month of September the debit order was more than usual, so we wanted clarity on that. I tried to email cell c business they are taking forever to respond to my email. On 06/10/2021 I made a phone after I was passed around for an hour someone finally spoke to me but could not get the help.

Bad customer service, unethical behaviour, 24 hour turn around time absolute lie,
I have been informed on 8th September 2021 that my debit order was returned. The reason for this is the amount deducted was changed and I was not informed and the deduction was done on different dates without my knowledge. Also the phone was working the whole time so I was unaware of the returned debit order. I made arrangements to pay the amount of R1890 on 21 September. I honoured the arrangement and was told by Tsepo to email proof of payment to cell c and to allow 24 hour turnaround time (ref. [protected]) I did and after 48 hours fone still suspended. I phone on 23 September and are informed that it will be fixed manually in 5 minutes I can reboot and all should be sorted. Four hours later not fixed. I phone again and speak to Justin in customer care who logs a case which has 24 hour turnaround time. I'm also informed that I can phone back on 24th but because it's a public holiday it might only be resolved on Monday 27th September. I phone on 24th and a case is escalated. On Monday I'm told that the case is running and I will be contacted. 28 September 2021 still no response no call back. I call again and I am told to send an email again with all details. On 28th the number is permanently disconnected eventhough on 23rd I was told that proof of payment is visible on the system. Now I'm given the number of legal section. First number I phone there is no record of this case. I phone again and all the numbers I'm given are not working. This number was disconnected because of communication problems. I am thus referred to the Cell C store. I travel out of town to get to a Cell C store because this company closed down stores. After travelling twice to the nearest town to get to a store with all proof as requested and interacting with other clients I find that at least three of the clients in the store has similar problems with the Cell C customer care. I phoned everyday from 21 September to 4 October 2021 and would either be given reference numbers that are currently running...5 cases to be exact...no response from Cell C...as promised.

I have made payment towards my account on the 23/09/2021. My accounts was suspended yesterday,. I have been phoning and forwarding proof of payment and not getting anywhere. It was a payment made to the same bank account that I use, so the funds must reflect immediately. When I phone and explain the situation they tell me that they will escalate.. Its been two weeks already and still no answer. MY accounts still shows in arrears and now suspended and this is not my fault.
The bank account I used and Reference number I have been using for two years. The payment that was made in August was received... There is no reasons for this to take so long.

Poor service
My Cell C contract was terminated at the beginning of the year and they blacklisted me on ITC, so on 18th of September 2021 I made the full payment due of almost R6000, into the account number on my statement. I emailed the proof of payment the next day and received a confirmation email the next day. I have been contact Cell C customer care almost every day since. I am now told that the money was allocated to my my Cell phone number which is mow a prepaid number and is owned by someone else. Every time I call customer care I interact with a different person, who is unable to assist very other than escalate my problem, this escalation has been happening for 3 weeks now, and there finance department has not reallocate the fund into the correct account, and my ITC listing remains unchanged, I am sick and tyied, I am annoyed at the level of service that I have received.

I concluded a contract with cell c for 30GB, wifi router and power bank at R149.00. But i only received sim card and its been 3weeks now ever since i received the sim card. I logged a call with cell c regarding incomplete delivery and they opened case for me nd i should like cell cto expedite this thing and come and collect their sim card.they told me that i concluded deal for only sim card ony and for 20GB which is10GB day and 10GB night and i told them to investigate using the recordings for that day. With reference to the subject line I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect.Reason for this being, after numerous tries with the call centre I have not managed to get the answers I am looking for .I do not know why I owe the amount that is on my balance and needed clarity on this especially after making a payment of R3000 in August .I believe the payment made was not updated accordingly as I cannot be owing another R2900 on my contract .I have tried to avoid this issue by making follow up calls, sending emails with POP and even going to the branch.After my last visit t the branch which was on the 27th of September my balance was R0, 2 days later it shows that I am in arrears again.I do not appreciate the service I have received from Cell c and the fact that I took my time to follow up and follow through so that I clear this out but no one has returned to me or has provided me with accurate service to avoid this matter from escalating, I will not be making payments for areas I covered and for missed debit orders or any penalties as I made sure that I provide proof of any transaction made from me to the company and was even advised that back office will call me back to correct these unstable and crazy amounts .My balance cannot be equivalent to 10 months worth of my contract that insane and I feel very exploited .If you look into your records you will see the number of times I have called and to date there is no resolution on this matter, I am just left with a FAT balance that I have no idea about .
On the other hand I was called and offered a month to month contract ([protected]) for data only, which I agreed to .To my experience I was given 2 sim cards with the same contract terms and benefits, how that happened I do not know .So please also sort this mess out

Cell C have been debiting my account for mote than six months since my contract with them expired and I canceled it.
I have tried everything, everything blocking my debit orders, but they just skip one month and then deposit twice the following month.
It looks impossible to have this account. I just get reference numbers but nothing happens.

In 06/2021 I was contacted by Cell-C with an Retention offer that I agree with ([protected]). Then to my surprise in September all of a sudden I had no contract with Cell-C and was billed a ridicules amount for out of bundle fees. My Contract was for a Connecta 50GB but billed for a 1TB. I only received 50GB and used 30GB of the allocated data. After logging several cases I was told that all cases was closed without any feedback to me. Case number. 29/8: [protected]
