I cancelled my third contract that i do not know about and it was before the 7th day and yet it is not attended so now they are deducting the money according to the agreement without the third one please help me to resolve this matter.my contact details [protected] those are my numbers.

phone stolen on 02 July 2021 & I still don't have an ITC reference number from cell c almost 3 months later!
My iphone X was stolen in july and I called cell c on the 135 number to request them block my cell c sim card due to the theft which occurred on 02 July 2021. It's nearly 3 months now & I still don't have an ITC reference number from cell c in order to process my outstanding insurance claim!

Cell C Repair Center
My husbands device was sent to cell c sometime in July, it is now end of September and have still not received his device.
We have made payment to cell c repair centre in error and payment should of made to cell c insurance over a month ago and after providing the repair centre with proof of payment that they needed to transfer the payment to cell insurance, they still have not done so, they confirmed that they will pay it over at the beginning of September and i am furious that my phone is still not fixed because of their total incompetency and lack of customer service.
Please rectify this matter now as this query is still not resolved.

Settling of my account , No settlement letter issued , Paying back my credit owing to me
On the 09/09/2021, I initiated a conversation via email after numerous phone calls to the Cell C call center to request a Paid up or settlement letter on an account that I was behind on .
Upon my initial mail, I was informed that I still owed another amount . I then asked for a settlement discount, which I then received, but I then paid in an amount of R 1 936, 09 too much on the 15/09/2021.
Since my payment, I have been in contact with SIX different consultants over a 13 day period . Every time I get a different answer, the latest, once again saying that I still owe money and also that they did not receive my Proof of Payment ( After submitting this with my settlement letter 3 times ) .
When I ask to speak to a supervisor or that someone give me a call, or to supply me with a phone number where I can speak to someone, I get ignored FLAT and I get a reply from a different consultant to say they have not received my payment or that I owe money .
This is extremely unprofessional, and the fact that they now sit with an overpayment of R 1 936, 09 and refuse to acknowledge this even with a Proof of Payment, I see as THEFT .
I will definitely NOT recommend anyone to Cell C in the near future as their dwindling consumer base also can attest to.
An extremely disappointed customer .

I would like to say this is the worse serve i have had with cell c no matter if you call in or write an email you wont be help.
1 I keep been punished for Cell c who can not debit correct and each month is the same and each month they say they will fix it still waiting.
2. I cant do a upgrade because cell c messed up and now they money is still not reflecting which was take off on the 25 which by the way a double debit.
3. been waiting 5 weeks which i have upgraded on a phone response from Cell c nor a sorry this is such bad service. A person call customer care other you get put through to the next person the supervisor are always not available or no one can help me...

Payment issue
I had a debit order taken out on the 27 August 2021. Thr payment went through but I was put in collections because cellc cannot locate the charge. I have sent my bank statement several times and I got an email confirmation that they have received the payment. This month, I got charged double for last month and this month. I have called the call center several times with no assistance. I'm really upset!

Cell c debited the wrong amount from my bank account
i took a cell c data contract out recently. They are debited the wrong amount from my account for the month of September 2021. I raised a complaint on their website and phoned them numerous times to follow up on my reference number for over 2 weeks now with no reply. Everytime i phone cell c they never resolve my issue.
In a pandemic they are very quick to take people's hard earned money but don't bother to resolve issues.

I opened my case on the 30th of August and I have been following up with no lock of getting a correct feedback or an update I even called headoffice even there I cannot get any assistance. Is now the 27th of September and no one is giving me a feedback on my R1600 refund. Due to this other debt other did not go through and my credit score is affected negatively even my other devices are blocked due to this issue

Unauthorised Charges
I had two (2) contracts with Cell C [protected] and [protected]). I cancelled both contracts early this year (2021) due to poor service. The cancellation was however not smooth for one of the contracts (Account: [protected]). A month after my contract cancellation, I noticed my credit score went down, when I checked the credit report, it showed that I missed a Cell C payment . I then called cell C, asked them how I missed a payment and also why did they not debit the last payment like the other Telecomms companies do? Also why did they not communicate and let me know that there's a payment that I've to make? Anyway they have highly incompetent and ignorant staff, so my questions sounded like rocket science as I have not received satisfactory answers. I asked the agent how much is the outstanding amount and I immediately made a payment.
About 3 months later, I noticed that the issue was not sorted, I called Cell C and also emailed them. They send me a paid up letter on 29 Jul 2021 and told me that the issue is settled. Today (27 Sep 2021) I received a call from SSDA (Schabir Shaik Defries and Associates) telling me that they're debt collectors and I owe Cell C money. What is this? I'm displeased and dissatisfied with Cell C service. I'd urge everyone not to take up a contract with them. Cancelling a contract is such a painful experience.

I am so disgusted with the level of service received from cellc. my query is on going for almost a month now and yet I still dont have my funds in my account. Cellc has been debiting left and right like there is no tomorrow. They cause me so much stress and frustration within one month. I am sick and tired of this service.
My bills are always up to date until cellc had a technical issue on their side. they took 3 payments in June and then payments were back to normal in July in August they debited R1600 and yet im battling to get my money back. I cant pay my rent because of cellc. Then an advisor from cellc called me yesterday and the nerve she have to tell me that the credit will have to stay on the account because I cannot forward my bank statement. As I explained to her the bank statement was sent on 27th August it is within 3 months why can they not use that bank statement. Why is it my problem that cellc debited me incorrect and now need me to take a taxi to the mall just to get a bank statement for their mess up. They can debit the money with out asking any of my details but cant transfer the money back to my same bank account which they have been debiting from.

Service complaints
I was double debitted for July 2021. I disputed and reversed the debit order. Later that day cell c also refunded the same amount of 498. Later on I received sms for amount of R996 owing to cell C. In August 2021 a debit order of R2016 was debitted from my bank account. I made four attempts to get cell C to rectify the problem. To date I have not received any reply or refund from cell C. This is what I understand of my payment : I should be paying an amount of R498 for July and R 498 for August. Double debit for August was R522 +R498 and they debitted R498 twice for the July amount owing which totals to R2016. I cannot understand why this is happening. When I told the consultant that I'm going to dispute and reverse payment they pleaded with me not to do so. September is coming to an end and I have not received any reply or refund.
Desired outcome: Cell owes me 498 for July and 522 for August. I need that refund or I will go to the bank and reverse the full amount for cell c debit
Cell c dont want to upgrade my contracts
Hi my name is jacobus kleynhans, i have been a good cell c customer for long now, but 0n the 31 august 2021 my cell c contracts is due for upgrade, i conttact cell c and even was at a cell c store but, none of want to upgrade my contract because im under dept review, two years ago i was under dept review and then i could upgrade my contracts, i did not go under dept review of poor or bad payments of my dept, i have done it because i had to much dept, i even contacted the dept review company and even they say they can not see why u dont want to assist me in my contract upgrade.Can u please assist me with this complaint

I have also checked my emails cell c did upgrade my contracts on the 25Sept 2021 did i received my new contacts and the contacts is under the new policies,so how is it now possible to decline the upgrade.

Cell C fails to provide Paid Up Letter after Ccount has been settled
Absolutely disgusted in the poor service delivery rendered by Cell C. Account was paid in full on 1 September 2021 and to date a paid up letter has not been provided - after multiple calls, emails and waiting 48 hours. No one calls back and they give the run around when they are supposed to provide a paid up letter, as per the NCA. Cell C should be reported to the National Credit Regulator for failure to comply with the NCA. account No. [protected].

I have since requested for settlement letters from cell c customer care line on the 9th September 2021 and was told the legal department turn around time is 48-72 hours with reference number [protected] for cell number [protected] and [protected]. That period lapsed on Wednesday the 14th September 2021.
I made a follow up call to try and understand what could be the hold up, but was told legal dep has a lot of quiries to handle.

Phone taken in for repairs
I took out a contract and insurance with Cell C New Park Kimberley. I took my phone for an issue about 2 months ago, I was advised to pay an excess fee which I did. The instalment for the month has also gone off but I still do not have a phone . How do you pay for something u dont have ? I have been given excuse after excuse, I was told the phone cannot be repaired so I will receive a new phone, then they said they never received the excess payment which I sent a proof of payment .I am at my wits end, a cell phone is a need in today's life. cell c refuses to give me paid up letter
my contract with cell c ended months ago. For the past two months I have been sending emails and calling cell c on numerous occasions requesting a paid-up letter on two contracts that I had with them that were closed by them a long time ago after they received payment via debit order. When I call they confirm that my accounts are closed and my numbers are moved to prepaid however when I check on transunion side it still says account open I have spoken to a guy by the name of Siphiwe Mosime who said he is sending an email requesting a paid-up letter to be sent to me still nothing has been sent through to me. I also spoke to a lady called Andiswa Mtjinga, Kgomotso Malete, Evodia Radebe and Innocent Makama who have confirmed that account is closed but still they don't understand why I'm not receiving the paid-up letter recoveries is nowhere to be found Inocent Makama said "cell c consultants work from home so he can't transfer me he doesn't have a link. now it seems no one at cell c is willing to take accountability for this account and closure or sending both me and transunion a paid up letter. Having problems with wi-fi calling
I have been complaining to Cell C now a month. To their call centre (no Help) and Hello Peter.com. Here is the latest com plaint to Hello Peter.Com.
"I complained about Cell C on 00/00/21. This the complaint: "I bought a cell c wifi calling bundle on the 17/08/2021 from cell Cell C. It is now the 31/08/21 and it is still not working. I complained on the 24/08/21 that the wifi calling was not working even though it stated on their app that it was activated. Nothing was done on the 24/08/21. I called again on the 25/08/21 and this time they escalated the complaint. Have made a total of 6 calls to cell c each one averaging about 15 minutes or more. I had a call on Monday 30/08/21 at 09:00 from Tembi who promised to call back at 10:00. He didn't! Amongst the calls I had promises of managers to call me back. The only one who did call me back was a manager who called back yesterday afternoon to tell me that a manager would call me 1st thing today (Tues 31/08). Nobody did call. Even though the consultant said the manager Carl called early this morning but nobody answered. I had no missed call, so he couldn't have called ! This afternoon when I called, the consultant said she would get the manager (Carl) to call me in the next few minutes. I called back just after 16:00 and asked to speak to Carl. I was told after a long delay, that Carl was off today. Somebody is lying to me. The number of the cell phone in question is [protected]. Does anybody at Cell C care? If you want to subscribe to CELL C, THINK TWICE.
