customer service and food portions
On Saturday September 9, 2017 around 9:25 in the evening after a movie I went across the street to the West Market Chipotle (Portage Trail Akron OH). It was 35-40 minutes before they closed and they were swamped with people from the movie. The guy making the bowls literally gave me 6 pieces of chicken on the bowl trying to preserve food for the line. I asked for manager and informed her that I go there 3 times a week and I have never got such a small of amount of meat and it was not even a spoon full which he claimed was 4 ounces and I would love to know how he guessed that and had nothing to measure with!. The manager apologized and agreed that she understood and would give me more. She walked over to the Girl at the counter whispered something in her ear and the girl literally put one more piece of chicken on my bowl. I was insulted and offended that they tried to play me like I was stupid. Not only do I usually order double chicken for almost 3 more but I refused to that day because they are low on food. So I informed them to keep their bowl and I walked out. You can't expect people to spend 6.50 and more for rice lettuce tomato's and corn...really how much are them ingredients worth without meat? so after I left there I rushed to your location by Akron University on Exchange Street. When I got there after seeing they were playing the same game I asked for double chicken my problem there was she charged me but the kids she knew behind me weren't charged and were giving chicken and steak and had a huge portion and wasn't charged for double chicken at all! So I have to beg for more and pay almost 3 dollars more and friends get more than people who paid! I did take a cell phone picture of the guys bowl that she gave all that meat to with no extra fee! So I feel there need to be a standard instrument used for all Chipotle's to prevent this from ever happening. I traveled to two in one day and was very disappointed. The reason I am mentioning this now is because I go too often and pay for double all the time because they pick and choose who gets a half spoon full and who gets more. My mother and I go at least 3 times a week and I have even introduced this place to her friends who never would of tried this type of food. I don't appreciate having to always fuss over something I am paying for.

I'm in law enforcement and I often have no time to cook, I also am into fitness and chipolte has been a life saver for years! I have and can do lunch and dinner sometime for weeks from Arizona all the way to my recent move in Newark California, however it breaks my heart to say I have had The worst experience I've ever had at a particular chipotle. One particular employee named Nia, in the 5565 automall parkway Fremont California location, charged me the wrong price, when I told her I had a 3 pointer, she said in the ugliest manner ever, "it doesn't matter you only save $4.00's.!" I couldn't believe it. I told her, every dollar helps because I come here very often. Then she sucked her teeth and said " great, now I have to change the price, its like the same price anyway!" I Then asked her for lemon in which she also sucked her teeth and said we only have lime. After another employee was helpful enough to offer and get me limes because they saw how unprofessional she was, the gentlemen to the right of me (another customer) said " wow, she gave me attitude too" . Chipotle is my favorite take out restaurant and I'm so faithful to it, but my goodness I hope their are no more hires anymore like this girl NIA ! I'm so disappointed.
chips, guacamole and queso
So I was at Chipotle (9370 76th St, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158) the a couple days ago and was told by a (Mexican looking man wearing a different shirt then most workers its was a nice button up shirt, and he had a beard) that you were not going to charge for guacamole and you were getting Queso and charging for that. I was very happy about that decision. Then, I came in yesterday and THE GUACAMOLE WAS STILL EXTRA!
WHEN IS THE QUESO COMING AND WHEN IS THE GUACAMOLE FREE!

I went into the chipotle this evening to see the General Manager Dayanara leaving the crew to go home at 8:27 this evening on 09/09/17. As I proceed to order my food the African America young lady behind the counter was high out of her mind she was so high she couldn't find the soft taco that I wanted with my order another young lady came and found the tacos for her that was right on the counter the young lady Anna proceed to let me know that all the food they have was on the line all the grill were off and being cleaned now please remember it's only about 8:35 at this point of time the store closes at 10pm. Anna begins to make my tacos and she's so high that she's missing the spoons to scoop up the chicken and the toppings for my tacos we get to the lettuce it's cut for a salad and it's brown and the sour cream is extremely runny the young lady turns to me to let me know in her exact words were (this lettuce is cut wild big right) I was just dumb founded to know where did chipotle find these workers. I sat down to eat my food only to find out that my tacos were ICE COLD THE CHICKEN WAS FREEZING AS IF IT CAME OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR. This store in Brooklyn Ny on Flatbush ave corner of 7th ave needs from the General Manger Dayanara with the HERPES ON HER MOUTH right down to the young lady Anna that was high out of her mind to be fired this is completely unacceptable and chipotle needs to do way better when consumers are spending their money.

This is disgusting behavior from one of your managers. I truly hope he does not have the hiring and firing privileges at his store. I hope he faces some serious consequences for this. Regardless of political views this is flat out wrong and needs to be handled before your buisness suffers. I will be posting this on all chipotle yelps near me until it is taken care of.

Hi I asked for Chorizo and the young lady at tortilla put chicken. I did not notice until I sat down and mixed my food and saw it. I asked for somebody to remake my food and I was asked do I want it on the side. Which I said no to because I should've had chorizo on my bowl in the first place. I just wanted you to know if a costumer ask for their bowl to be remade you should do it.

I went to the chipotle on Smoky Hill and Himalaya on 09/07/2017. The cashier working the register during the evening shift at about 6 o'clock was incredibly rude and threw the food into the bag and spoke to myself and other customers like we were stupid. Each time I am in there, she is incredibly rude and disrespectful and seems to have no tactful way to speak to customers without speaking to them like they are uneducated. She rushes the customers through and acts like she is inconvenienced by having to help people and this evening is not the first time I have been treated poorly by the same cashier.

I am regular customer of Chipotle(not this location). As my daughter has so many severe food allergies I always like to go to chipotle on the go to pick her White Rice, Corn and Guacamole. I must admit that whenever I visit any chipotle they will change their glove, and take an extra care so nothing get messed up with my daughter's meal. Also they will give her extra rice as she can have only these 3 things in the kids meal. Today When I walked in to this location the whole staff was illiterate(i mean it illiterate). I had to ask them to change the glove 5 times. and then that lady touch all other things which she should not. then they asked me to pay extra for extra rice which was okay but then also they didnt put sufficient. Imagine for my 4 year old, I baught kids meal with Rice, corn and Guacamole and extra rice as what she put in was not sufficient I paid the price for Kids meal + $ 1.25 for extra rice and then also my daughter was hungry because they didn't paid sufficient. And on top of this she was moving her meal here and there every where that I had to finally scream and say please don't mess it up. I can't buy this if you touch anything to it. I am dam sure if anything will happen today to my daughter I am going to take further steps with this location for sure. I told them more than 10 times that she is allergic please keep it clean and separate. But I am not at all satisfied and my daughter was so hungry.

I am a regular customer at chipotle out timmonium business park and as of September 1 2017 I will no longer be coming back and I'm going make sure my peers know about this experience I had so they would not get the same experience as I did I should have known something wasn't right because when I came to pick up my food along with my coworkers food the place was dirty and all the 3 bowls was made wrong so I got in line and the staff that was making my food was sloppy and my rice was undercooked
pick up chipotle bowl
I ordered a bowl for pick up. I had white rice, chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. I clicked the “customize meal” button and added EXTRA cheese, rice, and sour cream. I picked up my bowl to receive NOT A DROP of sour cream, undercooked rice, and NO cheese. I’m very upset that I paid for this and didn’t check it until I left because it’s nearly inedible without sour cream. Also, chips were not cooked enough and very oily.
2 veggie bowl and chips
I had 2 veggie bowl and chips . Brown rice were very dry and black beans were stale. They were out of chesse. Chips bag was not fully cooked. Chips were very chewy and oily. I have to throw chips. I am really upset with the experience I had at chipotle. Being a vegetarian chipotle used to be my one of favoraite place to eat with kids. My pick up time was 7:15 p.m. (prepaid order).. Gave my name..And the lady who was on the online ordering line shuffled thru some bags and told me she didn't have it..In a very annoying tone..I have the name that was in the order. She then just processed to fulfill other orders as if I was of no importance..I finally got her attention and told her my name again..Again she looks and finds it then tried to throw it in the counter..I said I'm Right here..She rolled her eyes..I asked her name and told her that her service was unacceptable..Then I asked her name..Not sure if I was given her real name but..She said her name was Desiree.

I found a stone the size of a pebble within my veggie bowl while eating. There is no excuse for a stone being in my food. ? I have brought my children who are young; twins that are 20 months old, a 5 year old and a 7 year old, here to eat and often buy them their own meals to share between them. The only reason I noticed the stone was by biting down and hurting my tooth. I am disgusted, not knowing where that rock came from? Was the food spilled during cooking and then picked up ff the floor? What other bacteria viruses could be lurking if a filthy rock made it in? If it had been one of my children they could have been hurt; I will not accept this as minor or normal. Stones, rocks, pebbles should never be found in anyone's food, as they are non-edible objects. A simple return and/or refund is not adequate, food chains give that for simple mistakes such as wrong or cold orders being given. I have pictures with a receipt with the above matching information. I am a huge fan of this restaurant! Literally my fave. But my experience yesterday was the absolute worse! Never have I been treated so wrong. I am currently pregnant, I asked the crew member for a extra chicken and was not only asked why but told that it is extra if you didn't know. Who the heck are you to ask me why I want extra chicken? Terrible customer service !
burrito bowl
Hello, my name is Frank Oftring. I am a huge fan of your restaurant and eat there multiple times per week. Two days ago, I took my girlfriend to lunch at the chipotle in Mansfield MA. While we were eating, she spit out a mouthful of food and we found a piece of plastic in her burrito bowl. I hope this will not happen again and I want to continue to be a loyal customer but this incident really upset me.
being a worker
We don't get paid good yet we work so hard ! Managers literally do nothing but sit in the office while crew run around trying to do everything. It's annoying and just too much work this is why employees always quit it's not worth the pay all the things we do. You guys should really appreciate your crew more and pay us a little more we work so hard and do so much sometimes I don't even get a full 30 minute break ! I get 10 minutes not fair at all

I went to a grill in Chicago ordered 2 chicken bowls as I was talking to the cashier about 1 of the skimpy bowls she tried to hear nothing of what I was saying & continue to ring me up so when I didn't pay her the server stepped down & asked what did I say so I told her while the cashier still trying to ring me up the server asked well what else do you want on there? before I could say anything else she slop some salsa in the bowl & slide it to the cashier, I took it & paid for it which is something I would not have done but I had my11yr old and it look like he was embarrass or uneasy so I took him outside and explained why I was doing what I did but when I got home my rice was hard and it didn't taste like the others I've had... dispite the reviews I wanted to give them a try I should have took hieve I will never go to that location again

Hi I was just at your chipotle in casselberry Florida and the guacamole was brown and clumpy and bland I asked the girl if it was okay she stirred til green was exposed and served it. I told her it looked weird she assured me it was fine I ate it and it was nasty I threw it away also the rice was awful something was bad and I'm sick so I want either a refund or something
online orders
I did a online order tonight for chipotle and when I got there I waited 20 min past the time it was supposed to be ready and then get home and my whole order is wrong. Last time we waited 45 min for our online order and there weren't even busy this time. They didn't discount my meal or anything. The employees were very polite but extremely hectic and unorganized. I'm not one to complain but after working all day the online order is supposed to be for convenience and it ended up being more of a hassle and then my and my husbands bowls were completely wrong. Very unhappy and not wanting to continue eating at the belair location. We have never had a problem at any other location.

I went to a chipotle in Beaverton, Or on Cedar hills blvd and they were out of almost everything I wanted on my burrito and instead of refilling the food and giving me the normal amount I received about half of the normal amount. I ordered guac on the side and they filled it and then scooped some out unnecessarily. There was also a large air pocket in my guac and so I only got about half a cup of it. Overall very unsatisfied with the chipotle experience.
