Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito

I ordered a burrito at my local chipotle and had a pretty terrible experience compared to the previous times I have ordered from this place. The burrito was considerably small (5 inches long at the most) and the chicken was vert dry and difficult to chew and there were tiny hard pieces of meat that were burnt. Also the cheese AND salsa had ran out which added to the dryness of the burrito. As a chipotle fan I was very disappointed by the quality of food that I recieved.

Chipotle Mexican Grill service in minneapolis mn location

We ordered my son a kids meal and when we got home we opened it and there was no quesadilla in it. It only had a very small portion of rice and beans so we had to find something else for him to eat quick. This is super frustrating for a family with 2 full time working parents who needed to grab food on the go bc we had an incredibly busy evening and no time to make food. Is it too much to expect food that we bought to be in the box when we get home? We normally love chipotle but lately have been finding that their service and quality of food has gone down and will rethink before going there next time and may just replace it with the hundreds of other fast restaurants we have to choose from.

Chipotle Mexican Grill raquel

I visited your location in coney Island which is fairly new. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, rude and disrespectful employee such as Raquel. I am a loyal customer to chipotle and have purchased from various locations. She was rude and rushing as if she was in a hurry it was approximately 12pm and the location was fairly empty so I don't understand where her frustration was from. I asked her if she was having a bad day because of her attitude towards me. I was being helped by another employee and Raquel kept saying little things under her breath. I asked for the manager and in front of her manager she was still mouthing off. She was very aggressive and I was scared for my safety and the safety of the other paying customers. She is a poor representation of your company. I also spoke with the GM Mr. William Tang and he suggested I write on this forum. Possibly Raquel could use a few in-services on customer service or possible not deal face to face with customers. I will never eat at this location again.

Chipotle Mexican Grill online services

Today I've used 3 different cards, and 2 different phones to try and order my food online and it's not working. All my information is right, I have money on my card and I'm not sure what to do at this point. The only reason I won't go into the restaurant and order is because my card is at home, but I have all the information on me. This is the 3rd time this has happened this week and nothing is getting resolved. Please help

Chipotle Mexican Grill I was charged, $12.09 no food at the counter

So I use the Chipotle app to buy my food or the time and I have my credit-card already on file I placed an order at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time in New York City when I went to pick up the order at the counter they said didn't have my order so what I did was I placed the order again but when I checked my Chase account my bank-account there was a charge for the same amount from the previous order, that process try my bank, but the actual order never got to the store system..

Chipotle Mexican Grill store open/no rice!

I stopped in at the Fayette Mall Chipotle in Lexington, KY, where I live, on August 14th, 2017. It was 8:35 PM. I ordered a burrito bowl to go. Upon ordering the man taking the order asked if brown rice was ok, because they didn't have any white rice. I told him no. Because I do not like brown rice. He offered to pay for my meal, which was a nice gesture. And I appreciate that. However, I find it aggravating that there was NO white rice readily made/available. I understand it was close to closing time but I don't think it's acceptable not to have food prepared (rice of all things) when the business it still open. If it's a policy that food preparation stops at a certain time of the day to prevent food waste then I feel like it needs to be posted that some food items may not be available depending on the certain time of day. I love Chipotle. However, was very disappointed that I stopped there today and of all things...no white rice. Thanks for your time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill food

I asked for lemons, got to my table squeezed the lemons no juice came out. No problem. I go to the register and request more lemons. I open them at the register and notice a white fuzzy substance. So I bring it to the cashiers attention. He really didn't have a response so I just requested another lemon. This too has the same white fuzzy substance. So the cashier tells the manager. The manager is very defensive and tells me "that's not mold, it's frost from being in the refrigerator". I said sir frost melts this is not that if you touch it, it does not disappear. He then proceeds to tell me that mold it green not white! Then says we'll do you want lemons or not?
I'm very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Chipotle has had many issues with bad publicity and outbreaks in your stores. I would think that your employee would handle this in a more professional and cautious manner.
I will never eat at chipotle again and you may want to do a better job with your training.

Chipotle Mexican Grill inappropriate behavior

Chipotle store at 380 NJ-3, Clifton, NJ 07014, my order number was 397 at 7:18 pm. I was served in a rude manner by waitresses. It took me some time to pick what I want to order and the waitress was nervous about it. She said, "hurry up, I have other orders...". So what? She could have come up a bit later. When she brought my order that wasn't what I wanted. However, she just that it was late to change my mind and I have to eat what she got for me. But if I wanted something different I had to pay. That's what she told me.
I'm sure I will never go there again. Too rude and disrespectful.

Chipotle Mexican Grill barbacoa bowl

I went to chipotle today after looking forward to it all day. My bowl order took a very long time, the beans were clearly old and dried out, I was given the very last of the barbacoa and it wasn't nearly as much as usual, and the entire bowl was flavorless and not very appetizing. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service today.

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl

I got 2 Chicken Burrito Bowls from the chipotle at 3925 Walnut St. in Philadelphia, PA. I was mixing up one of the the bowls when a something odd fell out of the bowl. I picked it up to examine it, and it was a fingernail. It wasn't a random hangnail, that would have looked jagged. It was clean cut, almost as if an employee got some nail clippers and clipped a nail into the food.

The other bowl wasn't fine either. That bowl wasn't fine either. Both of the bowls were steak, despite us repeatedly saying to make them chicken. The steak bowl that managed to avoid having human contents in it was mostly steak gristle, and therefore unchewable.

In conclusion, your "fresh food" standards shouldn't mean freshly clipped employee fingernails.

Chipotle Mexican Grill food

I went to chiptole today, and I honestly love chipotle, well I went today and I wanted to eat chroizio it honestly looked so dry with 3 servings left and I ask if they were gonna make more and they did but really bothered me is that they served it to customers still even though it was super dry, I know chipotle is suppose to have fresh food but honestly nothing looked fresh ! I waited for chorizo for 12 mins and Honestly it still didn't even look good it was burnt and really big chunks of it .I also got a chicken bowl for my other bowl and the chicken was burnt . This is the worst chipotle I have ever went to ! Never going here again if I have to go 25 mins out to get chipotle I guess I will !

Chipotle Mexican Grill rice bowl

Today I had a chipotle rice bowl for lunch while I was at work. It was half chicken and half steak and half white an half brown rice. It had light black beans in it and light mild salsa. It also had sour cream, cheese, corn and lettuce in it. Only a an hour or so later I felt so sick I had to leave my office early. I love chipotle and their bowls but I felt very sick after and had to leave the office immediately because of it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

My Kids and I just had the worst customer service experience at the location in white bear lake Minnesota.
We ordered
1 steak bowl
1 half chicken and half steak burrito
1 bowl chicken and steak double meat.
The young man put a full serving of steak in the first bowl.
Next, he did the burrito half and half. He even made sure to take some meat off the serving spoon to be half.
Then, he did a half of each on the final bowl as well.
At the register, the cashier was ringing up the items when I said I should not be charged for double meat on the last bowl since it had just as much meat as the burrito. Another young lady then interrupted and stated that They would not charge for double meat in the burrito. Then same female said they could remake the burrito so it would have less meat if I'd like it to be half and half?
She and 3 other employees then continued to argue with me while several other customers were in line behind us saying the bowl and burrito were double meat but, they Would only charge double on the Last bowl. I couldn't believe how disrespectful, rude and argumentative these employees all were to me.
We left, without our food and went to another restaurant.
This is not the first bad experience at this location but, it will be The Last. I will never go back there again!
Last time we all got food poisoning!

Chipotle Mexican Grill employee josh

I went in about 9:45PM on 08/20/2017 and there were several patrons dining and ordering. I can see one employee, Josh, cleaning and scouring the grill while my helper kept asking him to stop. I eventually asked my helper "...what is Josh trying to do, scare us out? The noise is very annoying and should stop." Josh continued to clean and laugh and make loud screeching noises that kept giving me goose bumps. I eventually asked the other employees his name and told them that he is very annoying and will file complaint. They also appeared disturbed with the loud annoying noise, but could not stop him. I eat here at least 3 times a week and could easily go to Baja fresh near my home. I LOVE chipotle, but lately the kids working in the store are very chatty and lazy and have bad attitude when I arrive close to 10:00PM. A change is needed or management needs to monitor closely. I want Chipotle to succeed and hope you can make the changes needed.

Chipotle Mexican Grill the girl that puts the toppings on.

On Aug, 8th, 2017 I stopped in at 5:00p.m. for 2 bowls and 1 burrito. The location was 26420 Great Northern Shopping Center. North olmsted, OH 44070. The girl that puts the toppings on was putting a tiny, tiny bit of lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. I asked her if she could put more on and she looked mad! She was moving super slow and the food was backed up. She was not friendly at all. She looked miserable that she was there working. I always have a pleasent experience with the workers and this time I was very disappointed. Thanks Christina Martin

Chipotle Mexican Grill barbacoa rice bowl

My daughter got a barbacoa bowl with white rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, cheese, and hot salsa on 8/7/17 at 4:30p.m. at the Columbia, MD location. About 5 hours later she started having stomach pains. She was up during the night with stomach pain and was unable to go to summer camp on Tuesday and Wednesday. I was unaffected -- the only difference is I had the chicken and no corn. She has never had pain like this before and is not one to get sick. So, I do believe it was her barbacoa bowl at Chipotle that gave her this severe stomach pain hours later. We will not be visiting Chipotle again for any bowls due to this incident.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle of redbank

My wife and I frequent chipotle every Friday. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of taste spices and or salt which was not used on several of our encounters . It basically was hateful or miss depending upon that evening. At times my wife considered the food to be in edible which created a hangry experience and a miserable evening for myself. I would greatly appreciate compensation in the form of store credit for two chicken burrito bowls and a steak salad hopefully with flavor included. Thankfully yours, regretful in redbank. Receipts available upon request.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service/food

Went into this location as usual, The line was long (that was not the problem ) . The first guy said What did you want, my mothers respone was " can i get my burrito in a bowl ? " His response was " So did you want a burrito or a bowl " He was rude about it . Then the next guy was on his phone showing the other worker something while putting on our toppings . I thought was rude as well . Finally the next girl said " Were never getting out of here and kept huffing and puffing . Just not the usual experience in this store .

Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken and rice

I had a bowl from chipotle yesterday and the chicken was burnt to a crisp and the rice was stale. Ontop of that the chips, which I payed extra for, were very stale. I asked for another bag of chips and the enployee told me no. Overall it was a horrible chipotle expierence and now in not sure if im ever going to go back. The employee telling me "no" to a new bag of chips after mine were stale really put me over the edge

Chipotle Mexican Grill rice at chipotle

On Tuesday, August 1, 2017 I went to the Chipotle Mexican Grill located at 6901 Rockside road Independence, OH 44131 for lunch at about 12:00 PM. After I waited in line for about 10 minutes I finally paid my $8.50 for a Burrito bowl with white rice, corn, cheese, and lettuce with a fountain drink. When I sat down to eat my food I took the first bite and the rice was UNDERCOOKED. It was hard and nasty but after looking at the time that I had to get back to work I couldn't wait in that long line again. I threw my food away and went the rest of my work day hungry. I'm extremely disappointed and never experienced something like that considering I love Chipotle and eat there at least 3 times a week.
