We love Chipolte, eat it every week after our swim but why oh why must we contend with these short straws? Your competition has longer ones for large drinks. Please consider adding this simple request so we can quit looking ridiculous. See photo. 😊
We live in an upscale community and one of our anchor companies is Pebble Beach Co. You may know this place, golf, Clint Eastwood, etc. Their company motto is "Exceed the expectations for every customer" -focused attention on the customer, I like it. So, longer straws please.
burrito bowl
I asked for more rice in my bowl the throw the rice on it because I guess either they was having a bad day or because I asked then when I asked for sour cream it was runny more looking like milk . It was only a little left in the bowl the server was scraping it out the bowl . Okay then when the person I was with asked for some she was still trying to get more out where's I had to ask th m to get more only with giving me attitude. I'm think of not going back to that location or suggest anyone to.

I ask for 3 orders to go the persons gave me 3 packages formed a mass with chicken, beens, or steak beens guacamole cheese so as u know id you served soft tacos to go is easi to be a big mess why you guys dont start to use plastic plates to orders to go instead a small piece of foil its not ok im went to spend 30.00 dollars in that messi carry out food just for throw it a way because no bidy in my house want it to eatit loock nasty i mean not good
burrito
I went to chipotle today and as I was line I realized everyone inline serving food was rushin because they were kind of getting busy. When it was my turn I ordered my burrito with white rice black beans and steak there like anything else. So I ordered for my wife which she wanted a burrito bowl with lettuce in the bottom white rice black beans and with barbacoa ect ect. As I was paying I realized they put a c on my steak burrito and I never thought the actual burrito has chicken in it till I started eating it. When I took the first bite I realized it was chicken inside instead of steak. It kind of bugged me I wanted to ask for a refund but I saw they they were busy so didnt bother.. As I was eating my burrito I see a hair half ways through it! I grossed me out so I told my wife what do I do she said take a picture and tell them. I got up walked over to tell them and a guy was at the cashier spot and I told him excuse me umm I just ordered food and I realized I have a hair in it. And he simply said ok what do you want me to do? Wanna speak to a manager? I looked at my wife and said really instead of them saying oh no worries ill get you a new one he said what do you want me to do. So I said you know what not to be rude but you guys should keep your guys area more clean. I remember working for chipotle and it was never as disoriented as it is now. Im completely dissapointed.
ordered online, went to pick up, nothing was right and the staff was not helpful.
I went in the store at 1439 pacific coast highway in hermosa beach to pick up two burritos I had ordered online. Once I arrived at the chipotle and told them I had ordered online for pickup. The gentleman at the register looked around and disappear red in to the back for a while. When he reappeared he said that they had been having trouble with online orders and they do not have my order. The gentleman then went to get a manager. I explained the situation again and he looked at me and said "what do you want me to do? A curious way to interact with a patron. I confirmed that he was a manager. He said he was a service manager who had been with the company 6years. Yet, he did not have a business card and would not provide me with the corporate number for chipotle. He said I just need to look it up online... Ridiculous!
He picked up a card belonging to josue prado and scribbled his name on the card while crossing out josue's. His writing was so illegible I had to ask him to write his name just to be readible again, it is alexandro azpeitia.
At this point I just wanted to get my burritos for me and my son. I asked alexandro if we can do that. He pointed at the inordinately long line that had formed inside the store and suggested I go wait in line. I pointed out that I had expected the food to be ready when I walked in and asked if he would be willing to expedite the order. He was not willing to do so and if I want food I need to get in line. I was appalled! I then asked him if I could get some kind of discount because of the mixup... And he just flatly said no. With absolutely no apologies for a system that was malfunctioning I only receive terse and dismissive directions without a hint of care from this gentleman.
This chipotle is 3 blocks from where I live and I often go there. I can't remember that I have had any issues there before.
Your manager needs to handle problems... He is a manager. A person in that position must have superior skills in. Dealing with the public as well.
I left there with no food and a really bad taste in my mouth from my experience. Don't know if I want to risk dealing with that again

On Monday July 10th I went to lunch with my friend at chipotle on bald hill road with warwick Rhode Island. I ordered a salad with just vegetables pico de gallo salsa and corn. When I was ordering my friend had to wait for more chicken to be cooked so I ended up paying before her. When I got to the register they asked me if I wanted anything else and I said no. They told me my total was $7.30. I inserted my card and paid. when I friend got to the front they said she was covered because she had to wait longer for her food. It was extremely nice! However, this morning I looked at my bank account and found out that I was charged double. I got charged $14.69. I am a recent graduate school graduate with very little income. This amount of money is valuable to me. It upsets me that I was actually charged more than I was told. Due to this inconvenience I would appreciate it if I could get compensated for this mistake on chipotles behalf.

Good Morning.
My name is Sabria Hipps and I am writing to complain about one of your locations at Rhode Island Ave NE in Washington DC. Every time I come to this location your employees are never smiling, they don't welcome you or greet you and they always have an attitude. They are just very rude, yesterday 7/9/17 I went inside the chipotle to order my food the guy who was making my bowl was very rude didn't greet me as a customer didn't even ask what I wanted I just began telling him I want the tortilla inside the bowl, I asked for brown rice, he gave me two scoops of rice I asked for a extra scoop of rice he literally put four kernels of rice in my bowl and I felt that he tried to be smart so I ignored it. Then he was reaching over all the food when you're supposed to walk around to get the next food item but no he was just reaching over it which one of his co workers had to approach him about. I then went to pay for my food and it came up to 12.75 I asked the cashier why is my food 12.75 she said because the guy who made the bowl said I got extra steak when I clearly got extra chicken, she then asked him why did you tell me she got extra steak, I'm guessing he thought I was just gonna let that fly by like I don't know how much it's really supposed to be. I just hate the customer service at this location, a few weeks ago one of the workers were making fun of a homeless guy who came in there I just thought that was very mean and rude. The workers at this location are rude and mean. If they don't like their job they need to find a better one.
charged extra and items missing
I went to the store on University Ave, Little Rock on 7/7 to order tacos and a chicken bean buritto with Chips and Salsa. Staff in the register charged for Steak eventhough its written as Chicken. I asked for a manager to refund. Register staff came and told that i would have to wait till the line is gone. I waited for few mins and promised that i would never return to Chipotle for the behavior thats not caused by me. Also when i got home Salsa was missing. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company, but i wanted to know the corporate that hiring people like this will leave a bad customer experience and thats not good for the company or the customer.

Chipotle in hurst texas. I went today sunday july 9th. With my family To get some lunch around 1:35 pm. For me i order a plate with pinto beans, white rice, chicken, corn, sour cream, mild sauce, and lettuce. I ate it all it was delicious. But 2 hours later my face started to itch and got a rash. I know it was these food because i did not have nothing for breackfast until that time. So i will not eat here no more food is good but is just my body rejected something. So i dont trust it anymore.

My family and I went to the Chipotle in La Plata, MD for our normal order and the sour cream appeared as though it was simply milk. I was asked by the food preparer if I wanted my sour cream watery. I was confused. She said this is how all the Chipotle sour cream appears, that is completely untrue! I asked her if there was an issue today? She told me that this is just how it looks and she doesn't like sour cream. Overall the food was just bad, the chicken was tasteless.

I have just opened a Chipotle chicken and chorizo salad from Jersey City Mall to find a bug in it for the third time in two weeks. I have attached a photo for your reference. This is absolutely disgusting and demonstrates a poor standard of food quality from a company that has already been in trouble for this already. I am deeply disappointed in my experience and will not be able to eat a second salad due to the poor standards at Chipotle.

stone found in black beans/damaged tooth
Vancouver BC, Robson St. location, Friday June 23, 2017 6:30 pm had a barbacoa bowl with black beans. Bit hard on a stone in my meal. Spit it out in 3 parts. Reported to staff and asked to speak with manager but was met by another staff member who took my name and number, then replaced my meal from the same bean tray originally served from (oddly, they were not alarmed enough to change it).
Then another staff member came to fill out a questionnaire at my table (I was with my husband). Told you would contact me, no word.
I called the Vancouver Robson Street location to follow up on July 7, 2017 and I was told they would call me. I mentioned I now had paid$392 to get my chipped tooth fixed.
Can some one please reach out and resolve this with me? I would like my dental bill paid.

burnt chicken
okay so i went to chipotle with my friend, who just so happened to be trying it for the first time, and when we ate our food the chicken was completely burnt. keep in mind we took it to go and we werent gonna go back to the restaurant just to be rude and complain. bad first impression. employees should know better than to serve costumers burnt chicken from the bottom of the bucket, they should refill it fresh first. wouldn't be as much of a hassle that way.

Hello my name is Alexis I go to chipotle pretty often to know portion size and I use to work there also.. on 07/01/17 @9:38 I went to location 396 w. Army trail rd. Bloomingdale Il me and my husband just came from movies and stopped there cause I love chipotle I ordered my usual burrito bowl asked the gentlemen working the line for steak extra steak some he failed to do I usually get extra of everything for a reason and it seemed to be a issue. Even when I told the cashier about the issue she had a attitude about it also!

Our complaint was on the entire staff attending customers. Extremely rushed all of us from the moment we where greeted. Not one of them listened to exactly what we wanted in our selections and did what they wanted. When asked to please add a little more they got upset and basically threw on top. At the end we said no drink and they still charged us for one. When we stated we didn't want one she was like what would you like me to do. And on top of that the bag of chips was very poor in content.
Highly dissappointed with this locations customer service. We will defenitly not be stopping by again!

I meant to order at the Chipotle in Dublin on Martinelli, but my previous online order was already set at the Chipotle in Cupertino, which I didn't realize until I got there. They told me there was nothing that they could do about it and I couldn't get a refund. Also the manager was No help and two employees in particular were so rude. Both brunettes, one Asian and one Mexican girl.

I purchased a chicken bowl for my sister and chicken tacos for myself at chipotle today and I was very disappointed with both orders. The restaurant wasn't very busy at all but the chicken on both orders was very dry and stale. I asked the lady to a foil pan under the tacos so they wouldn't get smashed and she ignored me. Chipotle has always been my favorite place to eat but today I was very disappointed. I usually have great service.

I ordered 3 tacos on soft flour tortillas and I received 2 tacos on crunchy corn shells. I also ordered a kids meal with chips and received zero chips. Now what am I supposed to do with my side of guacamole? The burrito bowl I ordered also has the wrong rice. I think it's pretty simple to read a list of instructions and follow along but I guess not
management and false accusations
Management and Lying. I would like to have someone please call me regarding an on going matter with management at Chipotle on 64th and ward road in Arvada, CO 80004. My number is [protected]. There was an occasion my son and I went in there to tell a manager she is rude and why doesn't she ask politely to ask someone to work. We in no way threatened the manager Daniela my son's girlfriend Sierra Romo works there and got written up for harassment which is a lie supposedly Daniela said we made her cry we told her an opinion in no way did we ever harass her. She later wrote Sierra Romo up for harassment as I said and sent it to corporate and had Sierra sign a paper which they will not give her a copy of. By the way is the law. I deal with law enforcement issues on a daily basis can you tell me why Daniela and Rosa another manager would tell Sierra Romo that if we go into the store she will be fired? Also, why is Sierra not allowed a copy of what she signed its the law especially here in the state of Colorado? Or Anywhere. We're having a graduation party on the 4th I was going to have the food catered after this ridiculous allegations both Daniela and Rosa have said why would I go through such a company and besides it is an opinion that we feel how she treats the employees and Rosa was no where near our conversation how can she become part of the situation when she had nothing to do with anything she was no witness? Now as I said before we tried to call corporate which is terrible it's impossible to get in touch with a human. Also, employees are supposed to eat there for free on different occasions she can discuss that with you. You have sexual harassment going on at this location, Daniela is harassing employees we used to get a lot of food from here we would support Chipotle at least 3 times per week and get many people to join us and also for catering I have no respect for Chipotle or management there. How is it that I used to be a customer and now Daniela is pulling some problem that never happened, to corporate and many others in the store she has employees afraid of her. We want something resolved or were getting not only Daniela, Rosa and many more including Chipotle for harassment, false accusations and much more for her negligence as well as a news channel will take this story her locally I have already contacted them personally to another level. If this is the way Chipotle deals with problems than this will get out in the media what poor ways to handle situations I have many contracts I will be letting them know the result and as I said the media is on stand by due to this incident. What are you as a company going to do about it? Daniela and Rosa are very poor employees and management for you to have what will be done with this situation will be interesting. Daniela, by the way said she was going to call the cops for what who knows it was an opinion and we waited for her to call the cops and was ordering food and she told a cashier we couldnt pay she refused us. Daniella showed no body language or emotional stress she is not twlling the truth. Also, Sierra Romo told Daniela, Sundays are a religious day and Daniela continues to schedule her on that day. chicken bowl contained a small pebble!
The last time I visited Chipotle (Liberia Rd. location, Manassas, VA), as I was eating my chicken bowl, I crunched down on a small pebble, as well as a gritty substance! I assumed the gritty stuff was dirt, though I haven't been to the dentist yet to see if my tooth was cracked and the grit was tooth related. So far, it doesn't appear to have affected any of my teeth.
I am sending a picture of the small rock as well as the receipt with the location/time. I circled the item that contained the pebble...chicken bowl with extra chicken.
