I ordered online and had my food ready for pick up at 7:15 pm. When I ordered it I assumed I would go through the drive thorough when my order was ready but when I arrived there were cars wrapped around the building in the line and it was NOT moving. I then parked in the spots that say app/online orders but there was no number to call so I go in. When I got it there were about 10 people also waiting for their orders and also complaining that they have been there for 20+ minutes after their scheduled pick-up time. I asked the person behind the counter where my order was because there was approx 4 racks full of orders by the drive through window. I expressed that I was not waiting on that line as I am sure the food is already cold. Eventually approx 10 min later I get my food and she hands me two drink cups. I told her I ordered the organic lemonade and she tells me that they don't have any so I can just get pop. I told her No I am sorry but If I wanted pop I would have ordered pop. I asked for a refund then. She had no interest in helping me and told me to go online to ask for a refund. I told her I was not leaving until I got a refund. I was not going through that hassle to get a refund of something that you allowed me to purchase that you do not have. I asked for the bottled organic lemonade that was in the cooler and she said no. I looked at the other guy and told him I wanted my refund then. I don't understand what is the difference between the bottled organic lemonade and the fountain one that you didn't offer. He gave me the lemonade and I left. When I got home the food was so cold I had to put it in the microwave. The new quesadilla that you advertise on TV... well that looks nothing like the folded wrap I got in my box. I was extremely disappointed. If I was the owner of this newly location I would definitely spend some time up there and get it together because it could be a very busy location but if you keep service like this people will eventually stop. It is sad that nobody cares about their job. A gentleman actually dropped a few bags of packed food and it stood on the ground the entire time I was there. That is terrible. I can only imagine what he did with those when I left. Extremely disappointed. I sure hope the owner cares and does something about this. I wish I would have taken video of the chaos and what my quesadilla looked like. If I only knew I could send those I would have for sure done it. My inlaws own a restaurant and this would not be acceptable so from one restaurant owner to another I would think you would want to know.
