I alreday messaged you fb page but there's no response. I just want to report my encounter last time with your branch in harbor point subic zambales . What happened is supposed to be they are open at 9am but we we're there at 915am and still they're not open. I asked the crew who was sitting afar what time are they going to open when supposed to be they are open already, but that rude employee didn't even come to me he just used his hand to gesture that they're not going to open yet. I asked for the manager but she's not around and bought something outside. When the manager came her name was Normita Mayo, I asked her why they are not open yet, she just said they are not ready yet and they need to huddle first... preparation and huddle should be done before opening hours not after opening hours. And when they finally open the only available food was siopao and noodles... 1st of all shouldn't be opening esrly if they can't even commit to the responsibilities of giving your customers excellent customer sercvice and if you can't even provide their orders because its useless. And most of all the crews and the manager itself needs more training, she's rude and cant even manage that branch. She doesn't deserve to be a Manager. She just come after me when she knew that I sent a complaint to the mall and to the mangaer that I know. But too late because they already disrespect me with their actions. I Also work in a customer service industry and I know how a Excellent Customer Service should be done.
