At first, we were really disappointed due to many products unavailable in the store. At 8pm, no available buchi, kangkong, PJ, IT.
We ordered set B, platter SSF and chopsuey. By the time the cashier (no nameplate) assembled our drinks, we then found out that it is more worth it to buy Christmas set due to more inclusions rather than set b offers.
But the cashier told us that our orders will not be void since we paid more than Php1000 already. I really cannot understand the logic she was trying to insist. I couldn't even understand her shallow explanation. Then finally, I have seen a manager for me to enlighten why they cannot void our orders. *Manager was not wearing nameplate as well. To my disappointment, the manager told us that it is all up to the cashier if our orders will be void or not! Like as if the manager has no control to everything but was also dependent to the cashiers decision. What kind of manager is that who didn't even know how to manage her people?
The manager then explained that since the cashier already got her quota voids for the day. She can no longer void our orders or else she get IR with it. When in the first place, its not our fault that she got numerous of void already.I even questioned the manager, if it is really the customers' part to adjust with their staff? The manager didn't answer but instead the cashier did. She (in a rude voice) insisted that she can no longer void our orders. But instead suggested us to add halo2 which will cost us more pricy. At the end, we were really not given chance to change our order.
So disappointed that the Manager and Crew didn't prioritize Customer satisfaction, all they want is sales. That is SELFISH!
