We arrived at chowking shoe avenue marikina at 1 15pm, and the cashier set our order, gave our receipt at 1 25pm, as stated on the receipt. At 1 45pm our order has not yet prepared, 20minutes has passed. Addition to this, while waiting for our orders a crew named Mak, asked us about our orders, and as he came up twice he asked for our receipt and get our tray. GIVEN THAT OUR TRAY HAVE OUR UTENSILS. HE JUST PUT IT ON THE TABLE, without any words. We are so pissed and disappointed at that moment. 10 minutes more and our orders arrived, it was this Mak again who served our orders, we kindly respect for a calamansi, and glasses of water, but it so happened, that weve finished our meal, there is none from our request, that was given. Such a disappointment. The place is good, but service time and this crew, also the food that isnt hot made our day awful.
