I placed my order in Chowking EMA Town in Sto. nino Meycauayan, for dine in. I requested for particular chicken parts. The one who took my order at the counter checked first if my request is available then she came back and told me the waiting time is 30mins. So i paid for my order and waited for 30mins at the dining area. After 30mins waiting they served my order and saw the chicken not as requested. They told me it will take 13 more minutes. I asked for the restaurant manager and she told me, my request was not accommodated bcoz they gave my requested part to other customers. So now at my expense I need to wait again? Keeping your words for the customers is crucial. I will not insist in the first place if my request is not available. But they gave me their word I just needed to wait for 30mins. Now I had to wait longer bcoz they did not keep their word, did not pay attention to their dine in customers. This is a very disappointing experience. I will not come back in this store again. I will make sure to let my friends and family about tge store’s lack of integrity.
