We ordered pancit canton with chinese fried chicken with drink and 1 siomai ala carte. The cashier did not ask us if we are willing to wait for our order so we just paid what is due for our order because we did not think it would be very long to get our order since customers are few.
After 15 mins., we followed up on our order. As we look around the dining area, we noticed everyone already has orders and we tried recalling that these people ordered right after us so we are wondering why our order is still not given.
After 15 mins (total of 30 mins), we proceeded on cancelling our orders instead.
We went down and asked the cashier to give us a refund, which took another 20 mins. Imagine waiting for 50 mins. while starving, standing, and going up and down the stairs for followup. That is exhausting.
The manager who is cancelling the order is not even polite and courteous, and she did not even ask for forgiveness about the incident and just let us go without any remorse.
Though we got our refund, the service is still very poor. There are a lot of improvements and customer service and prioritization should be the top priority
