We ordered the following items: 1 ss pork/sprite, 1 pcf csfc d/milktea, 1 psio and 1 tofu for dine - in. Based on the receipt, the order was placed at 7:12pm. We waited for 20 mins and the 1 psio was given to us. We made follow up to the waiter for the remaining order. After 30 mins, we made again a follow up yo the waiter named sean. He asked for our receipt, which we gave to him in order to fast track the order. After 35 mins, we saw several customers already finished their meals. We made follow up again. After 40 mins, we went to the cashier but no one is entertaining us. I asked the waiter who get our receipt and asked him where are our order? He asked for the receipt, I told him he had it already. Worst, I asked for his manager. I talked with the manager, however he was pretending he knows what he's doing. He asked for the receipt, but the receipt is nowhere to be find.in the end, I asked for the cancellation of the order. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The manager and his staffs are not properly trained for their job. They lacked training on how to deliver their job efficiently and effectively. Worst process in getting orders and taking this issues. They are the worst crew.
For the refund of the order, the manager gave us php 319 short of php 60. I only found the deficit when I requested for copy of the or, but it's too late coz where out of the store.
This is so disappointing and worst service.
