we order lauriat meal and chaofan with siomai topping around 8:44 but they served the food around 9:20 without advise of late serving

we follow up the crew and cashier but they didnt assist me then i wait for a chance to get the attention of the manager but he didnt assist me in nice nd a right way

other customer next to me already served there food while im the first one take the order
