Me and my friend ordered both siomai chao fan with the siomai steamed. When we received the food, there is no Toyomansi. So then my friend ask for 2 pieces of Toyomansi but then the staff got mad suddenly and only gave one to my friend. Since we paid correctly, we decided to ask for one Toyomansi. But then when I asked for some Toyomansi, they had some attitude and raised her voice which made me mad. I fully understand that there is a payment needed whenever we get demand so much but I only need 1 toyomansi which is not provided when we got our order. The manager and 2 staffs even tried to give me two sticker sets with the celebration of Panagbenga but one of their staff said it was for "pampalubag-loob" which is unacceptable after what they act towards us. It is not even that hectic or busy hour for them to get mad or forgot things. It's just a bad thing to give such attitide to a customer. So dissappointing because it's my first time eating to this fast food restaurant here in Baguio City.
Desired outcome: I demand a refund or served another one to fix their problems with their attitude towards the customers.
