service sucks big time, as does the company itself
Went to Church's chicken in Roswell, NM on 12/21/17 returning from picking up one of our dogs who had a tail amputated due a returning tumor on his tail. On way back stopped at their store at the south end to get 14 pieces of chicken for our dinner. Time is about 6:20pm. We were told it would be at least 20 minutes since they did not have enough chicken. What fast food restaurant does not have 14 pieces of chicken ready for sale at 6:20pm. So we left for the north store. When we got to the drive in there were three cars in front of us. The audio system was terrible; could hardly hear the attendant, so it was obvious they do not keep their equipment up to par. Put in our order, so seemed they could hear us OK. Took about 30 minutes to serve the three cars ahead of us; so much for fast food. Then when we got up to the window finally and after taking my credit card and charging it, they have the nerve now to tell us that they do not have the chicken to fulfill our order. THEY COULDN'T HAVE TOLD US THIS WHEN WE ORDERED? When I very irritatedly told them I wanted my money back they walked away with the receipt and left us hanging. A call to the corporate office has gone ignored. Even though they have a good tasting fried chicken; stay away for this place since they care less about their customers.

On Sunday Dec. 10th I visited Church's fast food on Cambie street (near No. 5Road)
I used the washroom but no toilet paper in my stall. Not much choice, i get out and speak to the food clerk and mentioned that there is no toilet paper. She said ok like she didnt really care.
I order my TexMex and while I was waiting i told another employee, (Asian Male), that there was no toilet paper in the Ladies washroom. He too was not apologetic but took two rolls to the washroom.
I get my order take out and sat in my car and ate. Sadly the chicken patty was cold and the bun tasted stale.
I do not eat Church's alot but was quite pleased when i ate it at the YVR Airport International Departures. They serve it hot and fresh.
I will not go to that Church's fast food again.

received wrong order and ate inside the store
I was promised a follow-up on my visit to store #555 E. St Louis IL. Turns out that no one behind the counter wanted to replace my order after they gave my order to the guest that order before me. I didn't receive any napkins and there were not any on my side of the counter. I also did not receive my jalapeño peppers as advertised on the commercial. Apparently, everyone that worked on this day was upset. The Wednesday before thanksgiving is not a good day to visit Churches Chicken.

I just left Church's and I order a $5.00 box. The chicken was very cold tasted like it might have been left over from previous night . Had more hard skin than chicken, lived to far to take it back. This s not the first time I have received chicken like this order rice one time it was old and hard took it back and got some fresh chicken and rice. The manager need to pay attention to the food that is being sent out need to make sure everything is fresh. 112/9/2017 store#724 request refund.

I visited Store#7193 on 12/4 @ 12:02 pm, order# 547082. This location is the worse in Monroe, La. The employees clothes are always dirty, they have no customer service skills. On this day, there were no fries or okra. Side items were given in the large containers with a very small amount. I ordered the $5 big deal with strips, the strips were cold and did not get the jalapeño pepper or dipping sauce I requested, let alone any dipping sauce. I called the location back to inform them of my order and for 30 minutes to an hour I did not get an answer so I just stopped calling. There are always complaints for this location. I work for the State and our office building is right across the highway from this location. Service is slow and it's sad to want a certain food and EVERY TIME you visit your order is wrong. Please do something with this location. I'm a Church's fan but these experiences are dampering my liking for your franchise. I would like some type of compensation for my visit and money spent.

Customer service is horrible, slow, food over cooked. No place to sit or dine in, over a month sign posted "take out only cannot dine" plastic lines the ceiling. Every un sanitary environment, post board on windows with stupid unprofessional remarks " like Eat Turkey", no receipts are given, Mgr. Francisa (Hispanic speaking female very rude, 10 people in line wsiting 45 minutes for order. This is not fast food, you have been served at a 5 star restaurant in 45 minutes. Every visit always eaiting 20 to 45 minutes to be served. Cannot sit down an eat. Reason given is they cannot find anyone to clean the tables and eating area. Mgr should be fired no managerial or customer experience
food : chicken not cooked properly/order messed up
I went there got the 8 piece mixed special on Thanksgiving Day. The cashier gave me a box that wouldn't stay closed so I looked in the order box and she put thighs, legs and two wings, one breast. I took it back in and the manager lady said she would fix it. more chicken was cooking. My box was setting in the return area set for returns. the box was all wet inside from the chicken not being properly cooked or drain. No! the order was not fixed like the manager said. they put another short thigh in the box and returned me the same chicken back to me. I looked in the box when I got home and called the manager lady back and she said she would fix my order the next time I return. No. I took it back an got my money back. There need to be employers that knows how to cook food.They could give someone food poison one day. The waiter was going to the cook and another employee complaining about a customer returning food. That is so unprofessional. She looked like she had been up from a drunk all night. Won't be going back there no day them same people are working. I will make sure I go when a certain ones are working only. Spoiled my Thanksgiving meal with that mess. NEED BETTER WORKERS WITH THAT CREW THAT NEEDS A WHOLE LOT OF TRAINING. I have worked in the food business for years so I know.

At approximately 6:20pm on November 25th, I went to Church's to get 4 $5 boxes of chicken fried steak plates. First I sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes before the male worker told me to pull up to the window. Then when I told him what I wanted, he made an attempt to correct me. Then, I was told it would be about 4 minutes before the order would be ready, and to pull around to the front, (which I did). I waited over 15 minutes for the order. When he finally bought the order to my car, he only had 3 plates. When I told him I had 4 plates, he replied that he only had enough hands to bring 3 plates. I told him to forget it, I'd come in and get the other plate myself. He made no attempt to give me the 4th plate that I had already paid for, but acted like he didn't see me. Another worker asked if she could help me, and I told her I needed my 4th plate, (which she did give to me). I will never frequent this establishment again. I will also file a complaint with the local health department, as no worker had anything covering their head, and only one had on gloves.
Did you try asking for a supervisor you were there? Either way, it's not legally required for those in food service to wear hair coverings or to wear gloves. You may not want to bother with the health department as it would most likely be a waste of your time.
immature staff, laughing cause they don't do their job
Saturday night at 9:00 pm went to get some food and ordered 16 piece spicy meal and staff laughed and said they were out of spicy chicken. On a Saturday night I would hope a restaurant has every menu item but they were not prepared and appeared just looking to get off work the outside lights were off and they didn't appear to care so I told them cancel my order and took my business down the street. This business has poor employees and management!

I ordered a nine piece meal with two sides and biscuits. To had to wait ten minutes while the chicken was cooked and asked for fresh biscuits... while i was waiting I seen roaches running across the floor and the place where they box your food was filthy stuff everywhere. The employees looked dirty. Anyhow I got my food and when I got home i noticed one of my sides had been left out so I called and told the employee she said come back and get it i told her I I'm bringing everything back and I want it replaced because my food would be cold by the time I got back and she ok when my husband got there the manager said she could not replace it or she would be fired. She refuse to give me the number to corporate and gave me wrong number for her GM.

On 11-14-17 at approximately 7pm I pulled up to the Churches Fried Chicken located at 404 US 550 Bernalillo, NM 87004. For the third time this month I have ordered spicy fried chicken and been informed I would have to wait 25 minutes if I wanted spicy chicken. I pulled and requested to speak to the manager on duty. He told me he runs out of spicy because everyone want it, I told him if demand is high perhaps he should make more. He told me he was doing the best he could and that the managers were going to quit this week anyway. I dont know what that has to do with my selection of chicken but what is extremely clear is that you dont know how to pick managers.

On November 11, 2017, I visited the Church's Chicken location at 100 East Presley Blvd, McComb, MS 39648.
1. Customer service - one young lady (she was wearing a black skirt), there was another customer and myself at the counter, saying "excuse me miss", she would never turn around or answer. I finally raise my voice and said "Miss, this lady has a question for you". Very nasty attitude.
2. I had a total of $30.48 worth of food. The person that waited on me, started fixing my boxes (3 out of 5) walked away, left my order on the counter (box opened-food getting cold). I had my handicapped nephew with me so I had ordered some mash potatoes. I didn't see the person who took my order, so I asked the nasty attitude person (black skirt on) if that was my order laying there because I wanted to get the potatoes to feed nephew. She said didn't know and then call out the other person and told her to come and finish as she said "this person" order. She should have said customer.
3. When I received my order, there were several things wrong. Chicken pieces not correct, missing my side dish and food cold.
4. I didn't leave out of Church's until 7pm (one hour later).
I would not advise anyone to visit this establishment. These individuals need to be properly re-train on how to deal with customers.

Your ghetto store in Columbus ohio on cleveland avenue needs shut down asap ! Your manager is rude! Store is dirty . How has this place remained open for all these years ! I go once a year hoping for change yet it remains a hot ghetto damn mess ! The manager needs to worry more about trying to look cute, and i use this term loosely, in front of customers and making them feel bad and clean up that bed buggy stinking establishment !
customer service/manager/entire staff disrespectful to me and mother in law
Went and got a 14 piece 3 large sides and 6 biscuits... Ended up getting 7 burnt pieces of chicken it looked like they friend it a few times. Went in the next day to get those 7 pieces replaced and everyone there was being disrespectful to me and my mother in law. They were so rude saying we what do you want us to do about and they were also laughing in our face.

My child runs errands for me and her wheelchair bound grandma. We asked her to drive the hour to Churchs Chicken in Calloway Florida. When she got there she called to ask what we wanted. The female on the speaker was rude and had no idea about specials and pricing. So my kid was told to drive to the window. We ordered 14 pc leg and thigh, large mash potatoes with gravy on the side, small poppers, and 3 pc corn on cob. My kid got home without the 3 pc corn on cobs and no receipt be a use their machine went down. One male manager when I called said problem with young workers just playing on cell phones. Then female manager said she put receipt in bag and all of order was there. She said hold on a minute then came back and said she would make it right if we drove the hour one way within 2 days. She may have heard me say that I felt like she was calling me a liar so I should just call corporate. Between my kids grandma and myself we have over 40 years experience in customer service. We would never have acted like the customer was lying. All I wanted was the 3 pc corn on cob we ordered and paid for since the bill 28.84. Only good thing that came out of this was my kid learning to check the bag before leaving and maybe we should shop KFC.
I don't understand what else corporate can do for you since she offered to make you a replacement corn. On another note, I hope you really appreciate your child. I can't imagine being forced to drive for two hours just to get someone chicken.

10/26/17 wife ask for fresh chicken, cashiers rude cook rude as well cook threaten wife an call her an female dog name. Cashiers kids hangout there after school, cashiers on cell phone. Cook not clean or groomed enough, to cook. Chicken overcooked. Cashier very rude to customers. This incident happening in the evening. Bathroom not properly clean, really nasty, floors very greasy an. Different folks hangout in the cooking area not in church, s uniforms.
cold/frozen like chicken tenders
I ordered a #4 which consists of 4 chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, biscuit and a drink; I also ordered a small side of baked macaroni and cheese. The only reason I stopped at this location was because it was on my way home from a long day of work. Once I get home my order seems to be perfect, however, once I bit into the tenders they were really hard as if they were frozen and fried from the outside only. I called store #1439 from which I purchased my food, I nicely explained to them that my order was correct and everything was perfect however my only complaint was that the tenders themselves were hard. The young lady on the phone spoke to her manager and stated the ONLY way I could get a refund or a replacement was if I took the tenders back. I explained to her that I was 20 mins away and I had initially stopped there because it was on my way home from work, and therefore I would not be able to go back today. She then went on stating they couldn't do anything about it. I find this to be very inconvenient and lack of customer service, they acted as if I was trying to get free food after I specifically mentioned the rest of my food was good excluding the tenders. At this point I'm just disappointed, I'm a hard worker who was simply trying to have dinner at the end of my long day at work.

Churchs Chicken Store #1431, the manager on duty on the evening, extremely rude with customers. Manager name is Jessica Hernandez. Screamed at customers and employees. Very bad attitude. Not sure why she is a certified training general manager. She said "No one is above my position, Im it!" We were behind the customers that were insulted, so we simply walked out.

Today is tuesday, october 17, 2017. I went to churchs chicken with two of my friends. We were trying to do a big order. I think the 20 piece meal. Larry sayer was the shift leeader or something. Any way he was adding things to our order. He was not patient with us. We were telling him what we did and did not want. I asked him for my money back and he said with a nasty very nasty attitude and said i will give you your change when i cancel the order. I said i gave you a 100 dollar bill so it should be right there on top. Then he shoved 4 $20 bills and 2 $10 bills in my hand. What kind of people are you employing. I have high blood pressure and anxiety and panic attacks. I went to popeyes. I had a great dinner. I wanted church's. I will not go to churchs chicken no more. Larry sayer is a nasty shift leader or whatever. My head is hurting because my blood pressure is up now. My chest is hurting. I am breathing irregular. My name is ms. Jenkins. [protected].
