never have spicy chicken
Local churchs chicken in a d around my city never have spicey chicken! I'm so tired of it. I walk out when they tell me they dont have any. I only like churchs chicken but everytime I want it, I have to drive around to different locations a d none of them have it. A few managers offered for me to come back the next morning at 9am... Like really?! 🤔😫🙄🤦♀️ this doesnt make a y sense! How are you a chicken establishment with only original chicken? Especially when you used to sell. Spicey chicken all the time and spicey chicken is still on the menus?! I dont get it! I'm so mad!

I went to get some chicken on 11/17/18 and as I pulled to the drive through instead of asking what can I get from you I was greeted by (its go be a twenty minute wait on chicken) so I said OK because I was willing to wait so I sat there waiting on the lady to ask me my order but instead she left her headphones on and I can hear her asking a Co worker about when she was having a baby so then I ask (are you going to take my order or do I have to wait those twenty minutes) her reply was I'm don't have to take nothing because I'm being rude so I said I'm not being rude your customers service skills are rude u didn't even ask what I wanted after greeting me with it a 20min wait on chicken so I pulled around to see what was the problem that when she decided to take my order and told me to pull to the front.. As I pulled to the front all I see is the cook eating corn and her laughing and talking to a coworker and the Mangers look like she was in there and did nothing about the situation.. I just think it was totally unprofessional of them and I won't be going back

I am a transgender employee employed at the Getwell rd location Memphis Tennessee 38111 . I would like to file a complaint against a manager by the bane of "Mark Reed" for discriminating against me . I was called out of my name several times, disrespected in front of customers & called derogatory degrading names & humiliated in front of everybody . From the moment I walk in the door I noticed that the place was not the most cleanly. The three ladies behind the counter were more occupied with arguing about who would leave early than taking care of the growing line. I order a three peace meal and proceeded to wait for my order since I was in a hurry and this was the closes place to my work. When I got to my office I opened my meal. At first I did not notice the little surprise included with my meal as i started by eating the leg. But as I got to the wing I noticed that there were feathers on the chicken peace I was about to eat. Deep friend and everything. I almost vomited. It was disgusting. It made my stomach turn for the rest of the day.

I am writing to complain about your restaurant at 13101 New Halls Ferry Road, here in Florissant, MO. My order was # 1088489. This is my second complaint to Church's about this restaurant with no reply or action since that complaint. I will try to attach the receipt to this writing. At 8:23 pm this evening there were 5 young men working...they were cleaning up and no chicken in the trays for sale. I asked if they were open and was told that they were cleaning to close at 9 pm. I asked for the manager and he came to the front and asked what I wanted...I told him I wanted his name, which angered him, he wanted to know why, but finally gave me his name of Tavon (not sure of the spelling), he then told the other young men that he was going to get a @#%^# complaint by tomorrow. My complaint about this facility is that it depends on who is managing...some managers are business-like and some, like this young man, is not managing. Some of the employees had their earphones on and were singing while 4 people were sitting at tables with frowns on their faces waiting for their orders and cars in line outside. I have been going to this restaurant for well over 2 years and it's only getting worse. Again, this writing is in hopes that this will help you to return to your previous level of excellence. It might be a good idea to make spot unannounced visits to this restaurant. Thanks for your attention.
drive thru service
I ordered the $20 family deal and 6pc poppers on 10/09/18. I had to go back for the poppers because they were left out. I ordered the $20 family deal on 10/14/18, got home without mashed potatoes. I called the store, informed them of the issue. She called then manager to inquire about how to right the situation and informed me that if I returned all the food (in the middle of a snowstorm) they would refund me. This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened.

I contacted Guest Relations 5 days ago regarding an incident at one of their locations. The nature of my complaint warranted the highest rating (1). I was told that a District Manager would contact me. I also registered my complaint using my cell phone while at the location. Needless to say, 5 days later no one has responded - nor do they have a record of the complaint filed online. Based on the lack of response, I feel that they really don't care about consumer issues. To have a Guest Relations department without a closed loop process indicates that they're not very serious and that it's only "window dressing". It's been a complete waste of my time to seek resolution.

I went to churches at 8:30 on 9/29/2018 and they told me that they can't drop me no spicy chicken cause all they had was mild chicken up so I politely asked her can she drop me some spicy chicken cause I only like spicy and they don't close tell 10 and it's 8:30 so she told me it would be 20 minutes so I told her I'll wait so she got a attitude a call me all out my name cuz she gave me sum chicken so hard I couldn't even bite it so I ask her can I just get my money back and she told me she cant give me my money back r no more chicken and gone be funny and hang my chicken on the window and put the bars on the window

This location has always had a problem with customer service. I feel Ike it must be locally owned and not part of the major corporation because it's the ONLY location with such lazy rude employees. Everytime i order spicy chicken they rudely reply that it's going to be a five minute wait and sigh loudly when I don't agree on the original flavor. Everytime i place a family order or ask for dark meat even on a three piece... I'm told I will have to wait 20 minutes. Because of this, I have started trying to call the orders in in advance so I'm not stuck at the window for half an hour lie usual. But I have realized that the ringer here says turned off as I have never had anyone answer the phone. To prove this, I called from inside the location. And informed them that their phone was ringing and it should be answered. An employee angrily told me that they keep the phone off to avoid distractions when they're busy... which they never, im assuming because of how awful and miserable the employees Are. I've nver been to such a miserable working place where the employees show such dreadful attitudes. I've boycotted this location before for up to a year. Every time I try to give this location a chance I end up disappointed and angry its myself! Today I receivers half of my order with no sides. I didn't realize this until I arrived to the park for a picnic with my daughter. I was given no receipt so I'd like to go ack and correct this mistake but will probably have to deal with a rude employee who will deny their actions as they have done before. I wish the owner cared. The food is good but half the time I don't get all that I paid for. I don't think I've ever had a decent experience here. And that says something because I've never complained on any other business.
biscuits
My husband and I went to Church's tonight and we ordered a 10 count chicken strip meal with the 2 sides being okra and French fries, and 4 biscuits came with that combo meal. Also ordered was a 3 piece meal (dark meat) with two sides and one biscuit, as well as the $6 summer meal deal with 3 pieces of chicken, 1 side, apple pie and 1 biscuit. ALL THE BISCUITS WERE BURNT and so hard that a hammer couldn't bust them. The employees had two pans of biscuits made. The pan with the burnt biscuits had approximately 8 biscuits left and the pan with the light, fluffy soft biscuits was full and wasn't being touched. One employee pointed out how dark and burnt the biscuits were but was told by another employee that it was fine and to hand them out mostly through the drive thru so the customers wouldn't be aware of the "issue" until they arrived home. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! And usually this Church's Chicken restaurant has the most friendliest and most helpful employees and I don't know what happened to that set of certain employees, but they were NOT present tonight! The employees tonight need to learn what customer service really is and what it means to provide good customer service. There was an elderly man who wasn't sure of what to order and had this been the other Church's "crew" they would've offered him different things and put together some "options". I'm sorry to say this, but I won't be back to eat here until I am positive the "nice, helpful, crew is there and even then I will probably be a little gun shy so to speak. Unfortunately, we do not know the names of the "good" crew, but know what each and every one of them look like. I almost walked out tonight hungry after the way we were treated after saying somethingThank you for allowing me this opportunity to file a complaint that I know will be addressed. locking up 20 minutes before closing & ignoring customers at the window
We arrived at Church's at 9:40 on the dot. The sign on the door and drive thru window clearly says that the lobby closes at 9:30, but the drive thru is opened until 10p.m. yet they had their front lights out as if they were closed but we pulled in anyways because we still have 20 minutes left and all we wanted was 7 pieces of chicken. How bad is that exactly? We go up to the drive thru and waited patiently for someone to respond to us but nothing happened for 5 minutes. So we decided to pull up to the drive thru window to see what was the problem with the box. Pull up to the window and see all the employees inside cleaning up, and IGNORING us. The first lady that saw us rolled her eyes and proceeded to drink out of a Church's Chicken cup that she made for herself while the other lady proceeded to ignore us and clean and scrub. Now that was completely ride and uncalled for. First off, we still had 20-15 minutes left to place a order before closing. Secondly, if you choose not to serve us, all they had to do was open their mouths and acknowledged us and respectfully say I'm sorry we are closed right now or at least gave an excuse as to why they chose not to serve us. Every time we come to this place, there is a problem with these employees. You guys need to hire a new team AND management.
the services, food, and the wait time
On the 9/7/18 I was a customer of Church's and I was very upset about the timing that I had to wait. My order was mega bites and I was asked to pull up at the door and it would be brought to me. Oder made at 11:21 am and I didn't receive it until 17 minutes later. Just doesn't make any since at all. Need more workers for sure. This is not the first time
Went to Church's again on the 9/8/18 at 6:53 pm. One car in front of me that waited at least 12 minutes. I get to the window and had to wait. Then the worker brought the food to me and calls out What I ordered which was wrong and so I waited again. T he order was horrible. Broken biscuits, cold Okra, and the mashed potatoes didn't have enough water are milk which ever one the company uses. I will not make my presents there anymore. They need to really clean up the place. Just because we do not go inside we can see inside better at the drive through. Just plain old filthy. Sorry for the incidents but the company needs to start hiring people with more training in a restaurant dealing with food.

Haflf of the chicken was cold and dry, and the the rest of the chicken was hot but not done I called Churches to let them know about the chicken that I ordered and I was told to come back the next morning and I would receive my money back from management I get there 1 employee was making biscuits while on her phone and using her fingers to wipe off the excess batter no gloves the manager comes out to speak with me and she is very rude now I'm upset never got my money back went on website to complain still haven't heard anything back my family was so sick from eating this horrible food I'm really thinking about sueing I have a conformation # 06252 Very Unsatisfied Costumer🤨🤨🤨🤨

I visit the Church's Chicken at 6138 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 on 08/02/[protected]@7:13pm to get a 12 piece Chicken meal all white meat only 3 legs with two orders of Mash Potato and gravy 2 order of lager Fries, 2 Coleslaw, 2 large fired Okra with 12 Biscuits and 8 Apple turnovers and 1 gallon sweer tea just to leave and found out there was a Roach inside the food at that point i called the storeask for the manager on duty which it was a female i spoke to that refused to provide her name to me but stated she was the shift manager and she will have her manager call me back but in the meantime she will place my name in the book thats kept in the office so when i come back to Charleston my order can be replaced. Well at this time i still have not heard from her manager and im back in charleston sc until tommrow and will love to have my order replace the correct way.

I called to inform the manager of my sister's hospitalization and both managers that was on duty was very rude and I could not get to tell them the situation. I was trying to secure her job because of this situation but they made it unbearable to even speak with them. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for your store to be ran as such. If I was a paying customer (which I am at times) I am very displeased with the management team. They also called my phone back (private) and continued to be rude and disorderly. This is the Warner Robins, Georgia Watson Blvd. Location. My sister is sick and that wasn't the way to handle the situation let alone any situation. I will not be returning as a customer because of this incident yet I hope she still has her job. This was way beyond what I would have expected from any company and I am very displeased. If any other actions is taken and my sister (Timayah Smith) loses her job, I promise to take legal action.
horrible customer service
I currently live in tampa florida. i visit the location you have on 2219 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33612. my last 3 visits have been horrible each time i go. the first time i went may last year and they took almost an hour to give my food because the staff was playing in the back. the second time i went in march this year with one of my friends, i was told i couldnt receive service because i had on a crop top shirt that showed my belly and that i needed to have on a shirt that didnt show my stomach in order to receive service. yesterday i came on my lunch break around 3;30pm in the drive through i had to order to combos, after each thing i tried to order i was continuosly asked IS THAT ALL. i had to wait 20 min for my food. when i did get my food i was not given my drinks, no spoons, no napkins, and the red fanta drinks were not right, it tasted like seltzer soda. i was given an attitude when i came in to let them know what was missing. i will no longer and do not reccomend anyone to eat at that location ever again i would rather eat popeyes or kfc if i have to deal with that continuosly. especially being that there isnt many churches chicken locations left in tampa because most of them are shut down and i actually love and prefer churches chicken alot especially the corn nuggets and jalopeno bombers. signed a very unhappy customer!
