On July 4 at 12:49 PM I went into restaurant 7309 and ordered a nine piece mix dinner when I ordered my food they didn't have coleslaw they didn't have okra the service was bad no one in their head on A headcap everyone's pants with saggy They did not ring me up for my sweet tea the customer service was bad When I got into my vehicle and went home I realize that they gave me a nine piece dark my biscuits were a little hard I did not travel back to the store because it was so far from my house I just want to refund or something

Church chicken was one of my favorite places to eat in Puerto Rico until i moved to florida. The menu in florida has nothing compared to the one there, with so many latinos here im sure it would be such a huge benefit on both sides. Strawberry Frappez were my favorite and the pechu mexicana. Please consider adding to the menu, they have such an amazing variety. Thank you
old tasting chicken
Ordered a couple of three piece combo meals. The chicken and all the fried foods tasted awful. The appearence was very dark. Looked like it was refried. They informed me that it was a five minute wait for the biscuits. In about three minutes, they gave me my food. When I returned to work, the biscuits were old and stale. Obviously they didnt wait for the fresh cooked biscuits. They gave me some old biscuits. There was a lot of oil in the box. I took a picture of it for reference. Notice how dark and nasty it looks. This Churches Chicken in Panama City FL was once a very good place to eat. I rarely eat there any more because of the numerous instances of bad tasting food and its bad appearence. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. I do not want a refund. And absolutely no more chicken from that store. I would like to see the owner of the Churches Chicken in Milton, FL build a new store in Panama City. His/Her store gives Churches a good name and reputation. The one in Panama City is hurting it.

We went today to have dinner. At the los lunas new mexico... Ordered fish I asked for tarter sauce they didnt have any.. So I asked for lemons and again no lemons. And that was the the owner he had to ask the other worker if they had any... Should he know if they have any. Or make sure they stock for the week... I would have thought he would ask if we could have something else. But no. So I order gravey to dunk it in... But thats nothing well we were there they messed up on about 5 orders. Didnt they make sure the orders are all together...

Up to the window, the employee at the window informed me that they were currently out of both macaroni and green beans. The last time I came to church's they were out of biscuits. The time before that it was bread for a chicken tender sandwich I was ordering. I asked the gentlemen at the window could I have the corporate number. He said that he didn't have it. I told him that there had to be a manager or someone on duty who had access. He told me that he was the manager and he did not have the number and that I should just come back throughout the week to get the number. I asked him for his name and he said, "Uhh... Alfredo" so I'm not even sure that it was actually his name. It took me less that 30 seconds to pull the information requested online. The fact that this store is always out of something is disappointing and concerning. However, the lack of customer service displayed by this gentlemen who portrayed himself as store manager is unacceptable and inexcusable.

The service is horrible at this location I the evening the employee sat inside talking to one another laughing and joke eating tacos in plain view of the customers one girl was on her cellphone one lady looked like she was a manager her uniform was filthy there just very unprofessional the owner of this location need to get new employee who care about the business and providing excellent customer service there's a very nice young black man who works usually earlier in the day he's very nice and has great customer service always greets customer with a smile. The place was filthy, left over food in all the tables flies flying over that food, food under the tables, when I was ready to place the order I noticed the area where the food is place was very dirty. Employes were wearing dirty uniforms with flour powder in it. The floor was also cover by flour. The ladies restroom didn't have toilet paper, when I told one of the female employees, she grabed a bunch of napkins and took it to the restroom. The manager in that place is rude, like she hate her job. I wished I took pictures of that nasty place. One thing is for sure I won't be coming back. Very BAD experience.

0n 06/17/2017 I went through the drive thru at Churchs #1435 and received the worst tasting chicken. It doesn't even seem like Oklahoma City, OK is using the same original recipe for Churchs. The chicken was not golden brown it was dark brown. The skin or the breading was too hard to even chew. it was just plain horrible. I had stopped going to Churchs here in OKC because the chicken just doesn't taste the same. but yesterday put the icing on the cake. The chicken was not fresh. I understand being individually owned but if the Churchs Chicken logo is being used, the Chicken recipe should be Churchs original recipe and not what this Churchs is selling. I also would like my $20.58 refunded.
inaccurate order and rudeness of cashier alice
My order # was 347062
I ordered a family pack of 14 pieces including 6 biscuits and sides. Before leaving the parking lot I checked my order and the biscuits were missing. I went back on the drive thru line and claimed the missing biscuits but the lady on the drive thru cashier named ALICE according with my ticket did not believe me and insisted that she gave the biscuits. I took the whole bag with the items and handed it back to her as she had to check and open my items when I think only my word must be enough. She got upset and acted arrogant, throwing some biscuits in a bag and put them inside the order and did not even say sorry for the mistake . Contrarily, she ALICE acted and made me feel as if I was a pain in the [censor] and asking things for free. She even made fun of my accent and that I mispronounced the word " biscuits". I did not checked my order again before leaving but whem I got home. Ohh Surprise! I got 4 biscuits instead of 6. I went home with an incomplete order even after I went back and claimed my biscuits. Very horrible service and I will never come back to Church's . I will pick another option as KFC or BUSCH'S.

I sent my daughter to the drive through at 4401 Marshall Road St Louis, MO Store#836 Order number 169064 on 6/15/2017 at 6:32 pm she attempted to order 3 legs a french frie jalepeno bombers, jalapeno peppers, and an apple pie. The cashier told her they no longer sell jalapeno bombers. She also paid little to no attention to what was being ordered because the order was all wrong. I called once she got home with my food and my receipt. I asked to speak to a manager. A young lady said she was the manager said her name was April. As the conversation went on I asked her to pull up my receipt which she then gave the phone to the actual manager who's name happens to be April. I explained to April my issue with my order and the receipt and she went to the register and rang the actual items again discovering that my order was rang wrong and asked if I wanted to come back in. I explained to her that it will have to be tomorrow. My point in contacting you is because of the lack of professionalism displayed at this establishment. It's the same stereotypical story. Black neighborhood black people not being professional and not taking their job serious ly. I happen to love Churches chicken I grew up eating it. What I don't like is being over charged and not being treated with the proper respect as a customer. That cashier named Taniesha needs to be reppermanded for her unprofessional behavior and not meeting the needs of the customer and blatantly lying to me when I called to speak with a manager: They were loud in the background and we could hardly hear each other. This establishment and the workers obviously need further training.

My concern is the establishment in Marshall, TX. I am a lifelong patron of Church's Chicken. It really saddens me to see the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I'd stopped going for awhile, attributing the issues were due to the last manager, but I was ever wrong. The food is not of the true Church's quality and wait times are unreasonable. The staff is rude and get obnoxious when you call them on it. My last four visits have been heartbreaking. Being in the food service myself, I realize every day isn't golden; however, customer service should NEVER reflect whatever challenges a business is up against. My first issue was in the drive thru. I ordered a number one combo(med) with macaroni and cheese for the side. I was told there would be a 20 minute wait. Since there were two cars ahead of me I agreed. After 27 minutes, I was still waiting with one car now ahead of me. I got out of my vehicle and went inside and ordered the same thing. I was asked if I was willing to wait 20 minutes. I then informed the cashier I'd already waited 27 minutes in the drive thru and questioned why my side wasn't ready. She stated, " we haven't had a chance to get to yours yet." I requested to speak with a manager and was yet again told 20 minutes. I was not offered another side, courtesy drink or even an apology. The cashier was mouthy and stated to other employees, "these folks think they're at the Hilton." The manager made no remark. I left the lobby and returned to my vehicle. I vacated and didn't purchase my order.(6/5/17) My second incident was also in the drive thru. I purchased an 8 piece leg and thigh along with a pepper pack. I received my order and noticed it was all thighs and my peppers weren't inside. I asked the cashier if I could have equal thighs and legs and not to forget my peppers. She turned around and yelled to another employee, "she's tripping cause ain't no legs in her box. She wants half and half." She then informs me it will be a 12 minute wait on legs. I declined and requested wings instead. I asked the cashier why couldn't I have wings and was told because it was white meat. I wasn't given or offered the opportunity to pay the difference. I motioned for the cashier to return to the window. She opened the window, without acknowledging why I summoned her, and told me to pull around they would bring it out. Once my chicken came out, I inspected my order; however, my thighs were cold. I went back inside brought it to the cashier's attention and she rudely stated, "So I guess you want your money back?" To avoid making a scene, I turned around and walked out. I called the store from my mobile device and asked to speak with a manager. I was put on hold(not muted) and could hear her making a fuss about me being picky. After 10 minutes, I said hello is anybody there? My call was never answered. I drove away angry. (6/8/17). I'd made it up in my mind to never return. Needless to say, I chose to return. On this same date, I returned this time to purchase tea and pies. I went inside and placed my order. The wait was beyond reason and I walked out. The last straw was yesterday(6/10/17). I went to the store to purchase an 8 piece leg and thigh. I had a coupon for $6.99. I made this known to the cashier when I ordered. After 15 minutes, I received my order and it was incorrect. I explained to the cashier that wasn't what I ordered. I repeated my order and she walked away. She appeared to be upset and mumbled, " it's always something". I then stated, " Excuse me? Is there a problem?" She replied, " yeah you." I asked for the manager. A lady(heavy set Caucasian) whom I'd never seen came out and asked if she could help me. I explained to her what happened and told her the staff needs training. I mentioned my last four visits and how bad the experience was. She made no comment, but told me my order would be right out. The cashier comes back and says she needs to see my coupon. I told her I'd given it to her when she rang me up. She started to get argumentative and her co-worker stated, " Just give her the chicken...I saw her with the coupon. Where it is now, I don't know." The cashier hastily starts boxing the chicken and literally slams it down. My order was still incorrect. There were all thighs in the box. The manager did not intervene. My order was not corrected and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was told by the cashier it would be a 10 minute wait. I could clearly see legs on display! Nonetheless, I took my incorrect order and left. I will not be returning.

The drive through person messed up on my order so I asked her to fix me another order which she did! But the manager (female) has a very nasty attitude and a very smart mouth she has a funny way of handling mishaps she clearly don't know What she's doing she told me I couldn't get another drink after my drink feel out of the little window that it was $1.69 "we charge for our cups"and "you made it fall not my worker" I'm glad to say I will not be returning to that store again on E.Jefferson as long as she's managing!

He is very rude. I was there on sunrise blvd the other day when it was raining and he said i quote me and my bae about to go home smoke this loud grab us a bottle because rhis that baby making weather, I bout to be all in his chest yes [censor]. I witness him talking to his co workers any kind of way using profanity stating that his job is secure and he is not going anywhere. He said he has been working there over 2 years and can't no change that no matter what they say because he and the general manager are friends.

I went to church's chicken and placed an order for a 14 piece leg and thigh special and a family okra and i told the cashier i wanted fresh cooked okra the time was 6/4/2017 1:04 pm on my receipt there were about 7 other people in line as well. approximately 15 minutes later and everyone ordered and received there order i asked the cashier were is my order to be asked what did you order sir i made a gesture saying i placed my order before everyone that was in line and your asking me now what did i order 15 minutes later i became a little upset but i told him a 14 piece leg and thigh i made a comment to the cashier that you need to be a little more aware when dealing with the public so as he was preparing my order and they still didnt cook the fresh okra as i mentioned the cook made a comment dealing with black people i became furious to make this complaint against the store as i am a paying customer like everyone else and i deserve respect when im spending my money.
3 piece spicy dinner
At the churches chicken on Rancho Vista blvd in palmdale, last week I went in. I ask for a 3 piece spicey. When ask for the 2 sides I said fries and cole slaw. She said the cole slaw cost. So I figured 50 cents but I should have ask. When I had to pay almost 12 dollars, I ask, did the prices go up. They said no. So not only did they not give me my 2nd side dish that was part of the meal, they charged me 2.00 for about 5 bites of cole slaw. I mean really? Also the chicken is usually good. This time is was not good. It was old and very stringy. So that is my complaint. for sure I am not going to pay 12 dollars again for a small dinner meal.

I am a regular customer at the churches in Chicago store 577 located on lake and Austin. Today i was very Surprised i has a bud in my food big bug. Took food back manager very rude never apologized or anything. I eat here regularly sonim very upset my favorites chicken restaurant. And to be treated bad and rude. I pulled up to the church's chicken on 3171 Moffatt Rd. Mobile, AL. 36607. I pulled up to the Drive thru speaker at approximately 11:04 am. I waited for 8 minutes for someone to answer the speaker, no one did. After waiting for 8 minutes I pulled around to the window and saw the cashier, the cook, and the manager sitting in the lobby with a child eating. No one attempted to answer the speaker or anything they just looked as I drove off.
new menu
With the new menu, you can't get an individual order of 'just chicken' without sides or a drink. All individual orders are now 'combos'. What used to cost $3 or $4 now runs $5 or $6, and I'd just discard the extras. I won't buy stuff I don't want in order to get their product. The local msnager said the new menu has cost them business, but the policy is corporate. They've lost my business.

I was pulling up at the church's chicken in sapulpa and got out of my vehicle and noticed a smell and smoke coming from the dumpsters. I then noticed 3 of the staff coming out acting strangely. I went in and ordered my food. The short blond haired woman seemed to have a smell coming from her. She also looked like she was high. I ordered my food and waited for it. The whole time she was acting like she was out of it. I quickly got my food and left.

Hello I am complaining about the Church's on 1625 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV. The employees have been extremely rude while taking orders and correct me if im wrong, but they close their lobby extra early. By 8pm they lock their doors and don't want to serve anyone else. If they close at 11pm why would you close lobby three hours before? If there is a valid reason make me understand. But all the employees always have an attitude and have a problem when you ask them to make your order a certain way. They have no good customer service whatsoever and i myself work fast food. This company has good food but terrible service and i would love to see that specific location get new staff that will do their job right.
