I have cancelled my ticket in the month of February by calling your Kuwait Support No.1800015 and emailed the same to your help desk. Ticket ID:98703

Talk to the above support number many times and giving false promise saying that money will be crediting back within a few days. But till now not received the refund.

Just I would like to inform you about my issue with Citybookers - Kuwait,
I purchased an online ticket for my wife ( Mrs. Mira Abouhousain ) through their website dated on 22 Junes 2018 with following details :
booking number : CB 2118033 by 1547.86 sr = 123.070 KWD used my Master Card ending by 2019 SABB bank,
Ticket # 0652849041645C2 ( Beirut To Riyadh August 4 to August 15 ) Round trip.

And after I have a got a confirmation from them to cancel it and refund the money
( attached email dated on 12 August 2018 ),
always replying to me that will get the money soon and till now didn't happen anything ( more than 40 days since time of purchasing ).

So could you please help me in this issue and make a push for them to return my money back .

Hi, I booked the ticket from Kuwait to Jeddah with booking ref. CB2159584 on 21 of July 2018, the ticket was confermed and I receved the confermd on my email. When I go in time to the airport the ticket was not booked. I call Citybooker they explaining that due to technical reason. They offered full refund within 7 days and till today I have not received my money.

I have booked in many websites and all of them have refunded me well and good, but these guys are cheaters. I was late to read the review of them in this website. So it is not with me only, with many people have same experience

I Purchased a ticket on Royal Jordanian airlines using Citybookers website,
due to emergency i had to change tickets to earlier dates, after several calls with Citybookers and Royal jordanianfound that the only authority to change the ticket is with citybookers and they are unable to do because their system is not capable of doing this. so i purchased other ticket from ALjazeera and cancelled the tickets with citybookers, they send the cancellation email and said that refund will be in 45 working days. this was on 21st May. since that date i call them and they respond that i will get the money ASAP, this week, before month end and nothing to date.

The above ticket reservation was cancelled in MAY 2018.

I booked the ticket to India with booking ref. CB1362290, the ticket was cancelled and till today I have not received my refund.
Every week they repeat next week and so far no refund. simply everytime I'm calling from Dubai to Kuwait and losing my mobile Currency bills.

This is not acceptable to treat the customer who already faced so many inconveniences with your bad service.

Please review my complaint on urgent basis.

The above ticket reservation was cancelled in MARCH 2018.
We received an email confirming the cancellation and informing us that an amount of 270 KD will be deducted as cancellation fees and the rest will be refunded within 35 days on April 10th, 2018 from someone called Moheb El Nemr from CityBookers Hello team.

Since then no refund was made in spite of calling them more than 15 times and being promised of executing the refund next day, it never happened till today!

before two months ago I booked through the is agency for 4 persons and when my visas was delayed for extraordinary issues, I called the agency to cancel my booking and refund the money and it compromised to refund a part of money and they confirmed it my email " to refund within 7 - 21 days". However. Till date I didn't receive the refund of my canceled tickets and each time I call them the promised me to solve the problem ASAP but with no show fro their side.

I booked the ticket from Kuwait to Kochi with booking ref. CBCB2036909 on 15 of May 2018, the ticket was canceled in few minutes by Citybooker explaining that due to technical reason the ticket cannot be issued. They offered full refund within 7 days and till today I have not received my refund.

I have sent so many reminders requesting refund, but no response from their part.
I am calling customer care personal every week they repeat next week and so far no refund.

This is not acceptable to do this type of business

I booked my & my family flight through citybookers company from Riyadh to Cairo on 06/18/28 and return on 7/25/18 and before the return date I requested to open of tickets for my family (wife and two sons) to return to Riyadh later .. I contact by phone with the company customer service officer & he confirmed that the ticket is now open and the family can use it at any time within one year ... when I want to book this ticket for my family to return to Riyadh on 16/08/18 . I surprised that the employee tells me that the ticket mentioned is not open and there is no possibility to edit ..
The company then procrastinate me that they will contact with the airline (Nas air), although Nas Air repeatedly replied that the tickets were not open. So I lost my right to these tickets and booked tickets for my family on my own account

I am advising everyone not to book throught citybookers. Their service is really bad. I booked one month ago and they called me now before 2 weeks of my flight to cancel the booking while the prices grimped really high. This is unacceptable. And they refuse to pay the price difference. They offer only other date which is not suitanle at all and which has the same price.
I will never ever book with them.

My name is Shaikh Mohammed Azad on 28 June 2018 I purchase the ticket from Citybookers and the total amount is deducted from my bank card, but still, I do not receive my e-ticket or confirmation on my email regarding my flight.

I asked the same issue via email & by phone but I only received the response that CityBookers team is reviewing my request and that they will provide the response but until now nothing happened. They send only Ticket booking no CB2134138., GDS PNR XYVRSB
PL. provide confirmation and e-ticket ASAP including all flight detail required.

The ticket has been cancelled for a technical reason from Citybooker side. The traveler has not been called and only email was sent to him!
Cancellation started on 21-06-2018 and till date I didn't get the full refund back to my account.
Despite of constant follow up, all I get is lies from Citybooker team.
Today I have called the customer service and they have put me on hold for almost 15 minutes without response ! I don't have all the day to wait for them.

Also it is surprising that the refund has not been done automatically ! it is supposed to be done immediately since the mistake was from Citybooker, not from the customer !

Low rating in all websites for Citybooker is justified now. Citybooker has bad services and they are not trusted to customers.

2.within 24 hour you will get reply form finance team.
3.over finance team is under pressure
I register a complain there is no response complain no 110094.
Is there any finance team or not

There is no conformation till know. As per policy with 30 working days I should get my Money back but it almost 4month
And also now I send a email I will not get any conformation.ppm

I have booked a ticket on june 18 from hyderabad to riyadh, and later i came to know these Rascals have just reserved the seat and didn't pay the amount. when i mailed them about this issue, they responed me saying the ticket is confirmed and re-send me the same fake ticket by email. when i said them to cancel the booking and make me refund after deducting the cancellation fee. Worst part these [censored]'s don't even book the ticket and they need cancellation fee. This is the open scam i have ever seen and still no action being taken on them.
We need someone to take a strict action on them. Share this information to all over the world through social media, and save our brother's and sister's from this kind of scam.

I booked a ticket later on they send an email there was a technical error and they will refund my full amount i called them and one of customer service agent requested for Name, IBAN, Account number then in few minutes before i send the the deatils i recieved a screenshort showing some transaction number on my email saying they have refunded to the debit card i used to book with so i dont know how and till date i have not recieved anymoney when i call them they tell me to check with bank card administrator so my question is how could they refund without my account number or name or iban number please my booking reference is CB1972013 i checked with the bank and the transaction i even printed the transaction for the period its now 1& half month am loosing my patience which i have to file a complain to the outhorities
