Hi,

I along with my friends have booked a return flight on citybookers to Armenia for December 2017.
After one month of the booking, the customer service representative calls us and tells us that our booking for the return flight has not come through and is asking us to re schedule for a fee.
The service seems unprofessional and it seems like some sort of fraud to extract money from customers.

I had made the payment with citybookers.com on 2-Nov-17 for the booking number CB1040494 and checked with emirates on the same day - it was available, but now when I tried to access it (on emirates site) - it says the booking is cancelled after 7 days as payment was not received! I checked with emirates customer care as well.

Can you please sort out the issue?

I had done my booking roundtrip ticket last monday nov, 27, 2017 and my flight is dec 2, 2017 to dec 29, 2017... They already deducted from the card I pay 1719aed citybookers send me the booking ticket and receipt but there is no e-ticket for my flight I check a lot of times in philippine airline site my booking details but nothing please give me advise possible for refund my money...

I have purchased a ticket booking number
CB1137437 that I need to cancel however I have tried to call and email citybookers no less than 20 times with no one answering the phone or replying to the many emails I have sent. From the looks of it this website is fraudulent and they scam you and take your money and you can't even get ahold of them to modify or fix anything. If this is a legitimate website that are not scam artist please email me back at [protected]@hotmail.com and help me with my booking. How can you call yourself a legitimate website when no one can get ahold of you once you take the money from our cards?

I had done an online booking via City Bookers .com on 28-11-2017. The amount from my credit card is deducted for the 2 way ticket going from Abudhabi to Mumbai and return. Going on the 18th December and return on 28th december 2017. There was no ticket number so i went to the Air India Office in Abudhabi and they have told me this is just a booking with no ticket number and deadline till 2nd December. We need to issue the ticket. I want to know that when i have paid the amount of KW. 99.04, how is the ticket not issued, Is this site genuine.

last month I use your website to find teckit from Abu Dhabi to AdisABABA. when I do the search there was a prices and the lowest was 705 AED with (Citybookers) . then I booked . they send me the reciete. when I went to the airport there was no ticket . and I miss the air plane
I conatct them they replay after 2 days saying that they couldnt issue the ticket and they did not tell me .

they will say they will give back the money. since 08-11-2017 untill now there nothing paid back . now answering in email also the phone.

I found in twitter a lot of compainting about the same issue .

its fake company
they are using your webiste to take money with no service from people.

the refetnce number that they send me cb 1047092 and the amount is almost 200 dollar.

We booked a flight for Bali DPS for 29th Nov 2017 through Emirates EK360 has been cancelled due to volcanic activity.
As per Emirates we should get a refund for the same.

We are trying to contact city bookers via email but no response yet, also nobody answers the phone, just wasting our money for the same.
for booking another destination we need confirmation from city bookers as our money is stuck with them.

I have booked and paid my tickets on 25th October with full confidence only to find out that after a month I will be receiving a call from CityBookers informing me that Emirates Airlines cancelled my booking thus they are offering me to fly with Philippine airlines instead or they will refund the full amount. How can that be when i got a confirmation from EK that my flight is confirmed but CityBookers cancelled the booking. i will definitely file a formal complaint to the police station with the help of Emirates confirmation if this issue is not resolved within this week. How can you do this to your customers and just leave us with no option less than 3 weeks before my flight when my emirates flight would cost me 4800 AED by now. Please look into this issue or I will have to seek for legal assistance

My booking reference no : CB974428. I booked ticked 08/oct/2017 for my family, but my daughter my was wrong. I informed them change the name. They asked me 10kwd for name change. I paid 10kwd after few minutes they said me they cannot change the name. You can cancelled the ticket, you can get full amount of the ticket bz you already pay the 10kwd, after few days I send email to them, they repaid me it's on processing you will receive the refund with in 15 working days. Then after 20 working days I send to email they didn't reply me, now more than 35 working days . Still I did not receive my cancellation refund. I my personal opinion any one don't book city bookers. It is fraud
They not care the customers complaints.

I booked a ticket on citybookers.com (CB1095082) on 19 November 2017 to travel on 28th Feb 2018 - 8th July 2017, from Dubai to Jakarta (round trip), by SAUDIA ARILINES. I got the payment confirmation and reservation with PNR number for the travel schedule, but No E-Ticket i'm not find it...

When I checked with the SAUDIA Airlines website for confirmation of the ticket with PNR number, they replied that the ticket needed to validate.

"We are unable to find this confirmation number. Please validate your entry and try again or contact us for further information. [protected])"

Please, I am looking forward for an urgent resolution on this matter.

I have just booked a ticket through cityBookers and the money is already deducted from my credit card but there is no ticket sent to my email and when Ito call the number provided it says O dial 9 to speak in English but every is in Arabic and I don't understand Arabic. All O need is the ticket how do I get the ticket . Please I need help urgently the ticket was from Lagos to Dubai.

Last October 24, 2017 I purchased ticket from the citybookers with booking number CB1004949 with route Jeddah to Manila Round trip ticket. However, when I entered it at the Philippine Airline Website the result was always invalid. I contacted the Philippine Airline Help desk and according to them my name was only have the reserved ticket but the ticket is until now not yet paid by the citybookers. I tried to call the citybookers help desk +[protected] for numerous times but no answers, and because I work in saudi now I spend a lot of money just to reload and call again. I hope the citybookers will help me to solve this problem and will send me the reference number for my flight.

I booked a flight on Turkish Airlines via citybookers and have been trying to cancel it since 30th October and requested a refund since the ticket is refundable. I still have no response and every time I email them I get a ticket number. Have tried calling their number and there is no answer. I contacted Turkish Airlines and they said citybookers is solely responsible for modifications and cancellations.
