I called yesterday to change my flight booking was booked on kuwait airways flight by citybookers, he said that there is no flight on that day. I called kuwaitarwaiys, they insist & assured that there are 2 flights on that day. Beirout - Kuwait on 5th /Sep / 2018.

Since that time till know more than 18 hours trying to reach any one from the call center, but no one is answering my calls!

Who will be responsible about the fares if it is getting higher?

I need the customer care manager or call center manager to call me asap.

I booked a ticket via city Booker on 23rd April and the ticket was cancelled due to technical issues their side problem .so since that day until today they are promising to refund but I I didn't got any thing .they keep replying "Hello,

Was first time to make reservation with this company.is about 4 month after payment they cancelled the tickets and still moment isn't returned my money. I call them many times, I wrote also many email. After 10-15minute every time answer me and keep me on phone about 5minute and check and finally to inform me your money will be refunded within 48hours. Wich never been...

I had booked a trip "CB1976330" to Manila on 9th April and it had been few days when I sent them an email asking for e-ticket to be issued and I received the below reply

"Please note that any paid booking under a CB number is 100% confirmed and purely CityBookers' responsibility to deliver this service to you under any cost no matter what if the airline is misleading.However, the e-ticket numbers will be sent to your email as soon as possible after crossing quality and security checks. "

3 days before I sent an email again asking for e-ticket to be sent and today on 7th May I got a call from the citybookers office that they had received the payment late in their bank due to which the booking has been cancelled and they are offering me full refund or I should pay another approx KWD 50 and get confirmed ticket for different flights with more transit time than I booked.

I have been a regular customer of citybookers since last year where I buy tickets for my colleagues, family and friends but they have always disappointed.

It does not make any sense that they have received the payment late in their bank and moreover if that is true whose fault is it? Is it passenger fault who bank was debited on the same day of booking? They have come up with the lame excuse and I am hating them for it. I wish they had a physical office where I could go and break someone's head to understand the lame excuse they have told me.

I asked to provide me with the bank details and I will get it checked if you guys received payment late or on time to which they declined to do that because they are lying.

This is the level they are working on where they lie with the customer.

Terrible and very frustrating experience. They cancelled our booking confirmation due to technical issues and promised to process the refund but no immediate action at all. In addition to that, nobody responds to my emails and nobody from their "24/7 hotline" actually picks up the phone.

I hope you realize how much inconvenience and frustration this gives your customers. You are supposed to help out people and not make them suffer.

People book with you to get away from stress but you're not really helping with that, unfortunately.

I do hope you learn to value people's time and money. Really disappointing.

I booked flights through CityBookers 2 times from cok to kwi on 14st April 2018.

Money was debited instantly and ticket was also issued on both cases one for srilankan airways and other for jet airways.

Booking Number : CB1922832 and CB1952391

Both tickets were cancelled by some technical issue which was the only explanation given and says refund has initiated.
After cancellation of first ticket I had to pay extra money for the second and unfortunately second was also cancelled. I had to pay huge additional amount to take my third ticket. Total I had paid double the amount for the third ticket from the 1st booking.

I even called them many times on their toll free number 18 000 15 but nobody answers.
Last time I spoke to one of their customer care representative and she assured me that my refund is under process and I will receive the money within this week.
Its more than 3 weeks and nothing has happened.

City bookers are playing with peoples money and they are very irresponsible and unprofessional
I am warning people against this CityBookers

I booked my ticket and my family ticket individually and we need to change the travel date of both the tickets but after struggling a lot between City Booker and air line it got changed my ticket and my family ticket is still pending, I am getting response on mail, today made a call from Dubai I lost my mobile balance to for long waiting but got connected to one of the agent, details given to he was telling changes can be made only by airline and he authorised the airline to do as it was done my ticket but when I call emirates air line they are telling communicate with agent, why the agent is not doing please help. I purchased ticket on 17-april-2018 and I got the confirmation mail from citybookers, also they deducted the amount and I got the pnr and booking number. But ticket status on the airline website was showing on hold "pending payment". I tried and tired calling citybookers toll free number also send mails with no response from them at all.
Today I checked the airline website and the reservation cancelled!

More than one month is over refund amount is not yet receive.

Kindly payback at your earliest. have reminded many times for the same through email.

Regarding my ticket last name adjustment which was written the father name in the place of the Last name and I raised the order to be fixed a days ago (You Ticket ID is : (129075) the problem no response so I do not know.. if it can be fixed and the new ticket will be high price every day I get late and need to be in Idia to treat my MOTHER

Bought a ticket for a lot of money, they cancelled it for [censored] reasons,
promised to refund and are becoming a ghost.
It smells like they scammers, liars, cheaters, thieves.
I will get my money, i promise,
somebody named hari prisad signed the cancellation email, probably a phony name because the real cheater is hiding behind the internet, this is weak and cheater type person.
You are left on hold for ever, so you hang up in frustration.
These are tactics of cheaters and thieves. I've read all the other compalints

City bookers, I booked a ticket last 22nd of april from your site which cost of 3884.27 aed booking number cb 2000471 for 2 adults then when I check you debited 4017 aed in my card where its clearly shown the payment that I need to pay. Was only 3884.27 included all the taxes, im trying to call your number + [protected] but you are not picking up the calls I did also send you an email but theres no reply at all. Ive booked a flight online from www.CityBookers.com at the date of 16/2/2018, Then an emergency happened and i had to Delay my flight for a bit so i had to call the Help center in CityBookers and they didn't answer, Actually ive been calling from 21/4/2018 to our day (24/4/2018)And they haven't answered a call, I messaged them via e-mail and they didn't answer the e-mail too and i really need to book the flight so urgent and am trying to reach any help and so far am not getting any help and this is unacceptable and any lost of flights or delays in flights action will be taken.

Hi, i ve recently booked 2 tickets on Air India via city bookers and i received an e-ticket with Booking number CB2001339. But when I contacted Air India they replied that the ticket has been blocked but they dint receive the payment to confirm the ticket. But the transaction has been made already from my account. I finally spoke with the citybooker agent after tried calling them for many hours. he said that he will confirm it within 4 hours. Now its been 2 days and i received nothing. Now if they dint purchase my ticket with in 3 days Air India will cancel it.

I purchased 4 saudiairlines Tickets on 21nd April 2018 and i got the confirmation mail from citybookers that my amount is debited and i got a PNR and booking number, when I actually contact the Airlines website they said the tickets are only booked not purchased by the agent, i tried and tired calling citybookers also send mails no response from them at all.

Good day, I just book a flight via citybookers, but did not receive my eticket and travel insurance details. Kindly inform me what is happening urgently?
Here is the details:Receipt no: [protected]. The amount deducted was 1905, 70SAR. Transaction ID:[protected]. I book a flight from Cape Town to Frankfurt. The money is already deducted and approved by my bank.

I take ticket on 2 week of April first I planned to travel on 20 th coming back on 27 but some issues I can't travel that day so I put my ticket on opmien dated . Today I rebooked the ticket with extra amount 85 kd around 4 pm .Till 10:30 pm I don't get any confirmation contacted through phone after holding more than hrs .And send old ticket copy . informed them it's old ticket then he put on hold more 1 HR .We know these hrs is enough to travel whole Kuwait .After that I sending messages continually after that responds is to pay again 23 kd then only issue the ticket.I clearly mentioned I need refund after asking refund no reply no response .I think they r cheating me
