So, I had to rush out the store due to my anxiety. Not sure how much time passed before I encountered him again. This time I was on foot and he was in his black truck. I was Trying to...

horrible pharmacy staff
The pharmacy staff does not answer the phones, was on hold this morning at 10:00 am for 45 minutes and canceled the call. Tried again this afternoon and have been on hold since 5:30 pm until now 7:00 pm and still have not been able to speak to the pharmacy. I have also gone thru the drive-thru and they ignore you and they ask after they finish talking among...

Muhlenberg Branch - Never answer phone. I have called waited for about 15 minutes, drove in still on hold and when I get to the pharmacy all you hear is 1 pharmacy call. Everyone just ignoring it. I understand everyone is busy but the phone needs to be answered. Then you get to counter and not 1 smile and then to top it off with misinformation.
So I tried perkiomen ave which I walk past everyday.
Worse
Here they actually laughed amongst each other about the situation.
At perkiomen ave I the customer was seen and treated as a hassle. Every pharmacy technician either has a face as if i did something extremely wrong or/and makes it a point to try to make me feel small. Almost like bullying. That's exactly how it felt like. They have the medications I need and they will treat me as they want and I will wait till they are fine and ready to give me them.
Bullying is not cool.
I am currently looking for other options. I can't wait until I find one. Cvs will no longer get me or my families business.
pharmacy tech regina deen & her staff
I have had several scripts filled each & every month. I am disabled & cannot drive, so my husband has to pick up my scripts for me. He usually walks in to p/u my scripts. Several times walking up to the counter the cashier & tech would be in a conversation & never acknowledge him standing at the counter, for several minutes! This has been an ongoing battle...

Read full review of CVSracial violence and harm
The actions of Debbie, Tanya, and samara (PARTICULARLY Tanya) are absolutely unacceptable, racially motivated, and violent. Calling the police on a black woman for having the audacity to express her displeasure with how she was treated and the prejudicial remarks made to her in the drive through is absolutely unethical and if these employees, particularly Tanya (who called the police with no legal justification whatsoever and put a black woman's life at risk, are not reprimanded, I will no longer be supporting CVS as a pharmacy and will move my prescriptions elsewhere, and I will urge everyone I know to do the same. Doing nothing about this flagrant violation of ethics and demonstration of racism would illustrate that CVS condones racial violence perpetrated against black women in particular. Do better.
pharmacy
I was denied my medication today based on a pharmacists prerogative. I have a valid, on time, medically necessary prescription. She stated she would not fill it based on the quantity. Further she said she would contact my doctor but would only fill it if my doctor has a plan in place to wean me from my( medically necessary) medication. She said it was up to the individual pharmacist to decide whether to fill it. I have been getting the same quantity for years from this same pharmacy. If I don't get my meds, i could potentially die, or otherwise be detrimentally harmed. This is unethical and wrong. I will also be filing a complaint with the Board of pharmacists and ADA, as I am disabled. The pharmacist's name is Rola Mseeh. I picked up my prescription and took it to a different pharmacy. This whole experience was uncalled for. I will not patronize CVS ever again, and I did a lot of spending there. Patients needs should come before pharmacist's opinions! I truly hope you address this!

employee unethical behaviour
By now I am sure you are well aware of the injustice that Kendriana Washington experienced at your 10175 store location yesterday by Debbie and Tanya. Their complete dismissal of any customer service etiquette (to say the least) was 100% unacceptable! No one should have to justify their right to be treated like a human being, and certainly not when wanting to simply collect their medication. The way they spoke to Ms. Washington and further treating her like a criminal/suspect was not something anyone should experience in general, but certainly not in an establishment such as yours. A public apology to Kendriana is the very least that should be done. The behaviour exhibited towards her by your employees causes trauma to not only Kendriana, but to other people of colour (ESPECIALLY Black Women) who already face daily-HOURLY discrimination. Having to navigate unethical and violent behaviour that taunts one's very existence is TRAUMATIC! It is IMPERATIVE that your company (and its employees) understands that this is a shared traumatic experience, because Black People are constantly dealing with the threat of White people's hurt feelings and the lengths White people in the most basic position of 'authority' will go to to humiliate and teach them a lesson; which consequently resulted in abusive behaviour demonstrated by your employees. To go as far as calling the police was malignant and irresponsible considering the history - as well as the current state - of policing Black People in your country entails. It is evident that Debbie and Tanya are detrimental to your business and a danger to your Black customers. They should be fired from your establishment as a response to your proving no tolerance of this type of behaviour. They were deliberate in their violent attitudes and actions towards Kendriana. Samira needs customer training 101 as she is not a model employee either. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and no matter the establishment, the business' relationship with its customer IS the business! Black people deserve to be treated fairly! Make sure you make this clear to Kendriana Washington, to your customers and to the rest of the world that is watching.

racism amongst employees
At store 10175 there was a black woman going to get her prescriptions. When the cash register wouldn't work, a (white) employee assumed she didn't have enough money. The woman was offended and told the employee that was offensive and racist, because the employee surely certainly assumed that because she was black. The customer said she can prove she has enough money by going to an ATM machine and took her money out in cash and went back.
The employee tried to excuse her behavior and came up with all the ways she wasn't racist, even though it had nothing to do with the situation and didn't apologize for her behavior. The customer said she just wanted to pay for her medication and leave, but the employee instead called the (white) manager. The manager came and tried to apologize but the customer didn't wanna hear but would just make a complaint later so she can pay for her prescriptions and get home.
The manager at this point decided to call the cops because the customer refuses to accept her apology and doesn't take back that what the employee said was offensive. She hasn't threatened them, said anything hateful or anyway been violent, she just didn't want to hear their apologies or excuse the employee's behavior. I don't know what happened there after, but I know the woman got home very shook and scared.
This is under all critique. Since both the employee and manager are white, they could have done very serious damage to her by calling the cops. They know the police will listen to them because they are white and favor them before black people. The US cops are violent to black people and it could have ended with her being beaten, threatened or even sent to jail. They were simply calling because their feelings were hurt and they couldn't take that a black woman demanded to be treated like any other customer.
You should give the employees serious consequences and look over how this behavior shows up in your stores and company because it really can't have been an isolated case. This behavior among white people isn't unusual and surely takes place on other levels as well.
I'm hoping you are taking action.
pharmacy is not well managed and they filled my wifes xanax in my name and we had to tell the pharmacy to get a refill.
When we went to get the refill, my wife told them that they incorrectly filled her Rx from Dr. Rynning who is her doctor and not mine in my name. They said that was impossible. Then after they did research, they told my wife that they fixed it in their system. A controlled Substance being distributed to the incorrect patient is a major mistake. They also...

At store #10175, a white worker named Debbie made a racist assumption about a black customer, who called her out. She called the manager Tanya, who resorted to calling the police because the black woman customer didn't accept an apology. Black people don't have to accept apologies for racism or pander to white fragility. Calling the police over this matter could have cost this woman her life. I'm writing to demand these employees be fired for their racist actions and violence towards this black woman. Calling the police is SERIOUS because a police encounter with a black person often ends with violence or death due to police racist brutality. It's not something you do when white feelings are hurt. This woman does not deserve violence for not accepting an apology. Hold this store and employees accountable.
racist employees
"Tanya, " in the Pharmacy, racially profiled and called the police on a black woman for simply disagreeing with her. The entire encounter was streamed live and there was absolutely NO reason for her to call the cops in this situation. Her safety wasn't being threatened. No yelling. No threats. Just a black woman wanting the service she deserves. And when...

When you go in there to question them why they don't pick the phone up they get very rude and said we have other customers to wait out in the store while you should wait on one customer in the store and one on the telephone their drive-through service isn't working for a company that large I would think this store would have a better pharmacy and adequate help

For a long time i enjoyed the sales and coupons at CVS, and it became our go to pharmacy. Now all of a sudden, they have these fake sales, that are not really sales at all, just shuffling prices for the suckers. And of course if there is an item on sale, you cannot use coupons at all. Look at all the items lately with all the yellow stickers on them. All fake sales. My favorite is for bandages I need; i need to spend $30 on three boxes and them get a $3 rebate. WOW- so much better than a real 32% off the price of each box! Almost every item that people commonly use is now on the yellow tag fake sale. Enough of this BS. Im moving my pharmacy to Walmart!
