Pharmacy 2320 cunningham dr. Speedway, IN 46224
12/5/22 - 12:30 told script would be ready in 15 min. could not wait , would return after an appt to pickup
12/5/22 - 4:10 sat in line at drive thru , then given wrong script.
12/5/22 - 4:40 had to go into store to get correct script, get refunded for wrong
script.
Have tried to pickup the day before, closed for lunch (1:30-2pm) it was after 2pm and still not opened.
This is just one of the many problems you have in this store. you closed down many stores and now deliver horrible service to customers who still come into store. Why not hire more employees from closed stores into this one especially.
Desired outcome: Better help and hire more employees!
Prescription refill
Refusal to fill RX called in by physician unlesss all my prescriptions were on file with them. We are dealing with two different doctors here. Funny thing it was filled last month and never was this mentioned to me then or I could’ve handled this before my refill was due this month. I had the pharmacist Amit at Walmart standing by waiting for the phone call from the pharmacist Jackie at CVS to give them a list but she told me it would take her 7 to 10 days to get them from him and would not make the call despite me just leaving Walmart and talking with him directly - this is the CVS in Englewood Florida / seniors should not get the runaround trying to fill a medication.
Jackie, the pharmacist at CVS told me to have my doctor call all my medication’s into them. Then they will fill my other prescription which comes from another doctor at my pain management clinic. Aggrivating to say the least
Ceia Brock [protected]
Desired outcome: My prescription filled which was legally called in by my physician
One should be able to fill their prescriptions where ever they choose. Cvs should not be dictating they won’t fill prescriptions unless ALL of one’s prescriptions are at cvs! Cvs pharmacists seem to have an over inflated ego! They’re making decisions that are unethical in many cases and just trying to show the power they hold by refusing to fill prescriptions for such stupid reasons
Customer service and unfulfilled prescription
I called cvs on on 11/23/22 and was told because my medication was a controlled med they have the prescription but will fill it on the day the order runs out. I called yesterday 12/1/22 and the customer service representative was so rude and told me she did not have prescription and hung up. Now I am without my med, because of holiday my doctor is out of town. But my doctor sent the prescription cvs won’t fill it , I’m assuming because they think I’m a drug addict.
Desired outcome: I want my med refilled and customer service representatives to not be rude and judgmental they are health care professionals
This happens at the CVS we go to as well!
Pharmacy
For the past year each time I filled a prescription, the pharmacist rather did not know how or just did not bother to put it through my insurance in a proper way. You have caused me a great deal of stress and out of pocket money I should not have had to pay. I’m 77 years of age and have never had such a terrible experience with a drug store. Shame on you for having a system that is truly broken. I will discourage any one I can from using CVS. I will be using another pharmacy from now on.
Kathleen Bly
Desired outcome: An apology.
Pharmacy
I’ve used the cvs. Pharmacy in Odessa, Tx at 4101 East 42nd street for years, but I won’t ever go there again. Service is absolutely terrible. No one will answer the phone, the automated phone system is broken, prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner, if at all. I receive text messages saying my prescription is ready yet when I go to pick it up I’m told it’s not ready and to come back later! What a poorly managed company! But, I don’t have to worry about it any more-I’ve change my pharmacy to H‑E‑B!
Desired outcome: I will smile when your sorry company goes under!
Yes, i had that same problem with that stupid automated system. I was at the pharmacy, and complained about it they told me to get out and never come back. I could not believe it!
Store conditions
I have been attending my local cvs for the past 5 years since relocating to the area. For the past year, this particular cvs has become very dirty and cluttered. I believe that for the past month or so they have been renovating but yesterday I went in, outside of the pharmacy and 2 others there working, no one else was. Yet there was an abundance of boxe...

I went to pick them up 2 hours later. The meds were not ready, the pharmacist was nasty and walked away from me. I asked to speak with the manager who I was told was not there. The pharmacist would not give me her name. Your pharmacy is awful. The staff is nasty and incompetent, The store is on 73Ave Bayside.. Typically , is awful. Pharmacist Jessica W. called me to tell me I needed a preauthorization for my medication. God be the Glory for reading this
I called CVS in Ocean, NJ three times yesterday (11/28/2022), I wanted to be the first caller, and was on hold for 5 minutes or more then I hung up about 9:22am (EST). I called today (11/29/2022) and they hung up on me and that's ONE reason why I'm writing you today
I got a call from my doctor's (11/28/2022), around 2:30pm (EST) saying that they have sent into CVS in Ocean, NJ, a prescription for my FREESTYLE 2 READER
I had to put on a new sensor on 11/27/2022 I waited until 11/28/2022 to put it on My old reader, LIBRE 14 DAY, would not accept the LIBRE 2 I then thought about how am I going to get a reading of my Blood Count without a reader (I used my readers I received from another pharmacy)
Now, Here's my Problem
1) I call my Doctor office on 11/28/2022 and they assure me that when they sent the prescription over to CVS, Ocean, NJ, in October 2022, that it said FREESTLE LIBRE 14 DAY
2) I received two (2) emails from CVS:
The first email at 11:43am, 11/28/2022, read Fedora, Your RX for F is too soon until Jan 01. Will text when it is ready
The second email at 3:58pm, 11/28/2022, read Fedora, RX, F is ready for pickup at CVS Pharmacy 911 Highway 35, Ocean
I had my son to get the prescription for me, because he has my car. It was after 8:30pm (EST) when he picked up the prescription
3) On the outside package of the slip, the pharmacy scanned FREESTYLE LIBRE 2 READER Rx number but inside was my ONE TOUCH Verio Test Strips
4) The label on the test strips says Date Filled 11/9/2022 when on the phone, on 12/13/2022, the pharmacist said it was due for refill on 1/5/2023 It was picked up on 11/28/2022
5) Where's my FREESTYLE LIBRE 2 READER
My health provider said it (FREESTYLE LIBER 2 READER) was going to cost $0
Can you help me
Fedora McLawhorn
email: [protected]@msn.com
I couldn't provide for you to see the receipt, the slip and the ONE TOUCH TEST STRIP label because my computer only saves in pdf file format
Desired outcome: To get me my freestyle libre 2 reader
not offered medication copay card at time of purchase
I picked up Motegrity 11/17/2022 at the Tiburon, CA CVS pharmacy and paid $200 copay with my insurance. My doctor told me today that the pharmacy should offer the medication copayment card. I signed up for the medication copayment card today and was told they are not able to retroactively pay me back for a purchase last week. I am requesting a refund of the difference between the copay card amount I would have paid and the $200 I paid. Thank you.
Desired outcome: Please refund
prescription refill
A little over a month ago I called to refill my One Touch Delica lancets. I was told that the store 0431 woulc contact the doctor's office for a renewal script. I was also told that the item was on back order and would be filled when they received a new supply. I called over a week ago to check on other prescription I needed. I was told that the others were ready and that my lancets would be filled by the end of the dy on Monday. I waited until Tuesday to pick up my items. When I got to the drive in window the person told me that the other 2 prescription were ready but I had to wait for someone to come talk to me. A person named Barbara apperared at the windo and told me that the order could not be release because the prescription did not have a diagnosis. I can't believe that the store had the script for a month and did not notice the diagnosis code was missing until the day I was to pick it up. HELP! I need the lancets.
CVS change company prescription deliveries
This store #5379 in Advance, NC pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. I am eighty years old and Medicare forced me to use this pharmacy. I had Walgreens before and was very happy. Because of my advanced age, I signed up for auto refill (in case I forgot to order) when needed and asked for home delivery. I pay for this service every month.
I received an auto order delivery this week, and Duloxitine was not in the order. I ordered it immediately because I was out. I was informed by a pharmacy text that I would have to pick it up. This is a drug that cannot be stopped quickly because of withdrawal symptoms. I am in my fourth day of feeling nauseous and dizzy because I cannot dirve 12 miles to pick it up. Calls to the store do nor work because of the layers of numbers you have to go through and you still cannot get to the pharmacy. I am going to file a complaint against this store and if anything should happen to me, CVS will be responsible.
Desired outcome: I want my account straightened out with the auto fill orders and deliveries.. I receive too many of some drugs and not enough of others.
Pharmacy
store #1822, robertsdale, al 36567. decline in pharmacy service. rude staff. long waits for prescriptions even when told just came from hospital, answer we may not even get to it today. trying to get us to take prescription that is filled even though we told them we do not want it. they said numerous times its free, which our prescriptions are. assistance from pharmacist is under their duress.
Desired outcome: long time customer from florida now in alabama. whole family of seven changing pharmacy to walgreens. i have been a carepass customer since you offered it. understand the staff is short staffed but no excuse for rudness.
Service
This complaint is regarding store number 1927 district 2! The reason I know this information is because I am a former employee.
This complaint is regarding the pharmacy. I have been there numerous times in the past five weeks. I have picked up 22 prescriptions. I get told the prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. I sit in the parking lot after 25 minutes. I’ll go to the drive-thru. It’s not ready, then I get told I have to wait another 20 minutes. that was one instance another time recently I picked up prescriptions one bottle didn’t have a label on it at all, and the other bottle the label was crooked. Not only was it not done properly by the tech, BUT the pharmacist let it go through that way!I have been there when there has been 3 techs and a pharmacist, of course, and out of the clear blue sky they close the drive-through. It was not lunchtime either for them! I said, why are you closing the drive-through their response was we’re busy we can do that! I don’t know what has happened to this pharmacy in the past 2 1/2 years but they have gone downhill and their customer service is terrible. I am not the only one that feels this way I have a lot of friends that go to CVS and they all said one more thing happens they are pulling our Scripts out. Also, one of the issues they always have is problem with split billing something! A friend of mine has TRICARE and she is forced to come to CVS because of the contract with TRICARE. She tells him each time make sure you split bill it. Each time they have to redo it and she has to wait another 20 minutes or so sometimes longer because like I said the texts are not trained properly. This used to be a training store….what happened? The customer service and the professionalism has gone downhill extremely. I hope these problems can be corrected soon because I would really hate to pull all of my Scripts out!
Also, I have repeatly told them I do not want to be on ready fill, and I have specified numerous times non childproof caps! How many times do they have to be told? Also, when there are waiters in the yellow basket, the pharmacist needs to check them first.
Desired outcome: Train!!
Combative/severely rude employee
My family and I (my mother, stepfather and my 4-year-old toddler) visited the CVS Pharmacy store#4542 at 3481 Georgia Hwy 20, Conyers GA at approximately 6:48 PM on Tuesday November 22, 2022, and was assisted by cashier; Sandra at REG #02, TRN#4918, Cashier#1931870. My mother who is a caregiver for my 89-year-old grandmother was purchasing some over the counter CVS products when cashier Sandra was very rude, disrespectful, verbally abusive and VERY combative. My mother was asking the cashier a question in regard to the pricing of some of the items being purchased, as cashier Sandra attempted to explain the pricing to my mother (the cashier) was very condescending in her tone as she was attempting to explain the pricing breakdown. The cashier literally was speaking to my mother as if she was speaking to a mentally challenged person or to a person with a learning disability. When I (the daughter of my mother) intervened to ask the cashier why she feels the need to speak to my mother in such a condescending tone, she (the cashier) became very aggressive, rude, combative and very hostile. Also, the cashier wouldn't allow you to talk or explain anything, she kept over talking, interrupting and getting louder with other customers present. I immediately informed the cashier that I will file a complaint with the corporate office. The cashier used profanity in front of the entire store with my 4-year-old toddler present, saying that she didn't give a [censored] and her name is Sandra. I immediately pulled out my mobile phone and took a picture of her. This employee doesn't need to work in a public setting with customer interaction. She clearly lacks interpersonal skills and also lacks customer service skills. This employee needs to be reprimanded and or terminated. She makes CVS looks very bad and unprofessional. This cashier lacks empathy and basic customer service skills. It's very sad that she is working the frontline of CVS because she is giving CVS a very bad image to the public.
Desired outcome: Retrain the employee. The employee needs coaching/mentoring, customer service skills training and or to be reprimanded whether it includes being written up, suspended and or terminated.
Unfortunately I can’t say I’m surprised. It’s been literally years since CVS was my preferred pharmacy. I go there only if I have to.
Help?
I hate to complain but this is actually rather serious. I have never had a problem with cvs before in my life, but the one in Naples Florida on Vanderbilt Road really needs some help or something. I have cancer, and I have surgery coming up. On top of that I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet that is on a level that makes me pray to die. I have...
Read full review of CVSPharmacy extremely slow for an urgently needed inhaler
I’m out of town for the holidays and my Dr. Sent in an urgent prescription for my inhaler because I was wheezing and having difficulty breathing. It was sent to the only CVS in Big Bear. The prescription was sent in at 11am. I called at 12pm to ask when it would be ready and they claimed that they didn’t receive it. My Dr called at 2:30 to ask why my prescription had not been filled as it is an urgent medication. The pharmacist told my doctor it would be ready in 30 minutes. I called at 3:30 to find out if it was ready yet and was told it would be another 2 hours. I went to the pharmacy at 5:30 and the girl laughed and said it would be another 30-45 minute wait. only after my husband went in at 6pm and caused a scene did they even begin to fill my prescription. I will never return to or recommend this CVS to anyone and my family will be transferring all of their prescriptions to Walgreens now.
Desired outcome: The pain, suffering, and respiratory damage this has already caused cannot be repaired. Hire better staff that does not laugh at and get off on causing others to suffer.
Fifth in CVS Pharmacy Main Street. Newington CT
Fifth in CVS I can not believe the fifth at my local CVS Main Street Newington CT standing at the pharmacy looked at product stand it was covered in dirt. Not what you expect at a pharmacy especially at a CVS. I had mentioned it once before but nothing was done. Have a CVS Rep go in and see definitely a health problem. Had to report to CVS it was either that or HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Hopefully you can do something.
Desired outcome: Clean! Please get back to me
Pharmacy won't pick up the phone, drive through closed, prescriptions not filled promptly
CVS Pharmacy #6325 East Nelson St Lexington VA
I have been with this pharmacy for over 20 years. I am now leaving. I can only imagine the thousands of dollars my insurance company has paid over the years in addition to the co-pays.
Over the past 12 months this pharmacy has drastically deteriorated. Today my patience ran out. I have been unable to rest properly the last few nights due to a severe bronchial infection. My physician sent over several requests for prescriptions this morning, one including a medication to help the coughing and help me rest.
It is now 4:41 pm and only 2 of the prescriptions have been filled, with the cough medication "In progress" and the pharmacy again, won't pick up the phone. I've been on hold 25 minutes to find out what the issue is. I have to drive 25 minutes into town and this pharmacy closes at 6pm now due to "staffing issues"
Desired outcome: The only way I would possibly consider staying with this CVS pharmacy is if the former service provided is restored: 1) drive through re-opens and is staffed with prior hours 2) pharmacy picks up the phone 3) prescriptions filled promptly

I live in New Hampshire and ALWAYS have an issue when I go to CVS! Not to mention they’re usually rude, act like your imposing and an inconvenience to them. They want to do as little as possible for the customers. I go there is a little as possible!
