This cvs is located on 488 route 17m, Monroe,NY. It is a very busy pharmacy. But I frequently go there to pick up medications and the line waiting to pick up is ridiculously long. They need additional help. OR a different system. If I could choose a different pharmacy I would.
this most recent time was today at about 2:15pm. Several people ahead of me had problems and held up the whole line.
Desired outcome: Hire more help for the pick up line and since this is a busy place, get an additional pharmacist

my complaint is your .com experience. your firm has the most ridiculous sign in page. get rid of the date of birth garbage. none of your business. then when i save everything or exit out, it takes my birthdate as part of my password. I have reset my password at least 20 times this year and it's because of that dob question, there is no reason for your .com to ask for date of birth; i am shopping online for your products not scripts. my account is linked to my email, address and phone; why that 3rd entry of dob; get rid of it or i'll just stop using CVS I don't know of any other retailer that asks for dob

Unreimbursed fund taken from my PNC Bank account 10/1/2022 after not getting a defective phone card at a CVS store in NJ.
Case # S7162814 filed 10/17/22. A phone card purchased 10/1/22 in Cherry Hill, NJ from the CVS Pharmacy in Kingshighway & Chapel Ave. scanned with error with a ZERO value by the clerk. Already paid using my debit card, the clerk refused to issue a replacement card but signed the receipt along with her team lead with a note 'did not receive card' and told me the transaction is on hold. The next business day I asked the bank to withhold payment for $26.66 to CVS along with a letter to CVS contesting the charge but 3 days later found the deduction from my account! I called 1-800-SHOP-CVS and was given a case number & told to call back in 3 days. Three days later I was told I only filed 10/17! All the while the CVS store manager did not act on it until I filed a complaint. What gives? Isn't this thief turned around? Money was taken from my account outright with no good exchanged for it!

I receive a 7 day supply of oxycodone every week from my doctor. The pharmacy makes me wait until the eighth day to pick up my prescription the doctor sent in the day before. It usually doesn't matter, but for example I have a doctors appt at 8 that morning I have no medicine until I am finished with my doctor. It is cruel to make me wait till my pain is excruciating to get my refill approximately 12 hrs for a medicine I need.

I am considering moving ALL of my wife's prescriptions because this store is under staffed. I do not blame the 1 Pharmacist that you have, he works very hard all day every day. I blame the corporate staff who will not get the personnel necessary to operate this site. Every time I go in, there are long lines. I try to call and it takes over a half hour wait just to speak with someone. Again, it is not the Pharmacist fault, he stays busy, he just doesn't have the time to do all that is required of him. I will also add, closed on weekends, because of no staff. These are ALL problems that if not corrected, I will be moving to somewhere else and it won't be CVS. Other stores can be staffed and open on weekends and you should to. I am not the only one in the area who is getting fed up with this. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Twenty yrs i've gave cvs pharmacys my business twenty yrs and I didn't have to there's numerous places to go but I liked cvs and for 20 yrs cvs was were I went when it came down. To that kinda stuff cvs was my go to. Not one bad things to say. Now today... I'm never never ever even if ur the only one. Will I come back to one. Long story short I drop off a script around 2 pm said give a hr... Well I have nothing to do in town so I go home and at 515 I tried to call see if they was ready so I didn't make a trip for nothing wait wait wait wait for over 20 mins on hold for pharmacy now only 25:mins to close so I call back fight with automated system to get a real person which I did told the lady my business and got a response when there busy they don't answer phones so ok I leave go to store hmm get there just few cars probly workers cars and me hmm so women that was standing right near another women doing whatever walks over to window can I help u yes here to pick up my script followed with did everyone just clear out been on hold forever trying to see if my script was done then call up front see what was going on she said I was so busy couldn't answer phone. CVS has been texting me for weeks to get the flu/booster shot. I finally scheduled to get the booster shot. When I arrived at the CVS store, I did check in by text according to the directions I had received before my appointment. There was a line, so I sat down once the line was finished. I procedures to the pharmacy counter. First, I was told I had to have an appointment, which I said that I had. Then I was told I could come back tomorrow without any reason why. I find this very inappropriate. I have worked in the health field for over 20 years and couldn't turn away patients. Why should CVS turn patients away when the appointment was scheduled?

I am very upset. I just went to the Southbury CT CVS drive up window. I told the young girl with long straight hair that came to the window 11/10/22 around 7pm that my husband had deceased and I was dropping off his old medicine. She said wait a minute and came back and said we don't take it. I said I know its not your fault but I was told that that not all cvs locations take it but that yours did and I drove all the way from Brookfield because of that. I said I even thought it might be on the website. I asked if she could check with a manager. She said well I just asked my manager and she said no. Then she said no one told you that. Of course this upset me. Now she was insinuating that I was making it up. So I said don't you tell me that young lady, I certainly was told that your location takes back old medicine. The manager then appeared and said to leave the property now and shut a black curtain. I am so shocked at this rude behavior. I had researched this a couple of months ago and had finally gathered all of the medicine together to drop it off. Maybe it was the Brookfield store that told me Southbury takes it. I know I looked at a website and had made a couple of phone calls at the time. In any case they could have said Im sorry for your loss and Im sorry thats our policy Im sorry you were given incorrect info and that would be it. This behavior was outrageous.
Desired outcome: The pharmacy worker and manager need to be trained on customer service.
