Be aware of cvs store #6238. It has been atleast two they have gave me the wrong medicine. The first time the name matched my father inlaw but when I took a second look at home the address was different. I was given someone else medicine. I took it back the reps didnt think it wsas no big deal no apology given. Wow?

My husband the second time picked up my sons medicine and was given someone else. Most of the time they do not know what is going on. They are very disorganized.

After about two years I decide to go back nothing has changed cs is rude, disorganized. I waist to much time being told my medicine will be ready and when I go I get tols atlesat two more times to come back. I waited in drive thru for 30 minuted so they could tell me no they dont have the prescription, and will not be able to fill any time soon.

IM am an American Soldier of the California Army National Guard, I have a complaint to make about my employer or my "new boss" he does not have no kind of respect for us I fear every time I have to ask for a milatary leave, because every time i come back he cuts my hours in half from 40 to 20 or less., for ex.. this week he only gave me 20 hrs, i just came back from maternaty leave im in need for working more, then when i ask him to grant me a weekend to atend my week end drill I come to find out he cut my hrs again to 20 hrs a week. I really think Im a hard working person thats how come I got promoted in the milatary twice in less than a year in a half, I work hard at every thing I do, I feel that when I go to work all that all the soldiers do is a waste of time because lots of employers dont even thank us for their freedom.

Wow, I am sooooo... sorry you have to deal with this. I am just a legal permanent resident of this great country and just wanted to let you know that I DO appreciate EVERYTHING you do and have done for this country. CVS is just as bad as it gets to work for. I am just part time and let me tell you, if somebody like you would for at my store I would scream bloody murder to Rhode Island. Once agin, sorry to hear about your problem. Enjoy your Baby.

My husband is in the military so my first suggestion to you is to complain to your boss and tell him/her that it is the law that you be given leave from work to attend these weekend trainings and such and that you need the hours. If it continues go to your chain of command. Nothing scares a civilian more that getting a phone call from a high ranking officer about an employee. I hope this helps and I'm so sorry you have to work for someone who seems to discriminate against people who are willing to lay down their lives for their country. Good luck!

I love the soldiers (if you can even call youself that) that think everyone needs to thank them for being in the military. First off the nation guard is for losers who cant cut it in the real military or wont commit to it and secondly, your getting paid to do it and thats probably the only reason you do it. If ### got changed and you werent getting paid, you wouldnt be there. You personally had nothing to do with the freedoms we enjoy today, that was accomplished by soldiers of wars past.

As for CVS, i side with them because legally they have to let you leave and return, and im sure it a pain in the ### for the company to deal with soldeirs leaving and returning all the time. Plus now you have a kid and its well know that mothers are always taking time off to take care of their kids ailments. Basically they are stuck with you cause they cant fire you for these reasons (in many states anyways).

If you were serious about either "career" (and i use the word loosely) you would choose one over the other and do that full time. Otherwise if you cant be make a serious choice, then dont expect an employer to take you very seriously.

Shank...are you freaking kidding me with your post? Who the hell do you think is at ground zero when natural disasters occur? The National Guard! Who are the SOLDIERS who will and have defended us on our homefronts during times of crisis? The National Guard! You do also realize that the members of the Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard are all paid as well right? This poster has a job, is a member of our Armed Forces and is raising a child and you have the audacity to treat her as if she is a second class citizen. Get over yourself!

I ordered my prescription medication for pick-up over the phone. They said it would be ready in one hour. I waited longer than the time they told me to pick it up in case they needed a few more minutes. When I got there, the pharmacy had me wait 30 minuts longer! I patiently waited. When I finally went up to the counter to pay for my prescription, I explained to them that I didn't have insurance but I had a coupon from their website that stated I can pay $9.99 for my prescription for 90 days. The pharmicist wasn't familiar with the coupon but tried to help me anyway. As she was helping me, from a different location than where she'd been originally, the line that she was cashiering (the prescription pick up) was growing longer and longer. She briefly asked another pharmacist behind her to help process my transaction while she tended to her growing line. She tried to give her my medication in the midst of asking her to help me, I briefly saw my medication exchange from one person's hand to the other, then disappear.Well, that pharmicist was extremely busy but didn't feel the need to tell me this and proceeded to help another customer instead. All the while I'm standing there for 15 minutes wondering when someone was going to come back to me and help me. Finally another pharmicist who'd just came in on her shift asked me if I'd been helped as she saw me standing there looking confused, I explained to her what I needed and she told me to stand in yet another line, which was the prescription drop off line, as that pharmacist would be able to better assist me there. She mildly scolded the original pharmicist to give me better customer service to actually tell me what to do. When I got to the front of the drop off line, that pharmicist told me to go back to the original pharmicist who'd helped me in the beginning because she couldn't find my prescription. When I got back to the front of the customer pick up line, she'd forgotten that I wanted to use my coupon and at this point, being exhausted from being bounced from place to place, so did I; I had to pay full price and left, confused, exhausted and frustrated. That had to be the worst customer service I'd ever experienced. I will never to back to that CVS again. I am in the process of transferring my prescription to another CVS.

I purchased a Verizon "pay by use" phone and the CVS clerk recommended I purchase phone minutes for it so I puchased a $50 phone card. As this was a present for my 80 year old uncle, when I returned home and read the instructions, I felt this phone would be to complicated for him to use, so the same day I returned the phone but was told the $50 phone card I purchased with it was not refundable or exchangeable. I was not told that by the cashier clerk at the time of purchase. I strongly feel that the cashier clerk should have let me know at the time of purchase that there would be no refund if I wanted to return the item.

On January 27, 2017 a few friends and I decided to stop by this specific CVS store so i could get some tissue. I headed to the bathroom as my friends looked around to buy some candy and drinks. I came out of the bathroom and walked around in search of my friends, as I am looking for them a tall white man ( I believe he was the manager) passes by me, he looked mad and gave me some sort of stern look. I did give him a smile because that is just how I am. At this point I am still in search of my friends I take out my phone to call on of them when I hear that same guy say on the prompter for one of their employees to check the security cameras especially the back. So i think to myself is he really talking about my friends? I head to the back and what do you know my friends are their. I thought "no, I don't think he is talking about us". Then out of no where that same exact guy comes to the back and just watches my friends as they were deciding what drink to get. I thought it was very rude how he considered we were stealing, we were very offended. Was it our race or age that made him think that? He could of handled it differently. It also would have been nice if he approached us in a proper way and asked if we needed any help. He was rude and we were appalled.

Just used CVS for my last time! I have used CVS for years, but no more! Slow, rude, purely hateful customer service. I thought it was just me until I brought it up to my friends tonight. My latest hateful encounter in Waco Texas with a pharmacy tech named Linda at the South Valley Mills store. I called early today to get my refill, so that it would be no problem to pick it. As usual, they were confused yet again. After argueing for 32 minutes with LINDA I finally got my prescription. My laid back husband has also had a run in with LINDA the rude red head with glasses. Apparently several of my friends have also. I have also heard there seems to be a "Linda" in most CVS stores. Their caring commercials are SO misleading. Even in confusion, the techs have no right to be rude to people that usually don't feel well or they wouldn't be at a pharmacy anyway! Last complaint...the button at the drive through is inaccessible to people with back and neck problems and even though the CVS employees know you are there, they refuse to come over and offer assistance until you ring it. Anyway, I am done with any and all CVS stores! So CVS, I hope Linda is a special employee because you are losing costumers because of her! Anyone wanting to use the South Valley Mills store in Waco, Texas, my suggestion is run or you will be sicker when you leave the place!

While trying to use a check to by a carton of cigerettes, I was told CVS will not accept checks for this purchase. The store manager has OKed the purchases in the past but every time I try a purchase when the manager is not avalible this person refuses my check. This has happened so many time I have desided to quit dealing with your stores!

I have read through so many complaints about the company. Many for Pharmacy, which I could agree with most. But some about the front store. I have been an employee with this company for two years, and hear these kind of complaints weekly.

---Pharmacy! --- Don't get grumpy when your Pharmacist or rx tech tells you there will be a little wait time. Accuracy is better than time management. Trust me. If you worked for the company, and saw how busy they are every day they are there, you would rather them be careful than careless. People can die over their Pharmacists racing to beat the clock. Most people should understand that and care about themselves, as well as others a little more than that. come on.

--- When complaining about a product being out of stock, we offer rainchecks for just that purpose. And most of us will let you know when we will be receiving another truck of it. Instead of being rude about it, ask questions. Get answers. Leave happy. Do this, and everyone will go home that day not wanting to kill themselves over a customer jumping down their backs.

--- "Scams" and "ripoffs" for signs saying "4/10" or something along the lines. Make sure you read the entire sign. Some have extra buck rewards on them. aka, our store issued credits for buying specific Items. YOU PAY: 4 for 13.00, extra buck rewards: 3.00!" aka, you pay 13 dollars, and receive a 3 dollar coupon on your receipt. AFTER YOU PAY. You may use that any time within (mostly) a 30 to 45 day limit, ONLY with your CVS card. you cannot give it to someone else. It's registered to your card ONLY. You MAY NOT purchase Tobacco, Alcohol, Gift Cards, or Prescriptions. There are guidelines, listed at the bottom. Read them, and everyone will go home that day not wanting to kill themselves over a customer being an idiot.

Why badmouth the company or the associates when you're the one not reading anything? It's not our job to make sure you read everything. We shouldn't have to stand by your side and break everything down for you. though most of us would if you're treating us fairly. If you care enough to get the item, you should care enough to read the signs properly. Don't accuse us of ripping you off, when in fact, you're embarrassing yourself as well as us, just by not paying attention.

But what you really don't know: most of these off-bases complaints, or the complaints that don't make sense, or are just plain ridiculous? The employees sometimes go home laughing at how ignorant some people are. Most of the time, you can explain all of this to a person, and they will just smile, and say "thankyou so much for clearing that up, I apologize I was confused." and we will say "Oh, it's our jobs to help. The signs can be misleading at times, and we apologize for that. But we do hope you come back and see us soon!"

And as an employee, the pay definitely isn't worth having customers like this. I've been with the company two years, and they've cut our raises down to 2% of what we started at. I'm a manager for the store, and was hired on as one. my pay will still be under $9.00/hour after THREE years of being a manager there. I've given so much to this company, and feel that the district, as well as the regional, ceo corporate people care more about their advertisement and theirselves than they do their employees. I don't think they understand that if it weren't for employees like me and the ones I work with, my stores would be badmouthed just like these others on this website. But I'm grateful I found it, because I like to hear feedback.

I work at two different stores, permanently. It wares me out. I've dropped out of college TWICE due to this. Since they pay is so little, I have to work as much as I can just to support myself living wise. Overtime isn't an option for this company. Come to find out over the past two weeks, someone's been changing my hours worked just to save the company money, and the store some hours. as in they've been making me work, then not paying me for it. And there's no way for us employees to figure out exactly how much this has happened over the past few years. And it's as if corporate has no feelings towards this, has no wishes to apologize, or even recognize the kindness and helpfulness employees like me and my coworkers offer.

I am thankful, though, that I do have at least some kind of a job. And I do enjoy it. But seeing these complaints has opened my eyes more than ever. This place takes their employees for granted, and I only wish they could see that.

I have mastered 3 different photo labs, Pharmacy, Registers, as well as manager duties over this two year span, and know I am very knowledgeable. But when it comes to employee complaints, those are the ones corporate doesn't take care of.

So if the customers have complaints, please DO take it to corporate. Know that Corporate DOES care about the customers, just not the employees who care about the same issues, who see alot more of it.

The pharmacist at CVS gave my wife someone elses medicine - although the bottle indicated my wife's name and that it was the correct medicine. When I could barely wake my wife up, I became concerned, so I called the poison control hot line. From the pill description they determined that my wife had been given anti-depressants. Her prescription was for a drug to slow her heavy bleeding. When I went to CVS to rectify this, the same pharmacist was there, and her attitude was "no big deal, I'll give you the other drug." It was the "no big deal" part that is so hard to understand. She also would not give me the correct drug until I went back home and brought her the drug she had first erroneously given me. There was no appology. Not even an implied one. How can anyone imagine that this is OK? I called CVS corporate, and they explained to me that "statistically" these things are expected to happen from time to time.

Went to them with a Script for medicine received the medicine and after 3 days they were falling apart as can be seen in the pictures.

Also took a negative that my mom had for 20 yrs of me when I was young. There was a white strip on it where they should have left it on or carefully take it off and not take it off fast. They almost ripped the negative in half. no compensation at all. in the first letter they deny me the right to get new pills then in the second letter they claimed that in the first letter they told me i was not going to get compensation for the photo but they wanted to know about the pills.

Thanks for showing me a German how CVS is and some of the people in The USA really are.

Cashiers are not required to tell you things that are clearly written on the back of the item you are buying. Most prepaid cards tell you right on them that they are non-refundable. Also, CVS reserves the right to refuse any sale or refund for any reason.

I am, excuse the language, #ing outraged that a manager goddamn killed a shoplifter (Crayons and toothpaste I might add) by choking him to death! The shoplifter was quoted to have said "I cant breath!" and the manager continued to kill him. The police are not pressing charges?!?!?!?!?! He should be brought up on murder charges as the coroner had mentioned it was homicide! What sort of company are you running that someone can murder someone else in your store?!?!? Do you sanction this type of action? If I were you I would be standing up against both the police and the manager in court. I am now boycotting cvs, and will continue to do so as well as spread the word of the lackadaisical response of the cvs corporation. You should be ashamed.

It's because the manager is the only person in the store who has the ability to override the transaction and accept the check for the purchase. The computer is programmed to deny checks for the purchase of certain items. It's not the employee's fault.

People wouldn't be so flippant if this was a someone they loved that had been choked to death by a CVS employee over some craons and toothpaste. Its unbelievable to me as well that no charges will be brought against the manager.

I strongly disagree. I have a case against CVS Caremark and CVS is a huge huge scam. Just because you were an employee for two years, doesn't mean you know everything about the company. They overcharge for everything, for example-the diaper genie refills are $5 more at CVS when compared to almost any other store. I've read through the discovery, I've seen a lot of stuff CVS wouldn't want seen, so don't be so ignorant to just jump to the defense of your employer.

I purchased $44.77 worth of Merchandise, After writing my check it was put into a machine and I was tolld that my check had been rejected. I asked for the manager and asked her why it was rejected because there is more than enought money to pay $44.77 she told me she did not know. The Check was from Pentagon Federal Credit Union. This institution is not locsated here but in Washington D. C. I cannot see the reason even afrwe she put my Licence numner on the check and verified my address. I have lived here longer than CVS has been here.

Because CVS, as do most large retailers, uses a returned ched network, it is possible that there is another check(s) being held at another retailer in the network. In that case, no checks will be accepted until the returned check is picked up. There is also a possibility that someone has gotten the cutomer's ID number and has compromised it. This could also cause the checks to be rejected. The system does not look at your bank balance, only a history of current outstanding returned checks in the network

Oct 7th 2017

I took my 5 children ( ages 6-15 ) to CVS to get their flu shots. We walked up to the pharmacy counter and asked if all 6 of us could get our shots that day. I then gave them the ages of the children and all of our information. I was given 6 packets of paperwork. I filled them all out and then had a seat with my children. We were seated not 10 feet from the counter and multiple times someone from behind the counter said how well the children were behaving or that it would be just a little longer. TWO HOURS later I was called to the counter and told that after filing with our insurance and submitting all of our paperwork that a mistake had been made and CVS only gives flu shots to people 18 years and over... They had no reason WHY they told me they could do it, filed our paperwork or had us sit for 2 hours just to then tell us Oops sorry..
We left and went to a different pharmacy who was happy to give the shots to the children over age 9. However we had to wait over and hr to process our paperwork because CVS had to be called to remove our information from the computer system in order for us to get the shots somewhere else.

I had gone to store to pick up prescription that my mom's doctors had called to tell me had been called in. When I got there, they knew nothing about it. They said there machine was down. I explained that this had happened before and that it is inconvienent to run back and forth to the drugs store. Also I had been previously to pick up a script for pain meds. I had been paying 2.50 and they wanted to charge me 48.00. Said ins was no longer paying for this and that may well be but the clerk made the comment to me that had nothing to do with ins paying for it. I did not say that she did. She was rude. Instead of being compassionate she was a complete ###.

It sounds reasonable that you would be unable to make changes to someone else's account and if the other person was truly upset about having his private voice mails going to other people it would be logical that the person who's privacy is being violated to report the issue.

Additionally you can simply block emails from magic jack and then you will stop receiving them

I bought the CVS 100 yard mint dental floss for a trip into China and found that it shreds right away; basically it turned out to be worthless. Had to wait until I got to Kunming and found a Careffour Store and bought a 50 meter Oral-B dental floss for 20RMB; about 3USD. How can CVS sell such a worthless product to the public? Bought it at Long's Drugs, Ala Moana Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. I need major dental work done on my teeth so I'm reliant on flossing after each time I eat. being way away from any store that sells dental floss caused me alot of stress. Now I'm saving my money to go to Bangkok and have my teeth worked on.

I ordered prenatal vitamins through their mail order service, and received only 3 pills instead of 3 months supply. When they finally sent me the remaining 87 pills, the bottle was broken in the package, and the capsules were broke also, and smelled really bad. I didn't want to bother with it so didn't call and complain at the time. They also said that they would only charge me $3.60 because it was their mistake, but $24 showed up on my insurance bill. Now they want me to pay that.

DON"T EVER USE CVS if you don't have to. Terrible service and terrible products!

I have been using the pharmacy at two different CVS stores. CVS is one of the choices for my Part D precription plan with medicare. The pharmacy in Wake Forest North Carolina is very professional, helpful, courteous and speedy. The other pharmacy in Louisburg North Carolina is completely incompetent ! They completly lost a proscrecption for Nexium that they had fill for me and I had to wait while another was filled. The lost Nexium showed up the next month causing two prescriptions to be presented to me. My doctor has called in prescriptions twice in the morning. Both times when I went through the drive thru to pick it up late in the afternoon, they were not filled. I had to wait inside for thirty minutes for them to be filled. The prescripitions were first pulled out of a huge stack of prescriptions called in for other patients by their doctor that had not been filled. Today, I went to the drug store in Wake Forest. They did not have the pills for one of the prescriptions. I asked if they would check with the store in Louisburg to see if I could get them filled there. Louisburg replied that they had the pills and would be holding them for me. In Louisburg I gave my prescriptions to the aid and sat down to wait. The Aid said it would be 30 minutes because of others ahead. About 45 minutes later the lady that rang up the prescriptions for the customers started to question me about my prescriptions. Had I actually had the prescriptions on official tickets? Had I actually given then to the aid? They had not been entered into the system. She started to look and found them in the aid's work station under some papers. She gave them to the pharmacist because they both were narcotics. I told a customer waiting that the pharmacy was incompetent. Evidentially, the pharmacist heard me. I waited and waited while he supposedly filled my order. Everytime I asked I was told that he was counting to pills. I was told he was working on them. I would tell he wasn't. He was walking around, looking at books, and staring at the computer. He was sitting at his desk doing nothing. Almost an hour later, I called to the receptionists and told her that I had terminal lung cancer, was in terrible pain, and had to go home. I was desperate. After I said that the pharmacist reached down got two pill bottles, and within five minutes, my prescription was ready. It should be a crime for a pharmacist to withhold medicine from a customer because they do not like what the patient had to say or the patient made them mad. I am on the verge of not using CVS at all and going with another drug store.

The item had a clear tag of 50% off $16.99. My receipt only took 25% off of $16.99, charging me $12.74 instead of $8.49. I brought it to the cashiers attention, who said the receipt was correct. He said that since the "savings" said $4.25 I paid $8.49, yet the receipt said $12.74. When I added the total, I was indeed charged $12.74. $8.49 was nowhere on my receipt. Came home, called the store, spoke to the manager. He put me on hold to check it out, I got disconnected, called back and the cashier answered the phone. He said "What's the problem, I already explained it to you!" He attempted to argue with me that the amount was correct. I asked to speak to the manager again and plan to go back later this evening. CVS not only was incorrect and overcharged me, but the cashier was ill-informed, extremely rude and very unprofessional. I don't know where you live, but CVS is taking over our city. If this is a sign of what's to come, overcharging customers and rude, ill-informed employees, I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

First, why would you go to pick up a prescription without calling to see when it woul be ready. I would also bet you are like most customers and got very ugly when the cashier told you the price, even though they cannot control the price. I can count on one hand the number of customers who do not get very ugly very fast when confronted with a higher price than expected. In my 20 plus years in retail more often than not customers who file complaints lie or exagerate to prove their point of view. Im not saying you are, but it makes me question complaints, and it makes it hard for customers with real issues to get them resolved.

No rude people in Germany. And if your negative was over 20 years old and not kept in a humidity controlled area it was probably brittle. How do you know they pulled it off fast. Did you watch them? No you did not. If you bring your negatives to any developer they will only offer compensation in the event the negative is damaged due to equipment causing damage. Damage that is the result of poor quality negatives or old negatives not being stored or cared for properly are not covered.

By the way, you cannot leave anything on the negative if you are going to process it.

I went to return 2 packages of CVS replacement brushheads, they do not work well, and I was told that without a receipt nothing could be done. First of all the manager looked up on his computer to see when any of these had been sold, he said it had been over 6 weeks ago, and they were to costly to return. My husband had bought them and I wasnt sure when he bought them. The manager said "You just said you bought them a few days ago" I told him I never said that. I never even explained to him why I was returning them, I had explained it to the cashier. He treated me as if I had stole the items. I have been a loyal and good customer with CVS before it was even called CVS. I have my entire families perscriptions filled at CVS. I felt a CVS product should be returned if a customer is not happy with the product. My family owns a company and we would NEVER treat a customer in such a horrible manner. The managers name is John Kapolka he works at store #8049. My name is Michele Benson, my number is [protected]. If there is anything I can do with this product that I dont want, Please let me know. Thank you for your time.

CVS was Savon for many years. I've never had a problem with them but I don't fill prescriptions there often. I use Walgreens.

And another unfair bad experience I had at the end of February when one of the other young women employees and (another employee) who used to be one of the somewhat nicer ones, kept insisting that I bought a cosmetic with a 10$ money card just two days before when I had paid for it with a 10$ bill and it was her that I paid with it! I had bought a cosmetic and the color looked bad on me so I came back a short time later and exchanged it for another color, but that color wasn't good either so I came back that night and now a nice guy waited on me because the other woman had other customers, and I bought a different brand and paid the difference.

Well, two days later I returned it to the same woman who I orginally bought the first product from, and she and another employee kept insisting that I bought it with a money card and I wanted my cash back. But they made a mistake and printed on their form that I paid with a money card, but I never even had a 10$ money card anywhere! The most I ever had was 5$ that I used at Target and only once at CVS a year or more before. So a middle aged employee I think she might be one of the managers, comes over and she too gives me a hard time insisting that I used a money card and I kept telling her over and over that I never had one, and I got upset and she said you don't have to yell.I lost my original receipt so I didn't have the proof unfortunately.

So I called customer service and I asked them if it's their policy to give a money card when a customer returns an item, and she said it's terrible how the employees have treated me and she said and now this incident and she said I sound like a nice person. I asked her if she could ask her supervisor if it's their policy to give a money card when a customer returns an item, and she called the main manager of that store when she put me on hold and she came back and said the manager said, no if you pay in cash then you should have been given cash back!

Last year for my birthday I had portraits taken at Target and some of them were supposed to be in black and white but they looked grey instead because they tried to turn color pictures into black and white. So a nice young woman was helping me make a copy on their Kodak machine into black and white, but she asked another young woman employee to look at my original picture and she asked her if it looks like black and white, and she said that looks black and white, and I said no it's really grey, and then she said I don't know and I don't care! I wouldn't have said that, I would have said that's a very nice picture or you look very pretty. This same employee who said this was actually nicer 2 years before when she was the one helping me make copies of some other portraits I had taken and I thanked her twice then.

I took it to Staples and the guy there said that it did look really grey and he said Target tried to turn the color pictures into black and white but it didn't work.

I recently took a receipt to Staples from Walmart's Picture Me Portrait Studio that I just had done for my birthday this year, and it has a very small photocopy on the receipt of my portrait, and I asked a young employee at Staples if she could make a bigger copy of this picture. And she said it's a nice picture and she said she didn't think it would turn out if she enlarged it.But I asked her if she could please try so she did it and she gave it to me as a free sample.

Also, a few months ago when the young black woman employee( who insanely calls me Shirley when doesn't know my real name), was helping a little when I was making a copy on their Kodak machine of a picture of me at 6 years old, and this is when she started calling me Shirley, and she had a long line of customers but none of the other CVS employees helped her out, and I thanked her twice for helping me. The same supervisor from the other night who along with her were horrible to me, walks over and says to her, right in front of me that we were all laughing and imaging you going like this, and she made an upset expression on her face.

You didn't capitalize your " I ", so I doubt if you can add or subtract.( I can and have saved thousands of dollars doing so! Shopping sales not gimmicks.) That's the same assumption you just infered! You did not read the email. Do you work for CVS Managment?
