Went to dairy queen on 165 North in monroe louisiana. The lady at the register said they no longer offered the 5 dollar meal deal. We ordered the two burgers for 4 dollars and a drink. There was 4 of us. She brought out 3 meals and I informed her she was 1 short she want to look at our ticket. She said she only charged us for three and i asked her if she need some money and she turned and went back to the register. I thought she put in the rest of our order. After 15 minutes of waiting i went to the register to check on my order. She informed me that she didn't. Told me if i didn't like it i could take it up with corporate. so much for lunch at Dairy Queen.

My husband and I ordered 2 4pc. chicken strip baskets and asked to substitute the fries for cheese curds on both. We were charged the full price of the cheese curds instead of an upcharge. I confronted the cashier nicely about it and tried to explain. She told me that we were charged "correctly" because the computer did it that way. It didn't sound right, because if we were to buy the baskets by themselves and buy the cheese curds separate we would've have paid the same price and received the fries. My husband and I were disappointed with our visit due to this fact. We were told we would receive fries if it made us feel better. I felt that to be very unprofessional. We do not wish for any consequences of the employee, but that the issue be resolved and made right. Thank you.

So today I went to the Dairy Queen in Westworth village at approximately 1:40. I ordered a mocha moolate among other things but the first one I received was nothing but coffee. So I went back up to the counter and asked for it to be remade. Honestly I'm in the food industry I understand things. There were two young girls in the back making the ice cream. When the moolate was brought back and sat on the counter the girl asked to remake the moolate asked where the other was. Then the girl that actually remade the moolate said she put the amount that was said. First of all she didn't put any chocolate in it. I have worked at Dairy Queen before and know what straight coffee tastes like. She then proceeded to give me a moolate that had so much chocolate in it I couldn't drink it. I understand days are hard but you do not do things like that. Very dissatisfied. The cashier was amazing.

Someone in upper management(not in store) needs to go undercover to this location.(Whittlesey Rd).
1) This location is generally not clean. Trash on tables, floor and garbage overflowing.
2) My husband and I visited this location the beginning of this month and while we were in line waiting to place our order, the employees were arguing with a family who had gotten there blizzards and they were not turned upside down. The customers said they were suppose to get free small blizzards for this but the employees continued to argue "no just a mini" even after customer pointed to sign that clearly said small. We left.
3) My husband and I returned where we placed our order(2 dipped cones). Well let me just say we had to eat them so fast because they were melting. The chocolate never hardened solid.
4) This was the breaking point for me. We had family come from out of town due to a death. We went to the Dairy Queen 9/10/2019 in the evening. Two of our family members proceeded to order. One of them having a disability and unable to speak very clear. The person at the register was so annoyed with him that she/he proceeded to roll their eyes and basically lay on the register. There was also a friend of the cashiers who stood right at the counter beside my family member. Keep in mind she was not nor had she even ordered. She was visiting. She continued to twirl her earbuds close to my family members head as if to rush him or intimidate him. The cashier also called another employee from drive thru to wait on my family member or make fun of him(not sure) but she refused and turned and walked back to drive thru area. Then the friend who was visiting the cashier decides to slide up on the counter and sit. And I lost it. I told my group that they could eat here but I wasn't getting nothing as she just slid her A** up on the counter. Well low and behold a police officer was sitting with his family and jumped up and came at me and told me in a real harsh voice that he would take me to jail for cussing. Never asked what the problem was or anything. Now I am 53 years old and the only word that I said was A**. The police officer was so rude to our family and went and stood behind the counter as to intimidate us. Which was so uncalled for. The family members with me ranged from 50 years old to 68 years old. Which included my mother and my sister's mother in law. Needless to say we left and so did the officer. He had just dropped in to visit his family that was there.
My opinion is the owners/upper management needs to investigate this location. Maybe hire some employees that may not be under the age of 25 and possibly older. Someone who cares about customers and wants to help the Dairy Queen thrive. With employees like this, this location surely can't continue to thrive.

My kids and I came to the Dairy Queen in Madison tn on August the 11 th to get ice cream tonight and I came threw the drive thru and my little girl spilled her ice cream all over my arm the manager there Jessica told me to pull up so I did she came out with a wet rag and some napkins and helped me clean the mess up and I just want to say how grateful I am for her help that ment a lot to me because I'm a single mom of 6 such a great young lady

The general manager Misti Perry needs to be fired!.she is.rude to her employees and is very disrespectful. She yells and cusses them.out when she dont get her way. She wont help.out..all she does is sit at the.desk and Barks out orders. Ask.anyone in that damn store. They will all tell you. It's awful funny how.so so many people have left, tramsfered, or quit. I wonder why.. cause she is so rude. How do.i know this I come in every single day to eat cause i love the food! That's not the point I have physically seen her yell and scream and cuss at her employees.. I have even seen a young lady cry it's not fair for her to get by with this. I think the person above her needs to come down and see what mom is happening.

After work from 6 am and not eating all day. I went to 317 Reeves Street in port Hawkesbury yeaterday. I went to the drive thru only to wait 7 min and still the people ahead at me were not served at the speaker. I went in and I asked for the $7 cheese burger mealwith a number 1. I specifically looked straight at the manager and the girl working the till. I said" please out the cheeseburger WITH "NO PICKLELS". I waited 17 minutes for #1 both with pickles. Both boxed by the manager. Then to top it off I had to ask for a bag for each box. So I start driving and I am hungry so I pull over to eatmine as the other order was being dropped off. I ended up with a number 1 with pickles holly flipin fudgacles I am very angry. $17.00 and I didnt [censored]ing eat last night.

SERVER - C (F-0101).
I ordered 2 cups of brown Oreo cups and a medium blizzard cookie dough.
The server gave me half full cups of Brown Oreo cupps and I asked her to fill it up as shown in the store picture on the wall.
Server-C became angry and grabbed the cups of the ice cream and returned it about a minute later. I noticed that the cups were still half full. so I complained that I paid $5.89 for each cup of the brown Oreo and supposed to get full cup. she walked away and later gave me the cookie dough blizzard. it was obvious that she was angry with me for asking her to fill up the cups of brown oreo. the cup of blizzard was full of ice cream and so we left.
my home is only 3 mins away from DQ. as we left the store and started eating the cookie dough ice cream, I realized there was no cookie dough in the ice cream. I asked my husband to let us return to the store but he did not want an argument of fight, so he suggested that I call the supervisor or manager of the store. I called the store immediately and the Server-C was the person that answered the phone. I asked to talk to the manager or supervisor, she said she's the manager and supervisor. and I was asking why she did not put cookie dough in my blizzard ice cream? she pretended as if she does not know what I was saying and hung up. it was obvious that she intentionally did gave me only the ice cream without the cookie dough because I complained about the quantity of the Brown oreo. I want my money back as I paid $6.79 for the cookie dough blizzard and did not get my money worth of all the 3 ice cream that I ordered. I have called the Canada (905) customer service and I have made a complaint as well. I felt duped and ripped off. Thanks.

I pulled up the the Dairy Queen on Lake Joy Rd, Warner Robins, GA at about 9:40, and they closed at ten. My friends and i were only getting blizzards, and we were taking them out to our cars to be considerate to the workers trying to get home after cleaning. About 15 min after ten, one of the workers comes out of the store, asks us if we are waiting on someone inside, to which we say "no ma'am", and she said "well clean up your damn trash" when we didn't even have any trash or anything, we had already cleaned everything up and we're about to leave. the coworker that she walked out with asked what she said to us, and she repeated, very loudly "i told them to pick their damn trash up". she also had her kids at work with her and she was yelling at them while there were customers in the restaurant, and she was cursing very loudly. i work in food service and i know for fact that you're not supposed to act like that towards a customer or while you're working. i guess that store is just clueless.

Went into dq in Ottawa, Ontario at 1272 bank street July 29th in the evening at 9pm and ordered 2 blizzards. They made the first wrong combining flavors from the two blizzards ordered and made the second one wrong 3 times before getting it right, all the while acting like we were the ones making it wrong by acting rudely towards us. When they finally made it correctly, the employee who made it, slammed it down and turned without saying a word
brownie oreo cupfection
When i arrived i had a coupon for buy 1, get one for 0.99. The girls at the cash had no idea how to even ring in the coupon or use it. Then they processed to make our order, however were talking about non-work related stuff the entire time. The line behind us started to pile up with 5 people working. It took 9 minutes to receive our ice cream after paying, she took our sundae cups into the back kitchen where we could not see what she was doing with them. Once we finally got them the brownies were cold and hard, the hot fudge was cold, and i had maybe 5 pieces of oreo on the top. I was very unimpressed with my service along with my product!

When traveling with grandchildren, I opt for DQ over McDonalds everytime. The young girl working the drive through was so very very rude! I've never in my life been treated so rude! You couldn't here anything through the speaker so we had to go around again and when we got to the window, the girl at the window and two other girls that came to the window was so unbelievably rude! Will NEVER go back to that DQ again! I had to go back in because they got the order wrong and all of them was rude! I guess they do t need the business at that DQ!

Was behind the customer at the till, the young blonde girl was punching order in the till and the owner or manager, older man? Pushed her away from the till half way through her punching in the order/ and continued the customer order/ totally embarrassing the employee/ while waiting for my order being prepared, I overheard the owner/manager ask where the girl is and another employee said she is in the back crying, for him yelling at her( must have happened earlier)I will not go back to this location ever again. My family and I went to this location on Monday July 15 2019 and upon entering you see bunch of flies flying near cash register and in dining area, on tables, glass on doors are filthy, floors are even more filthier kitchen is the same flies and just dirty seriously does DAIRY QUEEN know that flies carry nasty germs this location is a JOKE and someone needs to get in there and clean it.

This location should be ashamed for the small salad they provide for $6! Bowl was only 1/2 full of lettuce and toppings-- crispy chicken was sparse. Have had much better salads at other locations. What a rip-off!!! Am I better to complain to this franchise directly- or does Dairy Queen Corporate follow up on complaints?? Seems there should be a standard that all locations need to meet.
