non delivery of products
ordered products from dhgate october 2012. delivery time after payment states 30 days. it is now 15 march. up to date received one of the products. second product broken and still waiting for 3 product. after sales says they will partially refund but not the full amount. so i just gave dhgate 200 us dollars for nothing.
defective merchandise
I purchased a laser hair removal and tattoo removal machine from dhgate.com. I was directed to "message seller" for information about the machine. When I talked to the seller we arranged the sale and the machine was shipped to me. I was under the belief that I was dealing with dhgate.com but it turns out I was dealing now directly with the seller and not told that I was not going through dhgate.com which is the company I usually use. This machine cost over $1000.00 and does not work.
I have not even used it one time. When I went to use it the first time, it did not work. Now, dhgate.com will not take responsibility for the machine and ygrace.com will not respond to my emails requesting a new machine or refund. They have a warranty policy but it does not seem to matter.
I should have known that the price was too good to be true when I made the purchase
The product I ordered was imitation. I have been trying to get a refund for almost 3 months now and am still waiting. I will never order from DHgate again. The Customer Service Center tells you they will help you and that your money is safe but all they do is refer you to the seller. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have known that the price was too good to be true when I made the purchase...I sure learned a lesson."

If you are familiar with this company located in china, I think every one knows to stay far far away. Last year I ordered some items from this website, oh I got the products, but as you know, (Counterfeit). At the time they accepted pp, but now if you go to the website, scroll down and see the payment that they accept now, hmmm its not pp anymore. Why is that because of the complaints.
I haven't gotten my money back for the one order
I made two orders, and only one was shipped. I was billed for both of the orders. I made both orders on Nov 2 in order to sell the products in my shop...the one order didn't come until about Dec. 15. So far, I haven't gotten my money back for the one order. The other order was nothing like it pictured in the catalog either
poor return policy
I purchased two items. One arrived on time and was fine. The other arrived late and was much smaller than specified. Seller said they could build a neckless to a specified size. I specified the size. What arrived was 7cm smaller - smaller even than their staited standard size. I asked the seller for a refund and was offered only a partial. I asked DHGate to mediate. They claim to have customer oriented 100% satisfaction, 100% refund for cases like this. The neckless was completely un-usable and the company clearly failed to do what they offered so it seemed like their policy applied. I was only given a partial refund.
Further, on the refund they state:
Normally, the refunded amount will be deposited into your account within 10-15 days . If you still haven’t received your refund after the period, please contact us immediately.
So I'm not even confident I'll get my refund.
My conclusion: the seller did not ship what they agreed to and DHGate did not stand behind their policies.

I ordered a tablet PC at a good price. First come to the point that the goods shipped, and even sudden cancellation. "The seller has requested a refund."
Well would it! But no refund on DHgate is an action that takes 15 working days. In general, I now no money and no tablet. Seller disappeared immediately and unresponsive.

This company is a den of thieves. Order 10 dimmable led warm white candelabra bulbs from focusled through dhgate.
Items that arrived were not dimmable, flickered, and were not even the same color or warm white. Seller was crook & wouldn't refund. Waited a month to go through dispute process for buyer protection plus and submitted photos & then videos, and never got any refund. Their feedback system is a fraud. I can't even leave negative feedback for the transaction.

I ordered grey bridesmaid dresses for my wedding from this site. I loved the picture of them that I saw and I was sure to tell the seller whom I bought from that I wanted grey like in the picture. When I finally got the dresses, they were not grey at all but a soft purple, even the lining of the dresses was clearly purple. I tried to work with the seller to be able to return the dresses but they refused so I took it to the dhgate site to help with the problem. They did not help me either. I provided pictures for both of them of what the purple dresses looked like. They said the evidence wasn't enough. Now I am out $500 and have terrible dresses that are going to ruin my wedding. Very disappointed with this site and DO NOT suggest buying from here whatsoever!

However, they may resolve the problems for you if they know you are backing up with your credit/ financial company, in which you can dispute the charges within the timing manner. Do not buy from them. No grantee shipment from China will get to you, and the refund process is flawed.

I did an instant message conversation with him and told him that I was ordering a prom dress for my daugher. I gave him the date that we needed it. He said that this would be no problem. I recently ordered 3 wigs from Dhgate name of the supplier is (xcsunny) Sunny & Candy I think they are Couple/Married/Friends etc... Just guessing The 1st time I ordered a wig from them I was impressed without fitting the wig, I see how beautiful, soft, and the color is lovely. But when I tried to fit the wig I don't understand the wig is smaller than my head, then when I cut the lace and fit it again the cap is really small. So I emailed the supplier (xcsunny) I told them that my wig cap is smaller than my head and they replied to me and said ("There is a stretchable on nape area") I thought "WTF I don't need this !@#$%^&* stretchable belt for god sake, I asked them if I can send back the wig so they can fix it for me and they said I cannot return the wig after I cut the lace ... So...I cant do anything except sell my wig to a friend and she likes it...
Second time I ordered 3 wigs from the Supplier again (xcsunny) Sunny & Candy, I gave them head measurements before I order the wig, and add two-tone color of wig, wig clip, to prevent the wig from falling and send it to UPS (not fedex) So it took about 1 month for my wigs to arrive. When I first to look at the wig its very beautiful, soft and lovely like the first time I ordered, then when I fit the wig still smaller than my head, the cap is small, even I already give them my custom head measurement and they still can't make it the right size. They also didn't add two-tone color of the head, wig clip is not attached already, they just put the wig clip without putting it on the wig and sent it to me so I will have to sew it in myself! How rude is that? I payed the exact amount of the wigs, shipping & taxes and I expected that the product I ordered would arrive. I can't do anything with the wigs as they are too small so I think I have to sell it again like the first wig I ordered. I am so disappointed with these scam artists and I wish nobody else will attempt to do business with them. I emailed them and asked them why they sent me a small cap instead of using my custom head measurements like I sent to them before I ordered and he replied ("I will just give you 30USD to fix the wig in your country") These two idiots obviously do not care about their customers and will just send you whatever product they think is similar to what you ordered.

Hi I ordered an item of 55 silicone bracelets from DH gate Nov.24 2011. It is now Feb.6 2012 and I still have not received my item. The seller tells me I confirmed I got it and released him the payment. He told me to talk to customer services. I asked for a tracking number and he gave me one. It turned out to be false there was no record of that number. Customer service told me to settle it with the seller. I am now out $42. I not only have been given the run around but thee people have been rude to me and added emo cons with silly faces like them sticking out their tongues at me.

Got part from spidsafeshop. Yeah right. At least they replaced the faulty part with another faulty part. Both times I was assured they had been tested. I sent them the second part back for a refund. Now they say they haven't gotten the part back which I sent over a month ago. I'm not getting the warm fuzzy either. I don't think the site intentionally scams you. But they don't control the sellers and there is no way to easily file a dispute since they release the monies so quickly. Save the time and suffering and buy from someone in the USA.
