I made many complaints about the internet line which is very bad and last few days a Technician called my husband. He told him that the Gelugor area is very congested and can only be better end of this year! we paying RM150 per month for such service? Every night 8pm onwards the internet always jammed, we are working and this is the time we relax at home and wish to use the internet.
If the line can only used without interruption, why Digi still promotes and let consumers sign up?

Just now I made a internet one time pass subscription which is for unlimited data for 24hours that cost RM8. After I received an activation sms for the internet subscription, im turning on the mobile data. However, I got another sms that im reaching the limit data internet for unsubscribe internet that cost another RM8. Now, my mobile credit has been deduct twice for one subscrition that I made. Are Digi gonna refund my mobile credit?
balance deducted automatically
I'm reload rm 10 to my digi prepaid and I never call, sms or subscribe anything and few days later I received sms stated my balance less than rm2. After that, I reload rn5 again and 2 days later I received same sms again. I didn't received sms about I had subscribe anything, why my balance will be deduct automatically? Please give me a reasonable explanation about this case. Thank you.

hi, kudos on offering the abovementioned at rm1. its fantastic value vis a vis the same via my previous source, umobile. just one gripe, the loading speed! its makes really poor veiwing quality and the irritating experience, put as mildly as possible, is so great tht im investing myself wth ths note instead of living life.
be a service provider tht satisfies to its offer advertised and utilize the market advantage ovr the competitor noted, be magnanimous wth quality and never lose subscription.
pls make an effort wth ths, sooner the better.

cancellation service
I signed up Digi broadband package some time and would like to terminate the service as I was not able to use the service while I'm traveling on highway and outside of KL. I called, to no avail as there is no such service listed on call, I went to Setia Alam branch and was told to go to Times Square or Ampang Point to cancel onsite as this cannot be done online nor through call. I tried online, also to no avail. Tried Live Chat, but it does not even work. emailed twice, but no reply still. Hence, I went to Times Square branch, but I was told by the staff that they dont do termination anymore, and ask me to go to Bukit Bintang branch. Please tell me that why the Biggest Telco in Malaysia with such high-tech communication gadgets can make such a low-end mistake of not updating the information to all branches in KL? ensuring customer does not have to run around in KL to find the right branch just to do termination! And why customer has to go to onsite which Digi has limited branches in KL just for termination? probably in the name of "Security" reason. I was hoping Digi can offer me something better in return so that I will remain, I guess Digi is not interested in doing so when they have such a huge user base. All of you out there, beware, once you sign up, you are sucked in, stuck for Digi
digi infinity
I've wanted to change my plan to infinity so i try using my phone browser last 2 days ago. When 1st time try their website suddenly the plan no longer at their website at that time is midnight. The next day it reapper and i try to do it again online but this time with an error on filling on delivery address state city*(no others selection available except city*) so i call their consultant. She told me only chrome support their system or i can go to any digi centre. So i go to one nearby wangsa walk and they told me that only infinity 150 they do and told me that they are only partner not real centre so ask me go centre. The next day i go midvelly they said infinity only can be done online.
Then i call again to digi consultant this time when i ask digi website didn't state only support chrome browser only and he answer coz microsoft ie cannot support payment and maxis also don't support (why this consultant only blame other products and not answer direct question). Infact firefox also cannot. This consultant also said because the package only run for 1 month they don't need to tell detail ingo from website.
I got very upset with the way digi not giving right info to customer and only doing infinity 150 at digistor & centre with no waiting time (i also want to pay via credit card too)

viu service charges
Dear Digi Telecommunications.
I have made a lot of complaints about this case CAS6426651F2F4 from Hashwni.. That why VIU charges still charging in my bill although this is complaint at be made 4 times every month.. This is look like unacceptable and totally low efficient in working and take respond from customer.
I has do this 4 mth yet. it is still charging me VIU charges..
I want to terminate this VIU service charges and return back all my previous VIU charge and other msg service charges to me.. with quick respond.
i'm very very upset and disappointed with the efficient of DIGI. 4 times at 4 mths.. Yet, it is still the same.. where is yourcode value of working in telecommunication ?

I have been experiencing weak signal strength, no connection & unstable internet connection since last month at my office which is very near to Digi store Api-Api & home(Inanam) and its very very irritating & disappointing. I've been a Digi subscriber for more than 15 years now. Please rectify this problem a.s.a.p because if this problem persist, i'm going to switch to other telco which can provide a better value for money services because at the moment, the service provided by DIGI is far below par.

I having problem with Internet signal today. Right now I'm subscribing 10Gb + free 2Gb(1-7pm). Sometimes the signal shows LTE, but then it will suddenly drop to 3G that you cant even surf the internet. This happen way too often, not just today. What's the point of me buying this plan when I can't even surf the internet. Fix this issue immediately, as I pay for it. Very dissapointed with the service Digi provide.

Line internet yang sangat teruk berapa hari ini saya sudah membuat panggilan 2 kali dalam minggu ini. apabila saya membuat panggilan ke customer service digi hari ini diberitahu oleh staff call center bahawa di kawasan saya Sibu mengalami masalah tower dan diberitahu dijangka akan dipuli sepenuhnya selepas 2 March 2018. Saya rasa bahawa saya telah mengalami kerugian selama beberapa minggu ini. Dengan bayaran yang saya buat tidak dapat perkhidmatan yang sepatutnya. What really happened to digi services lately in [protected]@ matunggong sabah area lately? Very poor coverage since early february 2018 especially in matunggong town area? Before this im using celcom and then changing to digi due to poor services by celcom in this area. Now digi almost the same like celcom [censor] services. Plz la. Do u want maxis to take over all the telco services in this area? Plz dont do that. Digi have to solve this matter quickly, before other telco take over the all internet services. Plz stop this [censor]. Im really sick of this. As a consumer we pay for this service and hope for better coverage but now digi give us some [censor] services. Im really angry and sick of this.
What really the problem is? When do u can fix this stupid internet coverage? Plz dont give us [censor] la digi. We paid for this man, not using this for free. And then ur staff responding and called us on phone.. What is ur phone brand sir, what is the signal now, can u restard ur phone and change the phone configuration.. All the same [censor]. I have refer to my ctos report. There is an digi account: [protected] with an outstanding payment of RM 674.62. Very obvious, Digi didn't delete my name from the system from my previous complaint. It is very inconvenient to me. To those who in charge, please delete my name from the list immediately by end of February. I am considering to make a police report since I didn't owe Digi any outstanding payment.

Saya mpunyai baki my digi rewards 7days sbyk 1gb dan saya tlh lakukan download. Tetapi digi potong baki monthly weekend saya. Sedangkan sepatutnya digi potong tlebih dahulu my digi reward jerana ianya masih aktif. Sy tidak bpuas hati kerana digi memotong monthly weekend saya. Mohon penjelasan adakah digi sengaja membuat penolakan utk membuat pelanggan membeli lebih banyak penggunaan internet

I want complaint about the internet services bcs at my village haved a 3g/4g but always buffer and very bad. Why not your team make a regular checking about signal or coverage at the station DIGI at my village. This my address ( Kampung Cocos Jalan Segama Lama Lahad Datu 91100 Sabah )

The Internet coverage is so weak and unstable. I can't even open youtube, games, fb, Instagram or sending message through messengers or whatsapp..it too worse!
Sometime I can't even make a call. What is the point for me to buy Digi internet package & use Digi service if it unable to fulfill my need? Please fix it as soon as possible... I really need to use it...
poor internet speed and customer service
I am actually facing an awful internet speed for almost one week. And today (23/2/2018), i went to a digi outlet where based in Prangin Mall to enquire about what is actually happening to my network. I notice the staff already seen me in front of her after she finished servicing another customer but she choose to ignore my presence and continue to play with her phone. After I telling her with me network problem that I am facing, she told me to go to the service center where based at Pulau Tikus, she said that the service center can help to reset my network. Ok fine, I took almost one hour to reach the service center and telling the staff that what I am facing, but. She said they are not providing a network resetting service. I am like wtf!? Are you serious Digi? Asking me to go here and there but without any outcomes?
I am very disappointed with Digi internet speed and customer service.
If possible, please fix the network issue for me as soon as possible or else i gonna change to another data plan of other company.

digi really needs an upgrade on the service about the ownership of the phone number.
I wanted to switch my hp. num ownership to my own NRIC because the SIM card was registered under my sister NRIC. I went all the way to Greentown Ipoh Digi store to change but that retailer told me I got to come with my sister to change the ownership. Hello? My sister is currently working overseas and she only comes back once a few years. How would you expect a person to come back all the way just to settle a small issue like this? The attitude of that retailer is also very disappointing and what she said was insanely ridiculous. It causes a lot of troublesome to the customer just to change the ownership of a phone number. I hope Digi will upgrade their terms and system to bring more convenience to their customers, please. It is very annoying to make so much effort just to settle a small stuff like this.
@jess1111, if following your logic, I could also go to any Digi centre and ask for your number to change to mine. I will tell them you are overseas and only be back once every few years. What do you think?

The Internet coverage is so weak and unstable no matter is in city KL setapak /ampang and Penang Island or in town Sungai Petani and Alor Star.
I can't even enter my game and download drama. What is the point for me to use Digi service if it unable to fulfill my need? Please enhance the coverage, so that I can convince myself to continue to use Digi service.
