requested tac twelve (12) times... did not receive any
As at wednesday 18th september 2019 between 400am-530am tried to reload prepaid thru cimb clicks.
Requested tac twelve (12) times but did not receive any, it is either the bank is a [censored]ing-[censored] or digi is a [censored]ing-piece-of-[censored]. This is the 2nd time it happened, the 1st was a few months ago when tac number was requested six (6) times
Get your act together digi. Been loyal for nearly 20 [censored]ing years and this is the service that I get... [censored] you!
unsatisfied services
On 10/9/2019 around 2pm I watch a Movie tht not longer than 1Hour!
Before watch Movie, I still have :
4GB (5GB BigBonus)
700mb (BigBonus 1GB)
Then after I watch Movie, Suddenly Digi message Say that I already Use 75percnt of my data WOWW!
Then my 5GB Big Bonus only left 28mb!Usually I want a movie wont even consume 2GB bcoz I alwys trget How much will consume!
Then I already call their service helpline (I record the Conversation!) and operator admit that today I only use 2gb Not even 4gb!(I have prove conversation recorded!) Your internet speed wont even great!Uneducated management!
#1gb also precious to any customer bcoz They pay for it to get the Service! And U should give wht we pay!
At the same day, another digi operator call me state that i want my history data usage of the month, I didnt ask for that, I ask for REFUND MY DATA BACK. But they give unstatisfied answer and ignore my request and Today I receive my email about data usage! They dont even solve my problem.

data and function of basic internet?
1. Why my data is not worked since 3 days ago and they not work at night usually. I had a basic internet but my messages at WhatsApp are not arrived or sent. It will be hard for me to get my work done.
2. I have a 3 GB data at 1 p.m to 7 p.m. but its not worked as fast as 3 GB. Always loading but my data were running at the time.
3. What is the function of Vo LTE? My data became more slow after using its.
Can you do something about digi nowadays.

Good Evening Digi, I've been using digi for a long time and recently I'm having line problem while playing games. It happens almost everytime i played my game. It is so uncomfortable as i was angered by other players. It was not my fault, it's the line keep losing and then always no line. As it is, I'm fed up using Digi and have changed to Hotlink which is much better. More internet promotion and smooth line while gaming. Digi, it sad. You've lost your loyal customer. Thank you.
service center & sales center
I got a digi card apparently from a service center when I went to terminate, I apparently went to a sales center. The girl working there told me to just let it lapse. But now I'm getting an email for non payment after spending 20mins explaining my situation to a guy in a sales center. He said I have to go back to a service centre to terminate. Mcmc should make you guys list down the exact things you do. Calling yourself an express center is [censored]. I have to spend half a day just to go to another digi place to cancel my service
Deactivate my sim
Dear digi, it's been 48hours and waiting for Digi to deactivate my line, I've replied through sms validation, and it stated Digi is processing, after 2 hours, Digi sent me a text saying that "
Sorry, your request was rejected. One or more phone lines did not reply to our SMS Validation. Please call 0162211800 for help "
I did replied for several times, I did call to digi consultant as well, what is going on ? Are you not going to deactivate my line ? This is a very bad telco

Im Mr Wan from Kedah. I feel so disappointed with digi line. For your information, im using Digi Postpaid (broadband) for a 2 to 3 years. Its almost a week that i can't access my internet. I've settled my bills every month and never delayed my paid. I don't know what actually happened. This problem actually happened before this. But, im just silent my self and think positive. I need to access the internet while im doing my work. When this happened, it will affect my work for a whole day. I hope you (Digi) can solve my problem and i need your feedback ASAP.

On 25 July server cant connect and right away i visited the DIGI counter in BP Mall Batu Pahat, Johor and the main branch DIGI next to Malayan Bank.
I was been informed i am fully utilized the data.
I did refer to the promoter there the method to add on but failed.
I been asked to wait for the bill and after the billing endorse only i can pay n reconnect the line.
Till now i am waiting the billing. I m not sure DIGI are going to message or email me the bill.
I requested to terminate the line service but there is a RM 300.00 penalties.

3rd party services
One of my phone line subscription was charged with Monthly Netflix fee. Someone could have activate the subscription without my knowledge or my family who is using the Digi line. I complaint and asked for termination of the service to a Digi customer service via Chat but she was unable to help, saying I need to deal with Netflix to stop the monthly charges.
I strongly disagree that Digi can allow 3rd party services such as Netflix to charge through Digi postpaid account. Digi account is not a credit facility or credit card that can be used to charge 3rd party services.
In this case I cannot see Netflix subscription in the My Digi App, and as such I have no control over it.
Digi should stop the practise of allowing 3rd part services to charge to Digi Customer account. I will consider to submit a complaint to the goverment agency related to consumer protection regarding this matter.

Previously on month of may i can generate my itemize bill at digi website. But now i cannot find the feature anymore. This is giving me lot of trouble. Why clear things that already good to exist. I'm complaining about the new premium service which received from 20000 stating that I'm subscribed to the service and it being renewed in weekly basis. As checked, I didn't subscribe to any service even 3 series shortcode. I have unsub the service by send "stop all" to 20000 and receive message from 22220 saying your service has been unsub. I need a clarification on when I'm subscribed to the service. If yes, please provide me the screenshot the message/log that stating I'm subscribed to the service. I have received a message from DIGI as well stating you didn't subscribe to any service.

I've reported a complaint on behalf of my company early this year regards on receiving internet coverage issues in our office area as we have purchase Digi as our tel co communication for working purpose. Yet until this date 8 July 2019, there's yet to find any suitable solution on this matter and I've been following up on this matter for almost HALF A YEAR.
During my follow up with Digi business hotline, they have inform me on installation of antenna and booster but there's no confirmation on this.

the data keep down, and disconnected
The data is unstable, it reconnect and disconnect continuously along few hours already every 5mins. It make me feel upset by can't reply and view some important message, hope this fix as soon as possible or will be change the service company because this is not the first time. If there is any maintenance, please inform the customer as early as possible, so customer can prepare for the unstable internet and have a backup plan. TQ
being blacklisted for no reason

I am truly unhappy of Digi because I am still being blacklisted even though I have settled every payment long time ago and the account had been officially terminated in 2018. It is an embarrassment. It had been a shock. Now I have problem with CTOS and my name is blacklisted in my country. Kindly explain what is happening.

15.06.2019, Melaka. Since yesterday i am facing issues with Digi line and internet connection.
No call in and out can be made and there is no internet connection at all. Not only me, my friend isalso facing the same issue. I have already tried to call digihelpline, but cant get through. Please do sumthg about it asap cuz it is very troublesome and frustrating.
serious trouble in switching plan to other network
Digi is adding another level of difficulty when it comes to changing plan to other network. At first, you will receive a call about feedback. After that your application will get rejected due to unreasonable contract obligation even thought your plan has nothing to do with all of that. When calling to customer service, they will keep dragging your application, they say will solve in 24 hrs, and the next day 48 hrs and tomorrow and tomorrow. This really piss me off. i have never encounter such telecommunication company with so much of nonsense for just switching a plan which can be solve in a single freaking day.

yes, no worries, they will change for you after several days, for my case it takes 5 days time, make sure you call them for follow up.

Line is more worst then Celcom line, already feedback but the answer received is this area no problem with internet problem.
4G full bar but line slow even can't play a mobile game.
last time is using digi line to hotspot other phone, now is using celcom line to hotspot other phone.
Digi internet line now is slow than celcom line, already 2 months problem haven't solved
port out process
I received call from your telemarketing and now they blocking me from port out from digi.
I have made 2 request and until now no respond from the request and this is wasting my time.
The telemarketing person did not telling that she will block me from port out from digi. Then I already call digi center to request from blocking me but still no progress from the telemarketing! How did they do this job since until now no respond. And this is unprofessional attitude by blocking customer. And then you charge me for the delay. This is unethical!
Kindly advice and resolve this matter ASAP.
bad coverage no signal internet

Im use for digi line postpaid 1 year. But the signal is very low and very bad and everyday automatically oflfline. Just only 20kb/s to 100kb/s.. My digi plan is high-speed plan & 4G? This kind problem is 4G!
Please upgrade your signal for many users in my area, Jalan Sungai Dua, Kampung Dua BUkit, 11700 Gelugor, Pulau Pinang. Please do something. Thank you.
