I'm experiencing a very horrible network in my area. It keeps breaking and it's showing E since three days ago. I've reloaded and I've subscribed to a package but still it's not making any differences. My money is wasting just like water and its not fair. Please be considerate enough to settle this issue. If I don't have any solution for it I'll have to switch to a better telco. Thank you.
lost my digi sim card in europe
I am in Italy n has lost my Digi SIM card for 3 days. Can u please block my Digi SIM card so that nobody can pick up my card n use it. My phone number is [protected]. Please notified me once you blocked the SIM card. It will be dangerous for me because I am in Italy n someone might pick it n use my SIM card. Can Digi centre help me to block my SIM card immediately!
bad coverage
Bad coverage at bertam perdana 4 kepala batas. If I in the house no coverage at all. I must go outside the house to make the call. But sometimes no coverage at all even ouside the house. Please fix this problem. Internet only h, but for one bar only.. But usually no internet at all.. Just be able to make call only. Cannot use the internet. Hope can fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Digi tolong improve your line. Sejak dr minggu line Digi sangat teruk. Sejak saya renew data internet, saya tak dapat guna internet. Internet sangat teruk. Saya dah gunakan digi sejak 5 tahun lepas tapi service semakin teruk. Saya tidak bayar untuk dapatkan line internet yang tak boleh digunakan. salam.. please and please digi make an improvement on your digi telecommunication. so far was using digi almost 10 years but until now there no improvement especially the LINE at our village since i was 14 years old the LINE still very POOR.. and i hate the way i need to unsubcribe the internet why did u just improve make it automatic unsubcribe.. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR TELECOMMUNICATION PLEASEE!.. i'm so sad with the service.. it's 10 years i'm support digi event for the 10 years there very poor line at our village.. please make an improvement.. thank you.. 😥

I am from Sabah, I was suddenly called up by collection agents (KL) from Digi, despite the facts that I have no outstanding accounts with digi and addition to that the account mentioned was few yeslars old. And the agents were very RUDE!
Tried to resolve the issue thru calling digi helpline, but no one was answering. Wrote to digi support and haven't hear from them like "never".
Went down personally to digi centre, and the friendly staffs there was polite enough to ask me to make myself at home there coz it was like taking ages for me to get my turn, turn out that there were only few staff working?!
I wonder when I can get my problems resolved.
digi line coverage
Digi internet coverage was very poor at my area here Padang Lebar, Batu Kikir 72200 Kuala Pilah Negeri Sembilan. It keep on having No Service lately. Staying alone and working away from my family makes it hard for me to keep in touch with my family or in case of emergency. I feel very disappointed because I paid my bills every month expecting the coverage here to be good. Please do something asap.
unauthorized my digi rewards purchase
this is related to mobile no [protected]. My bill charged total about MYR 300 till now continuously while I'm not aware of the Rewards existence nor about the purchase. Digi said the purchase is valid and redemption is done. I have asked for proof or more details to prove that claim. Staff told that will investigate and call back however from 9th Oct till now i have not received any call back.
Chronology :
1. Report made on the 9th Oct requesting for further investigation. Staff told that will investigate and call back.
2. Called to check on the status on 21/10/2019, was advised that will get the investigation team to call back within the same day.
3. No call back received, called on 22/10/2019, spoke to Reza and he repeat the same thing, investigation need more time. I told that im expecting a call back, however no called received. I asked for the investigation people to call me back, and he said they cant call me until they are done with their investigation and the case owner is on leave and they cant escalate further.
- moreover, he sounded very rude and said he cant help much and i have to wait for the "so called" investigation team to call back.
- he advised that he have referred my case to the supervisors to call back within 2 to 4 hours.
4. Still no call back, i called and spoke to another staff (8.30 am), she said will arrange for the supervisor to call back within 2 to 4 hour.
And guess what! now its already 6.30 pm and still no call back.
IM TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE. PLEASE GO AND DO YOUR CHECKING AND GET THIS SORTED FOR ME AND IM NOT GONNA PAY THE BILLS.
DONT BARR MY LINE!

I walk in to Wangsa Walk service center expecting to ask my contract status in tHis afternoon time, while waiting my two children play display phone there open for customer experience, Suddenly a chinese agent there just take away the phone on my children hand and very rude said "this is not for u to play". I feel very disappointed for this chinese agent as this is the first time i go service center meet the agent sound my children like this. My question is:
1) if cannot play, why got many game inside the phone?
2) why the phone didnt put password to ensure customer cannot play/experience it?
3) if cannot "touch"/experience, pls DO Not display out and without password, i felt very painful / hurt while i saw this stupid thing happen to my children in front of me. (DiGi SC allure children to play? And sound them?)
4) can i request to issue an show course letter to this agent as until now im still very upset. (Evidence can via ur cctv)

I have been using digi prepaid for more than 6 years.
And this year I got scammed by some unknown subscription that I didn't even subscribed.
This happen before but I didn't file a complaint yet. I do have my limit in my patience.
Today my credit got deducted rm 3.00
Hope digi will resolve my problem and give my refund. Please check who is behind that number 0327227130 and the sms is 36989.
Tell that that people to refund all my credits that they have deducted without me knowing.
If not then I have no choice but to give up on digi number and change it to other like hotlines or umobile or whatever.

I've reported a complaint on behalf of my company early this year regards on receiving internet coverage issues in our office area as we have purchase Digi as our tel co communication for working purpose. Yet until this date 8 July 2019, there's yet to find any suitable solution on this matter and I've been following up on this matter for almost HALF A YEAR.
During my follow up with Digi business hotline, they have inform me on installation of antenna and booster but there's no confirmation on this.

4g, but very slow internet
I have very slow internet from 11am to 12am. Yes 13 hours of slow internet every single day. It says 4g. But i only get around 200-300kbps for download. I am using digi infinete 150. And i will not pay that much for a slow internet connection. I am sure im not the only one having this problem. Please fix this problem. Your hardwork will be remember
DIgi you have disappoint me these past few months..you are getting slower and slower despite the coverage clearly show 4g connection..i feel betrayed..as my patience reach my boiling point, im gonna say goodbye to you..im switching to maxis.. adios.. till we meet again..
customer services at digi center kuala terengganu
I am a maxis user who wish to switch to digi plan. I went to digi center in kuala terengganu twice to get more informations on the plan given. Instead, the way they explain is not good enough and all of the answer i already get in the internet. They also dont show interest in promoting me to switch. Its like, if you want to switch to digi then just switch. Dont ask much. WTH.
line coverage in uitm dengkil
The line coverage in UiTM Dengkil turns out to be so bad. It shows " NO SERVICE " at all times. Previously, it was okay but in recently it has kinda be so bad i cant even open my whatsapp as it keeps connecting. Sometimes, it shows 3G and 4G but it cannot connect to the data properly. The connecting words still came out in my whatsapp. It has been two weeks of this happen.
international roaming mt voice
I received 2 sms regarding the international roaming MT voice being charged to my phone! I put my phone into airplane mode but after that it charge me without any reason!!! Just simply someone call me but i didn't answer the call (since i'm in airpane mode) and it been divert to voicemail. The charges almost RM10!!! I'm so disappointed with Digi! Digi, give me some explanation!

I'm really disappointed with digi services and meanwhile I felt relief as I have made the wise decision to change to other network.. Just a simple request to switch to other network, it takes 3days to process and still pending till now due to system error... Please expedite the process... At least do one last thing for your customer to maintain a standard service in line with other telco..
poor signal service
Hello, I was a Digi user for at least 5 years, for the past week my internet data is very very slow, and always drop from 4g to 3g, before this I don't have any problem, my address is Taman Tasik Utama Ayer Keroh, Taman Bukit Melaka, 75450 Melaka. Digi internet coverage was very poor at my area here Taman Tunku 98000 Miri Sarawak.. I feel like im paying wind for my bill.. Internet speed is just around 100b/s and it keep buffering when i watch youtube. From 4g, it suddenly turn to h+ and keep going like that. I've been using digi for a long time and recently I'm having internet issues. Whenever i play games or watch video i feel the internet very slow . It is so uncomfortable and inconvenience. And i very mad about your company ways to handle my complaint case, you all just close it without any further investigate after i submit my complaint, feel very disappointed! I swear i will change to other plan if the issues still persist !
