Sir,
I bought a digi sim card and prepaid service from Digi shop in Mid Valley, Megamall. KL.
I was with a Malaysian friend and we both told the lady in Digi that I needed the plan for phone calls, not internet access. She assured me that my 30 Ringgit plan was for phone calls. I made it absolutely clear that I was not interested in data plan as I used my Ipad for data.
Today, discovered that I was lied to by this Lady.
When I checked my balance, It was 4.20 cents.
I phoned digi to complain about being deliberately lied to about this Lady.
I was told that as my number was now active, nothing could be done.
The Lady in the digi store, attended to another customer even though she owed me 40 ringgitit from the amount of money I gave her. I asked her for my change and initially she pretended to have no knowledge of this.
I eventually got my change from her.
It seems that your employees are very dishonest and deliberately mislead the customers.
I will now use the 4.30 remaking balance and will throw the digi sim card away and sign up with a more honest provider. You should not treat your customers in this deceitful and dishonest manner. I am from Australia and I suppose that she thought I was an easy target to cheat.
I will never use Didi again and I will make sure that all my friends know about your dishonesty.

I have made a police report few years ago as a prove that I didn't use the following mobile number: [protected] and [protected]. I went to Digi Center few time and they confirmed is fraud case. The person in charge, Lee Leong Wei, associate who work in Digi Store Garden in midvalley, issued a letter to confirm I don't have any outstanding balance for the above numbers. However, until today, still got people call me, saying that I have outstanding payment for the above number. I feel very disappointed and angry as Digi never do their proper job and never delete my name from the list until I was disturbed. I feel very frustrated about the poor services.
Delete my name from the list immediately. I don't want to be disturbed anymore.
I have refer to my ctos report. There is an digi account: [protected] with an outstanding payment of RM 674.62. Very obvious, Digi didn't delete my name from the system from my previous complaint. It is very inconvenient to me. To those who in charge, please delete my name from the list immediately by end of February. I am considering to make a police report since I didn't owe Digi any outstanding payment.
There is no resolution in my complaint. The problem still exist.

I sign a digi postpaid 138 with device plan at first of January 2018.but after I check it, it's only provide 24gb data for me? 12 GB for weekdays n 12gb for weekend before this I using package postpaid 108 also come with 20gb data.but now I upgraded my package to more expensive one but still same data, so why I need upgrade?now even digi postpaid 85 also got 20gb n postpaid 110 got 50gb data.why I have upgraded my package to more expensive one but get less offer.n now I have been in contract n I can't upgrade or downgrade to better value packages.when I go to nearby digi Centre, they just suggest me to get a new number for the more data package, so that means I have to give up my old number n still need keep paying 100++ fee for 2 years ?I have been a digi user for almost 10 years, n this really make me disappointed.

I receive lawyer letter from ur company state that I got 3 line outstanding 0125060888, 0125272333, 0126659235. Now ur credit department call me said going to black list my company. But at that time I changed my 3 line to maxis because my shop digi line is very poor.
I go to ipoh digi center to make a cancellation by my self help from ur digi agent that sign that line for me in previous.
Since I can changed my line to maxis by that time so how come outstanding?
If got outstanding also is rm50 per line. So can u please make a investivation for me..

I had a query how digi charge per minute for a call make to any network. I am using digi prepaid plan quite a number of years. I got a shocked my balance left RM3.60 after I reloaded RM50 within 3 days time. I called up digi helpline, I was told mine was old plan. I made a call for about 27 minutes and I was charged RM43.60. I seriously need an explanation. Tq
unauthorized charges to phone bill
Since 22nd Dec 2017, i have been charged for RM5 weekly for the gameloft subscription which i did not even access to the website and never participate in any of the games purchase ! Thus, why should i bear that cost of RM20 which i did not even subscribe or use it at all ? I called up to DIGI for cancellation and yet i got charged again in the afternoon for no reason! I called up again and they said report will be made again without any solution ? Is that the service or charges that you could simply charge us just because we are loyal customers for years? I find it ridiculous ! It's not about money, but trust !

I just connect the wifi and load google the data cuts very fast. When i loaded the data used was 30.8 and i just load google and look up something the data used is already 31.15. I subscribe to the 100rm package. Also when video chatting the data cuts off fast too. And i have been using for only a month and i have signed a year contract. If i cannot cancel the subcription. Can i at least get another plan.

I would like to request report update for Chang Suk Ling [protected] ) package plan issue since, Ms Alys who is the Digi customer service inform us that can request through this email.
We will refer to consumer right regarding Ms Chang Suk Ling have upgraded her plan from 68 to 78 since 9/1/18 but after upgraded she can't use the data plan, in other hand voice call are working fine.
I already call Digi customer service and follow up with them for 4 times but we only receive one feedback call form Digi for the first call, but the problem still haven't settle yet, they ask her wait another 48hrs until now we didn't receive any call (between that i make another 3 more call and Digi customer service keep ask us to wait another 48hour call). Today (18/1/2018) at 11a.m i call Digi
Mrs Alys inform us Digi customer service didn't call back in 48 hours because Digi technical depart never response.
We suggest want to cancel but Mrs Alys said if cancel we need to pay until the contact end. (Mean cannot cancel).
Then we check with her any other solution because we cannot wait only, but she gave a very disappointed answer there is solution beside "WAIT AND ALSO HAVE TO PAY" even until now the data cannot use

Sejak saya bertukar ke Digi Plan i150, Kelajuan internet saya amat mengecewakan . Kelajuan yang saya dapat hanya 0.5 mbps untuk Download Speed dan 9mbps untuk Upload Speed . Ianya seperti menggunakan intenet asas dengan kelajuan yang perlahan .
Saya Bertukar ke Digi kerana hanya Digi mempunyai plan Unlimited kuota .
Saya amat berharap pihak Digi dapat mengatasi masalah ini untuk kebaikan saya, pengguna lain di kawasan tersebut dan juga pihak Digi sendiri .
Sehubungan itu juga saya ingin memaklumkan bahawa sebelum ini saya ada juga membuat 2 kali aduan menerusi Live Chat Digi .
Pertama saya diberitahu kerja-2kerja Penyelengaraan sedang dilakukan dikawasan tersebut dan ianya berakhir pada 16/1/2018 . Kali kedua saya pula saya diberitahu kerja-kerja tersebut berakhir pada 26/1/2018 .

Hey I have been using digi since I have a handphone. Please improve ur speed. It is causing a lot of problem to me. Make me very angry and not happy. I'm paying 80 per month for the data and yet it is very slow. Like no difference when I'm using a low speed Internet. I hope I can enjoy a high speed data service when I pay 80 per month. I'm not going to support your service if it happened again.

and so i thought I'm still applying to the plan that I'm using and proceed with the usage, but instead... I received a sms stating that my internet usg has reached RM8. seriously? now going to charge me for another RM8? well done!
Then I was like ok... fine then... since I won't able to subscribe to at least now i got free internet until next day. So i'm going skype meeting at 3.am. right in the middle of meeting and I'm presenting!, i received another sms saying i used up 100% of my quota! WOW! very nice! now I'm DISCONNECTED from the meeting and i can't do anything! not even to inform the other party! could not praise more... this too wonderful... thank you digi! You are the BEST!

My name is shaharina yahya. I have applied for MNp to maxis today. However; at 9pm; digi has rejected my applicatiom due to overdues bill. That is liar. It is baseless accusation. I dont have any overdues bill with digi as at today... my current bill due on 7 jan 2018...I have email the complaint with MCMC. Please see the picture.
oversea auto roaming charges
My phone no. [protected]. on 21/12/2017 i call to Digi customer support to open my auto roaming services. on 27/12/2017 i suddenly can't make call until i come back to my home town then call your centre just know that my account already barred. they can open for me another RM30.00 to use it until finish my credit limit but today barred again my account. i very disappointed your service. First your centre did not tell me the charges when i open the auto roaming, second they tell me RM30.00 can use it until finish my credit limit, third today they tell me can not open the barred until me settle my bill, they also tell me i should know the charges, what kind of this service!
postpaid payment
I had use digi for over 10yrs. I had only change the postpaid to prepaid on May'17. Since i received the first last bill, i already go to Midvalley, The garden DIGI CENTER to made payment for the last bill but i still keep received sms, email and letter that said i did not made payment. OK fine, i go again the DIGI center n they said they had mistake to another non-exist account, they will change it out to the correct one.
Then?until December, now i.still received the call and sms said i did not made payment...

slow to no connection of digi line and internet
Recently I realize that connection at my area become slow and sometimes no connection at all. Fail not only Internet connection, but also phone calls, SMS and etc. Currently I'm staying at jelapang bayu, 30020 Ipoh, Perak. please help to seek and solve this matter, as i pay data and services monthly without skip. thank you. suppose, digi has to be upgraded their services from time to time and not downgraded as times goes on.

Dear DIGI Support Agent,
Please help investigate.
My father has use this Digi phone# [protected] for endless years.
He works in rubber plantation in Sitiawan, he does not know how to read, almost 80 years old.
One day in Dec 2017, he woke up, he realised that he could not make a call. He drove to my sister to get help.
Soon, we found out there was an unexpected data usage has caused the phone line barred. He may have pressed the incorrect settings and we are not sure what has happened.
So, dear Digi Agent, can you find out why and what had happened?
Please can we request DIGI to refund my father of the data usage of RM249.90 in Dec 2017 bill, as he was very upset about this incident. Appreciate DIGI's consideration.
