DiGi Telecommunications unauthorised third party charges

There are too many complaints about unauthorised third party charges e.g. by 33101 and others. The charge RM4/sms up to RM10/sms.

(1) after so many such issues, DIGI should activate a monitoring software and barr such numbers.
(2) your customer helpline service is appaling. Inconsistent answers and no recordings of complaints logged into the system.

Digi email helpline is equally non-existant. It's truly annoying having to personally go to your service centres to rectify issues that should not have happenned in the first place.

DiGi Telecommunications service

What Digi always deduct my money without any reason? You all told me that I call to any phone number also can but Digi always deduct my money without any notice or reason! When I call to Digi customer service, no one reply me and just call me to wait for 1 minute or 2 minutes to hear the music! So I wish that Digi will give me a suitable or good reason that why deduct my money without any notice and reason!

Dear digi,
Sebelum ni kelajuan internet bagus.Memang tip top meletop..tapi sejak kebelakangan ni makin tak laju... I langgan internet Rm48 pun macam basic je kelajuannya...please fix it ..nak main game pun dah tak best...kadang kadang rasa macan nak tukar ke line lain... hantar chat pun lambat! tolong lah baiki or buat sesomething .. pesaing semakin banyak..ku rindukan kelajuan yang dulu :'(

DiGi Telecommunications bad network

Dear digi,
I've been your customer for years now. The service were always good before and i'm so proud telling people that digi was the best.
But in the recent years it got worse and worse. What happen? Competition from other networks is not an excuse because you're suppose to improve each year.
I work in jitra, kedah now and the network here is terrible. Why? Like seriously.. This is not really a rural area but the network inside the building I work in is terrible.
To be exact : batu 17, jalan jitra-kodiang, tunjang 06000 jitra, kedah.
It's so difficult if I have an important call, I have to actually walk out of the building into the street and still the network is terrible and keep cutting out.
Internet connection also the worst, just why? Most work related messages are through whatsapp group but I can't even send or receive them.
I already changed my sim card into 4g because I thought that was the problem and I use samsung galaxy j7 prime. It's impossible that the phone or sim is the problem.
Please fix this asap. This is so troublesome.
I love digi but if this continues I have no other option but to change network.

Hi digi, terima kasih banyak banyak sebb menyediakan pakage 300mb 1day rm1. Ini sungguh lumayan bagi saya pemakai digi buat masa sekarang. Anda pun mesti tau tentang game game online masa sekarang yang ada di mobile seperti pokemon, clash of clan, vainglory, mobile legend dan lain lain yang sesuai untuk bermain dalam online pakage seperti ini. Dan saya berharap jikalau anda menaik tarafkan pakage termurah untuk bermain online game akan menarik semua pemakai sim lain untuk pergi ke digi kerana saya sudah pun mencuba menarik beberapa kawan kerana game online mereka sanggup membeli digi dan digi jugak menyediakan pakage rm1 300mb sudah memadai buat saya. Bukan itu sahaja, pakage yang terlalu hebat buat saya adalah digi membuat pakage unlimited yang luar biasa buat simkad zaman sekarang. Wow! Bagaimana saya mahu berterima kasih? Terima kasih digi dan teruskan usaha.

DiGi Telecommunications poor internet & call connection in my living area

I'm staying at Kulai area, address:
673, Jalan Teratai 36/5, Indahpura, 81000 Kulai, Johor.
The internet (3G/4G)& call connection are very poor in this area. Only 1 or 2 digit internet signal in the house, even at upstair area! It was pretty good (3or4 digit) in the last two years ago but now it's connect like a snail! It's frustrated when using Digi connection.

Please try to improve the call 3G & 4G connection in my living area as this is the town area of kulai.

DiGi Telecommunications pls change the digihelpline to digisufferline

i'm trying to call the DiGiHelpline for more than 10 times to get to know the status of my new subline activation however none of them picks up my call.

What the 'F' services that you guys having over there. Better shut all your telco services as you guys can't deliver your promises.

I can't even save this complaint as it is requesting at least 350 character in written. Am I writing a essay here?

DiGi Telecommunications network

Assalamualaikum dan selamat pagi.. Disini saya ingin kemukakan kekurangan Digi Network di kawasan saya. Line yang tidak memuaskan dikawasan saya menyukarkan saya untuk membuat panggilan dan terima panggilan terutamanya jika berlaku kecemasan. Masalah ini sudah berlarutan selama 1 minggu. Saya sudah membuat laporan dengan Customer Service tetapi masih tiada dalam tindakan. Kawasan rumah saya ialah di Kampung Pasir Puteh, Merchang, 21610 Marang, Terengganu. Nombor telefon untuk rujukan ialah [protected] @ [protected]. Saya harap Digi dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan secepat mungkin.

DiGi Telecommunications digi berpakat dgn spammer utk merompak dr pelanggan mereka..

Saya tak pernah langgan apa2 kandungan dr mana2 sms.. tiap bulan saya reload rm10 dan extend validity utk sebulan..(rm8) dulu rm5.. ya.. setiap bulan.. pada hari ini pertama kali saya reload rm30 tiba2 rm10 dia tolak tanpa pertanyaan.. itu merompaklah namanya kan? Maka baki tggl 20.. nsb baik ada lagi.. tapi takpa digi.. hari ini saya kena rompak.. lain hari pulak mungkin kamu kena juga.. terima kasih..

DiGi Telecommunications digi prepaid

I bought a rm5 (500mb) data plan this morning, and it didn't just deduct rm5 from my credits but it also deduct an extra rm8 from credits! I dont understand why this happens and this did not happen just once, it happened to me almost three times already! I'm really mad this time as my money just went away like this! Hate digi alot and received alot complains from my friends as well! I will definitely change to other station asap. Hope u can review this and return me my freaking money!

DiGi Telecommunications credit limit + complaint against anis

Hi, my name is Yap Sze Hoon, my number is [protected], I am a digi user for more than 10 years and have been quite satisfy with the service until a moment ago. I was on the line with my husband and suddenly the line been cut off and I noticed from Digi centre that my line has been barred. I called the customer service with a lot of attempts and finally got one at around 11.30pm at 24 February 2017.

A lady named ANIS picked up my call and she mentioned my number [protected] for verification, I told her yes this is my number. And I requested her to check on the reason on why my line got based out of sudden. She replied that I need to check my credit limit and account balance.

I proceed to request her to check for me from the system. ANIS requested me to provide my sister's IC number for verification (another round of verification?) I told her that I have been using the line for more than 10 years, if she can check my records, my line was put under my sister's main line few years back due to my absence in Malaysia.

Without further thoughts, ANIS requested the IC number even though I told her to look at the history as my sister and I were staying at different places. How on earth that I would be able to get her IC number at this late night? It shocks me when she insisted to get my sister's IC number for verification even though the call was coming from my phone number, THE ONE THAT SHE HAS CONFIRMED few seconds ago!

I felt humiliated by the request ANIS asked where she asked to get the IC number from my sister at the time I called, else, she would not proceed to check the credit limit!

After hung up the bad experience customer service phone talk with ANIS. I went on to check on the DIGI phone service, I noted that my outstanding account balance of RM88 is to be due on 15 March 2017 (half month more to go?!). I also noted that my credit limit has been reset to ZERO?!

What type of network company would give a loyal customer ZERO credit limit? Why all these years I didn't face the problem of ZERO credit limit until today when line was barred when I was on the phone?

I want to lodge a BIG complaint on ANIS for turning down my request to check further on credit limit even though phone verification is done. The unthoughtful response makes me feel humiliated and highly disappointed with how DIGI is treating it's users. I will consider to discontinue DIGI should the issue is not resolved within this month.

DiGi Telecommunications bill extra change

I am DIGI account holder no [protected].My Dec 16 and Jan 17 invoices contains and extra charges describe as Value added service 32998. I ve not subscribe to this addwd service which i dint know for what and evwry time i try to stop the service, the message 32998 tempprarily suspended appear. I ve called help center many times but left unattended while mailing to your customer service e mail for help undelivered ( e mail.box full).. I don't for what purpose of DIGI having these customer service facilities? .
Btw, I ve duly paid my Dec bill in full and only pay commitment sum for Jan 17 bill...I have about rm27 that I have not paid due to these indescrepencies and for the past 2 days I got many annoying messages from DIGI to bar their services?...well, probably you would like to lose another customer? Kindly reply to my query.

DiGi Telecommunications unapproved billing charges - overcharge

1. I have been charged RM4 per sms almost daily via a third party. A complaint had been lodged at your Sunway service centre and I had received an sms verification with a case number stating that I will get feed back within 48 hours. It is now 7 days and still no feedback.

2. I just notice additional charges for another phone line at RM39.90 x 4 on one same day in January 2017. I have not subscribed for anything.

The above seems to be a common complaint amongst DIGI customers. It's really very disappointing. Your call center consultants failure to answer calls does nothing to help the image of DIGI either.

DiGi Telecommunications month digi postpaid no service

I am currently sign up to monthly digi postpaid48 promo package but the coverage is not satisfying. It almost turn up to be no coverage within this week and it was really terrible. It doesn't has 4G service and it is showing Edge most of the time. This is a one-year-contract and I'm truly disappointed. If this issues continue, I would like to terminate this package and perhaps, changing to other telecommunications-the worst decision as I have been using digi for so many years and I hope this issue can be fixed.

DiGi Telecommunications digi coverage

I experienced everyday weak signal in my house.. i seldom get 4g signal except when im at second floor which is also rarely. It turns out that when i check the cell tower using opensignal apps.. our area is far from any digi tower. Please add one tower at our area soon as possible because most of the recidences here also complaint on weak signal of any carrier including celcom, maxis etc. Im also thinking of terminating my digi plan and change to unifi if the problem still continues. I include in these attached files coordinate of my location and pictures taken from the screenshot of the opensignal app. For ur info i have been staying in this place since 2011 and the digi signal has always been weak

In addition to my complaint earlier, i will include another screenshot of my longitude latitude cordinate using mygps coordinate apps. Probably this is a more accurate reading. Just not sure which is a better apps. Anyway hope this coverage issue will be fixed asap. Tqvm

DiGi Telecommunications broadband account

I stopped using and stopped paying for my broadband acc (ac no [protected]). When i stopped paying, the broadband service stops too. When i reached my data limit, digi service stops too.

Though i have stopped using and paying, Digi continues to bill me. Unbelievable. Though its a postpaid account, technically it is pay per use.

Anyway, digi eventually terminated my account- which is good. Happy to receive the account termination email from Digi.

But it's not the end, i still receive digi bills with ever increasing amounts even though i never use it anymore!

I walked in to the Digi shop at aeonbig ss15 subang jaya. A Mr Simon said i have to go to the main office. What a joke! When digi wants my business i can walk in at my convenient location but when i am not happy with them it's to their convenience now! I told Simon i am not going to digi office, sorry. He said he will email digi to help me close /terminate account for good.

Well, in case mr Simon didn't do anything about it- just for the record, here is my complaint to Digi.

Please stop sending me bills and terminate my account for good.

Thank you and no thank you Digi!

Dear sirs,
I am in receipt on line of your bill update
Amount: rm215.56
Due date: 10/03/2017

I have acquired a new apparatus for my additional family phone a few days before 14/01/2017. on 12/01/2017 we received an incoming warning message – incomprehensible by us – stating that 50 % of accumulated usage time has been consumed.

The following day we received another warning message, this time stating that 80% of mobile data time has lapsed. and on 14/01/2017 our supplementary line was barred.

Rushed to the nearest digi telecom, in taman molek, to be told that unknown to us the mobile data switch was on, and the line connection has been barred by digi, and will only be restored by paying rm150.00 which we did by cash, and the line was reconnected.

We were offered at the time to expand our service on [protected] (supplementary number) to include internet data, by paying about rm40 odd per month to have this service. we agreed and understood that the facility will be connected within half an hour.

That same evening, we received yet another message on the phone stating that the accumulated charge on internet data has reached 50% again. not knowing what to do we permanently switched off mobile data, and not switched it on again.

Considering the above, we are puzzled by the amount of our new bill of rm215.56 due on 10/03/2017. kindly explain and amend as you deem fit.

Announced me as a winner for Digi winner in lucky draw for 27th Digi birthday.he claimed that he was digi's worker for this banking money reward.he say I must have a credit card first so I made one at agrobank .then he say I must to bankin RM400 to bank rakyat so do it coz I believe that its was Digi and its safe .but then he say I must to bankin RM600 again and he will give me the reward from Digi.my number [protected]

I do not own this bloody number [protected]. I have made a police report as per your instruction and I personally submitted to digi centre on 21/11/2016. Follow up many calls and email to your centre, hard to get through no. 1 and no. 2 you seems do nothing on my case. Wasting time. You think I have nothing other works to do, keep calling your centre. This bloody stupid number [protected] has nothing to do with me at all. Last months I received letter from your appointed debt collection company to demand for the outstanding payment of rm299.31 and yesterday I received official statement posted directly to my home address. Do you know how annoying your digi management is ? Are you guys sleeping in the centre? / cannot understand simple languages and do your work properly. What is the point of asking me to do police report and you keep demanding payment from me. Do not call your centre digi centre. Shame on you. You bunch of digi #### ! Digi ##### !
