unauthorized charges
I just subscribed digi about 2 month.First month digi already charged me rm 5.98 for online game.I DID NOT play any online game.
10/2/2017 4.20 pm i received a sms from 20000 said that i had subscribed a game and charged me rm4.00.make a complain(complain number: cas-803761-f1b1).the customer service rep. said that will block 20000.USELESS.10.40pm the same day, 20000 send a sms to me said that i had subscribed to POM POM GIRL.charge me rm2.00.compain made.(cas-807930-t6p6)
Unauthorized Charge me rm6.00 per day.so i need to prepare how much money to pay for these UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.REGRET shift to digi.
poor service in bukit jambul penang staff
Just now we were going to bukit jambul Penang pay digi Bill.. However the counter is closed. Find out a guy taken his lunch at there and we asked if we can pay the digi bill here.. He look on my husband and ask him wait at another counter .. After that my husband try to ask him the question, the staff look at my husband and said "you look on me for what, I asked u wait at that counter".. Please take action on this kind of staff and this is not the first time we faced the poor service from that branch
internet connection is weak
I live at usj 19 Starville Apartment. The connection is too weak. Sometimes i cannot browse youtube, whatsapp delivered also pending. This kind of coverage problem shouldn't happened in the city. I'm also having same problem when I'm back to my hometown at Tendong Pasir Mas Kelantan. Please help me solve this kind of problem. I'm facing this problem since last week. Please take note. Thank you.

I been calling Digi customer service past 2days but no answer. Such a lousy services, don't digi have some other no for customers who are calling from overseas? I'm not interested to listen to the promotion and services. I wanted to make payment, Dats all... Try to come out with new ideas on how to tackle digi customers.. My bill only increase by calling your useless customer service on weekend..

Hi, my wife's phone line [protected]) had been terminated. I went to the Digi center in The Garden and made the payment of the outstanding of around RM30++ to get back the line. The customer service staff (malay girl) told me that i just need to wait for 7 to 10 days to get back my service without doing anything else.
After 10 days waiting, i still not getting back the service. This time i went to your SS2 centre, but the staff there told me to go back to The Garden centre. I went back to The Garden centre to ask what is happening to my line which i suppose to get it by now. This time is a chinese guy attending to me, now he told me that they need my wife (the line's holder) to come personally, and again...he promised that i can get the service back IMMEDIATELY after my wife come and register...i'm wondering why didn't your previous staff (malay girl) who attended to me tell me this...?
After few days on 26/1/17, my wife went to the same centre to register as requested, but this time another malay staff names Sharul told my wife that this line cannot be used anymore, and in order to get the line back, we need to wait again for them to check the availabilty of this line, and they cannot promise on whether i can get the line back...WTF.
My wife called me in front of your staff and i talked to your staff and i f*** him up...later things changed, he gave my wife a new SIM card saying that you will get the service back in few days time.
3 different staffs told ne 3 different stories.
And fyi, until today i still not getting back my line service. And i'm very dissappointed with Digi's service. I'm not sure whether Digi will take any action on my complaint...or may be i should post it on Facebook then only i will get some respond from Digi...

Can you please delete those SMS which I have not agreed. It is a real nuisance for users to have such kind of rude SMS which is billed although we have not agreed. The same thing happened last month and the bill was revised by DIGI and it was very kind and understanding of DIGI.
Can you please permanently STOP all the unnecessary SMS that I have not agreed, It is a real nuisance.

product I am complaining about
On 30/12/16, we have made digi bill payment And have received reward from digi which is one free chatime drink. We feel very delighted with the reward and decided to claim it on the 25/1/17 at chatime imago kota kinabalu. But when we want to claimed it, the chatime's staff informed us that the barcode has been used! We're very confused at that time since we have never use it before. We asked the staff again and he said they even have no idea since the code had been used. How come we use it if we HAVE NEVER CLAIM it?! I think DIGi should not give their customer promises or reward if IT cant be used! You just make your user dissapointed with your service. It just like we have been cheated by your service . We know it is just a small mistake made by your company but it caused a HUGE misunderstanding between US and the STAFF! I cant download the attachment of the code that have been used and the pic taken from the chatime's PC showed that it has claimed since it cant be download here. But i'm sure not to suggest my friends or family not to use or even TRUST your service at all!

Hi digi,
This is written by one of your loyal customer who has been subscribed to digi since 2004 and before. I would like to submit a feedback on my recent visit experience (21 jan 2017, 2pm) to one of your authorized outlets located at aeon bukit indah, johor bahru.
I approached a sales specialist named as marcus behind the counter for checking my unexpected high charges of the phone bill. He, without providing any really helpful information or accurate data, gave us a really indifferent and intolerant attitude while providing the consulting service.
As I am using an old phone plan, according to him, he does not know any charges rate and insists that I have to check via digi helpline myself. I said that it is interesting that a digi sales representative have no idea how it works and he replied in an insulting tone "very interesting meh? (Meh: mocking)" after that, he did not even say any thank you when I have decided to leave the counter in frustration.
It might be worth for digi to conduct proper training to your sales representative as they are at the frontier to face your customers. It makes me start figuring whether I should change my subscription to other service providers due to this unpleasant issue.
This is really disappointing as I went down to your outlet, hoping that I can get some information but all I got was an unhappy experience. Please train your staff better in future to avoid any similar cases.

super deal unlimited
I have redeemed super deal unlimited (1am - 7am free/unlimited) and I checked the quota balance and it said free/unlimited. So I used it about 2-3 times. Back I checked it again and still free/unlimited. But why I got message from digi told me that I have used 80% of the unlimited quota. This happened before. When it at 100% usage it gone. So I wondering why did free/unlimited have the quota? And did not mention the exact quota it provided.

Hi Digi, may I know this number [protected] is belongs to who?Why is this Malay girl behave so rude?Your company is not the first time giving us such a bad service in phone call, she can call me and asked :Hello, i tak kira u suka ke tak suka, you punya digi bill mau bayar tak? She thought she is a gangster is it, or she forgotten she is in servicing line?And the problem is im not the fellow she want to find..At last when I said im a female, not a male that you wanting to find, den she straight hang my call and without apologize for scolding wrong person.
Your company service really makes me feel frustrated, if like that we will shift our phone line to other company.

In the process of migrating to other Telco, only to note that Digi trying to make consumer difficulty & prolong the process so Digi can extra charge the customer.Noted to reply to a prompt message from Digi but ridiculously the message sent at a Later Time and had to reply at earlier stated Time(shown in pic).What a nonsensical, Digi acting like a sore business loser or just to scam some money from customers.Bad Bad service.
Transfering Telco from Digi is made difficult. Understand to reply to a message from Digi to leave the Digi and migrate to another telco but the message was sent at a later TIME and must reply before an earlier TIME. What kind of nonsense. Act of sore business loser I presume.Bad Bad services.

My telephone has been stolen while travelling to SA from 15/12/16 to 26/12/16. I went to DIGI Centre at Taman Melaka Raya to lodge a complaint on 27/12/16. I was given a replacement simcard no. [protected] but the card was inactive. Subsequently on 7/1/17 the same office called me and asked me to go to another Digi outlet at Dataran Pahlawan, Melaka. I went to the office and lodge a complaint to the Customer Service Officer and given the report trail no (469426 X1V9). Since then there was no feedback at all. I make a phone call to Corporate Hotline at [protected] but the answer was rather a funny one. Next stupid response - the above number has been terminated & I have to pay a penalty for the termination. For your information, I have been your customer for number of years yet your staff does not know how to retain your customer. Should this matter can not be resolved, I am going to take the matter to consumer tribunal under Consumer Protection Act. Please assist urgently and ratify ASAP. I could be contacted at [protected].

Same area with poor coverage and service for the telco line, compared with other telcos. Full bar coverage for maxis/celcom, but digi is only with 2 bars.
Could not make outgoing calls or get incoming calls, with long connection time. Inconsistent quality of coverage and calls got disconnected frequently.
Not up to expectation, and customer service could only say coverage issue and pending to resolve in few days.
sms service - unauthorized charges
On 1st of december, I received unauthorize sms from 32388 with rm4.00 charged by digi per sms.

I never subscribe anything. I block the number so the sms went straight to blocked message inbox and I never received any notification since it is blocked. on january when I received the bill for dec, there is an unauthorize value added service charged by digi rm4 per sms for 30 days amount to rm120. i'm not paying the charges since I did not authorize the sms subscription and I got nothing/no service at all. please remove this charges from my bill. my next step is to log a complaint to mcmc and change telco provider if digi do not take any action. please don't ask me to claim from other parties because the unauthorize charged by digi not others. thank you

I have been receiving the same and tried to complain last week but the complaint never passed through as Digi said the link is experiencing problems.
I am wondering if Digi is a party to services that even provide sexual services as well as gambling as I have been receiving such messages from numbers which I blocked but came again through other numbers.
I am thinking of lodging a police report on the sms's received as I believe they are morally wrong.
terrible internet connection speed
Since the year 2017 started, DiGi Telecommunications has started providing terrible internet services. Any website I visit takes over a minute to load up its interface while my broadband indicates that the signal is strong. Secondly, DiGi's website can hardly be load and it makes subscribing/ unsubscribing a hell much difficult. Fix it, or I'll demand refunds.
payment to terminate digi mobifi account in july 2016 was not recorded on telco system.
On 17th July 2016 I have made payment to pay outstanding bill and terminate my digi mobifi account (015-[protected]) but they have not updated the payment in both the mobifi and my handphone number([protected]). I was made aware of this when I receive call from Digi telling me I haven't paid for my mobifi broadband around November 2016, luckily I still kept the receipt but then I realised on the receipt they have channeled that payment to the handphone account. But this amount was not reflected on the handphone account as well, because I had to pay my monthly bills as usual. Please resolve this ASAP, thank you
poor services (cancel unknown transaction)
Hi,
I feel very disappointed to your digi's services, especially customer service and billing dept.
1st Jan 2017, my plan had been change without my notice to 148V instead of existing plan 68V. Therefore, I write in email and give a call to your customer services to cancel transaction. 2nd Jan 2017, I called again and Ms Anasha (customer service) advise to send in email to [protected]@digi.com.my. On the same day, Mr Desmond (PIC) called back mentioned that by 3th Jan 2017 the plan will change back to 68V without any charges and refund back on the upfront waived. But, its not done and nobody from billing dept call back to follow up.
4th Jan 2017, Mr Desmond called and come another promises this issue will settle by today not later by 3pm. End up, the same situation happend which the plan not change back to 68V with what he had promises. After that, Mr Omar from billing dept called back and said he received instruction and need some time to adjust back the old plan.He promises to me will done before 8pm on 4th Jan 2017. At the end, nothing seem to be done or adjust by your customer service.
I need an proper explannation instead of hear need feedback from this/that or need investigate. Hope you understand this case had been drag more that 48hours as you promises from 1st Jan 2017.
I need a fast action and revert to us by today(5th Jan 2017).
